Opis wzoruPattern description
Przedmiotem wzoru użytkowego jest drenaż skropliny z ościeżnicy okna bocznego pojazdu, przeznaczony do stosowania w oknach bocznych pojazdów komunikacji zbiorowej. The subject of the utility model is the drainage of condensate from the frame of the side window of the vehicle, intended for use in the side windows of public transport vehicles.
A common problem in closed, heated rooms containing glass surfaces, such as doors or windows, is the phenomenon of water vapor condensation on these surfaces. It occurs when humid air contacts a cooler surface, the temperature of which is below the dew point. This process is often encountered in winter in living quarters with well-insulated windows. Equally often, the phenomenon of water vapor condensation on the shafts is encountered during cold periods in public transport, such as buses or trams. In this case, due to the significant accumulation of people producing a large amount of water vapor in a small space, and at the same time a large glass surface susceptible to rapid cooling, the vapor condensation process takes place particularly intensively. In the case of intensive condensation of moisture on large glass surfaces, there is a problem of draining large amounts of water flowing from these surfaces, which if left in a closed room could lead to moisture and fungi development. The methods of solving this problem known from the state of the art consist mainly in collecting the water flowing from the pane in the gutter and draining it through channels outside the building or vehicle. From the European patent specification EP 0063964 a window frame is known provided with a channel in the lower part of the frame. This channel is adapted to receive the condensed water flowing from the glass. There is at least one drainage hole in the channel. Each of the openings has a short tube attached to it that connects to a conduit made of flexible plastic. Flexible conduits extend from the tubes connected to the openings in the channel to the outer wall of the bottom profile of the frame. Tubes and flexible hoses are placed in holes drilled in the bottom profile of the frame. The water that drained from the glass and was collected in the channel flows through the openings and pipes to the wires through which it in turn is led outside the frame.
The indicated invention and a number of similar solutions, despite the relative simplicity of the method of removing the condensed water vapor from the outside of the window, has the drawback of having to connect several elements together, some of which are fixed inside the frame. Such construction of the condensate drainage system is laborious. In addition, all drainage installations require great care in connections to avoid leakage. Placing the connections of drainage holes with the pipes draining water outside the window inside the frame, in the event of faulty execution or damage of these connections, may lead to undesirable flooding of the bottom profile of the frame by leaking water.
The purpose of the utility model is to obtain condensate drainage from the frame of the side window of the vehicle, which will be very simple to construct and install, and will not contain hard-to-reach connections between the individual components.
The essence of the solution according to the utility model is the drainage of condensate from the frame of the side window of the vehicle, consisting of the frame located in the upper part of the lower profile of the frame and extending along its entire length, the collecting gutter and at least two drainage channels extending from the collecting gutter towards the outer contour of the window. The solution is characterized by the fact that the side of the collecting gutter closer to the pane is lower than the other side of the collecting gutter, and each of the drainage channels consists of a vertical section and a horizontal section connected to it. The vertical section is a gap in the adhesive layer between the glass pane and the side of the lower profile of the frame. The horizontal section below is a gap in the joint between the lower edge of the glass and the upper edge of the vehicle skin.
Preferably, one pair of opposing side walls of the vertical section is the side of the jamb bottom profile and the pane, and the other pair of opposing side walls is a gap in the adhesive layer. Preferably, the bottom wall of the horizontal section is the top edge of the vehicle skin, the top wall of the horizontal section is the bottom edge of the glazing, and a pair of opposing side walls of this section is a joint gap. Preferably, the vertical section of each of the drainage channels has the shape of a straight prism with an isosceles trapezoid base, the longer trapezoidal bases forming the inlet edges of the drainage channel. Preferably, the horizontal section of each of the drainage channels has the shape of a straight prism with an isosceles trapezoid base, the longer trapezoidal bases being the edges of the drainage channel outlet. Preferably, the inlets of the drainage channels are located at the height to which the lower side of the collecting gutter reaches, and the outlets of the drainage channels are flush with the side plane of the pane and the sheathing. Preferably, the lower side of the collecting chute is inclined towards the pane.
The advantage of the solution according to the utility model is obtaining condensate drainage from the frame of the side window of the vehicle, which is characterized by a great simplicity of construction while at the same time correctly fulfilling the task, i.e. draining the condensed water vapor outside the vehicle interior. The formation of drainage channels in the adhesive layer and the joint made it possible to eliminate the drainage pipe from the drainage system, which in the previous solutions was a separate element connected to the opening in the gutter. Thus, in this solution there are no connections between the elements through which the water collected from the glass flows. Thanks to this, there is no risk of leaks which could allow water to get inside the frame. Another advantage of pattern drainage is the minimum number of elements used, which consequently makes the solution cheap and easy to implement.
Przedmiot wzoru użytkowego został przedstawiony na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 pokazuje przekrój pionowy poprzeczny przez dolny profil ościeżnicy, ukazujący kanalik drenażowy, fig. 2 pokazuje przekrój pionowy poprzeczny przez dolny profil ościeżnicy, ukazujący warstwę kleju oraz fugę, fig. 3 ilustruje widok z góry fragmentu dolnego profilu ościeżnicy ukazujący wlot do kanalika drenażowego oraz część rynny zbiorczej. The object of the utility model is shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a vertical cross-section through the lower profile of the frame showing a drainage channel, Fig. 2 shows a vertical cross-section through the lower profile of the frame, showing a layer of glue and a joint, Fig. 3 illustrates a view from the top of the lower frame profile fragment showing the inlet to the drainage channel and part of the collecting gutter.
Dzięki temu skroplina spływa z szyby 7 do niecki rynny zbiorczej 2. Wkładki są przykładane do dolnego profilu 3 oścież-The condensate drainage from the frame of the side window of the vehicle consists of a collecting gutter 1. and two drainage channels 2 carrying the collected water to the outside of the vehicle. The collecting gutter 1 is located in the upper part of the lower profile 3 of the frame. It extends over the entire length of this part of the bottom frame profile 3. The drainage channels 2 in turn extend from the collecting gutter 1 towards the outer contour of the window. The collecting gutter 1 has the form of an embossing in the upper part of the lower frame profile 3 made of metal. Each of the drainage channels 2 consists of a vertical section 4 and a horizontal section connected to it 5. The horizontal section 5 is under the vertical section 4. The vertical section 4 of drainage channels 2 is a gap in the adhesive layer 6 between the pane 7 and the side of the bottom profile 3 frames. On the other hand, the horizontal section 5 of drainage channels 2 is a gap in the joint 8 between the lower edge of the pane 7 and the upper edge of the skin 9 of the vehicle directly below the window. In the present solution, the single drainage channel 2 is a gap in the adhesive layer 6 connected to the gap in the joint 8, not a separate element, e.g. a tube fixed in or to the frame. The width of the vertical section 4 of each drainage channel 2 is equal to the thickness of the adhesive layer 6. Thus, one pair of opposing side walls of the vertical section 4 is the side of the bottom frame profile 3 and the pane 7, and the other pair of opposing side walls is the gap in the adhesive layer 6. In turn, the height of the horizontal section 5 of the drainage channels 2 is equal to the width of the joint 8. The bottom wall of the horizontal section 5 is the upper edge of the car skin 9, the top wall of the horizontal section 5 is the bottom edge of the glass 7, and a pair of opposite side walls is a gap in the joint 8. The vertical section 4 of the drainage channels 2 has the shape of a straight prism with an isosceles trapezoid base. The longer bases of the trapeziums forming the base of the prism are the edges of the inlet 10 of the drainage channel 2. Also, the horizontal section 5 of the drainage channels 2 has the shape of a straight prism with an isosceles trapezoid base. The longer bases of the trapeziums being the base of the prism are the edges of the outlet V \ _ of the drainage channel 2. The inlets 10 of the drainage channels 2 are at the height to which the side of the collecting gutter 1, located closer to the shaft 7, reaches. The outlets H of the drainage channels 2 are flush with the side plane windows 7 and cover 9. As a result, it is hardly visible and does not disturb the side line of the vehicle. The side of the collecting gutter 1 closer to the pane 7 is lower than the other side. As a result, the water that has collected on the pane and flows to the collecting chute 1 flows through the lowered side and flows through the inlets 10 into the drainage channels 2 through which it flows outside the vehicle. The amount of water in the basin of the collecting gutter 1 which has not flowed through the lowered side into the drainage channels 2 is minimal. This water is removed from the collecting chute 1 by natural evaporation. The lower side of the collecting chute 1 is inclined towards the shaft 7. As a result, the condensate flows from the shaft 7 into the basin of the collecting chute 2. Moreover, the flow of water from the basin and its entry into the inlets 10 of the drainage channels is facilitated. Drainage channels 2 constituting interconnected interruptions in the adhesive layer 6 and in the joint 8 are created at the stage of mounting the window in the vehicle. They are shaped with technological inserts. The inserts are placed on the bottom profile of the 3 reveals
