Rozwiązanie to znalazło zastosowanie w mobilnych stacjach radiolokacyjnych. Takie zamocowanie siłowników umożliwia precyzyjne poziomowanie zespołu antenowego umocowanego do słupa górnego. Przedmiot wzoru użytkowego uwidoczniono na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia układ podnoszenia anteny w pozycji pracy, a fig.Description of the design The subject of the utility model is the antenna lifting system, used especially in mobile radar stations. A single-actuator antenna lifting system is known. The disadvantage of this solution is too low precision in leveling the mounted antenna assembly, high forces in the actuator and local stress accumulation. Additionally, an opening in the platform floor is required for the working cylinder, which sometimes interferes with the structure of the vehicle on which the platform is placed. The essence of the utility model is that the lifting mechanism system is equipped with two cylinders pivotally mounted in the lugs on both sides of the lower column. The change of structure, due to the increase of the actuator arm, which ranges from 494 mm (lifting unit in the transport position) to 405 mm (lifting unit in the working position), enabled more precise leveling of the antenna sub-assembly and significantly reduces the forces in the actuators and stresses throughout the assembly. Extending the actuator piston rod by 1mm changes the angular position of the upper pillar by 0.15 °. There is also no need to make a hole in the platform floor for the working actuators. This solution has been used in mobile radar stations. Such mounting of the actuators enables precise leveling of the antenna assembly attached to the upper pole. The object of the utility model is shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the antenna lifting system in the working position, and Fig.
2 przedstawia układ podnoszenia anteny w pozycji transportowej. In the embodiment of the antenna lifting system, the lower pole ± is rotatably connected to the upper pole 2 on the axis of rotation 6 permanently attached to the upper pole 2 and rotatably in the slide bearings of the lower pole ±. The cylinders 3 are pivotally mounted in the lugs 9 permanently attached to the side surfaces of the lower column ± on the pins 8. The piston rods 4 are rotatably mounted in the arms welded to the upper column 7 by means of the pins 5. The sliding of the piston rods 4 from the cylinders of the cylinders 3 causes the rotation of the upper column 2 relative to the fixed lower pole 1. on the axis of rotation 6. Protective caveat The antenna lifting system, characterized by the fact that it consists of two actuators (3) for lifting and folding the upper pole (2) with the antenna sub-assembly, and the actuators (3) are pivoted in the lugs (9) on the side surfaces of the lower pillar on the pins (8), where the ends of the piston rods (5) of the cylinders (3) are rotatably fastened to the arms (7) of the upper pillar (2), which is rotatably mounted in relation to the lower pillar ( 1), and the sliding of the piston rods (4) from the cylinders (3) causes the rotation of the upper pillar (2) in relation to the fixed lower pillar (10) on the axis (6) fixed permanently to the upper pillar (2) and rotation in relation to the pillar lower pa (1).
