Pierwszenstwo: Opublikowano: 15.VI.1973 KI. 40b,37/02 MKP G22c 37/02 UKD Twórcawynalazku: Waclaw Sakwa Wlasciciel patentu: Politechnika Slaska, Gliwice (Polska) Zeliwo na retorty do dwusiarczku wegla • Przedmiotem wynalazku jest zeliwo przeznaczone na re¬ torty do produkcji dwusiarczku wegla.Retorty przeznaczone do produkcji dwusiarczku wegla wykonywane sa z róznych stopów zelaza. Wykonuje sie te odlewy ze staliwa weglowego lub ze zwyklego zeliwa szare¬ go. Prowadzone byly równiez próby z zastosowaniem zeliwa i staliwa stopowego, glównie chromowego. Wyniki tych do¬ swiadczen nie daly jednak pozytywnych rezultatów ponie¬ waz dotychczas wytwarzane retorty wykazuja badz niedosta¬ teczna zywotnosc w wyniku korozji, badz tez podczas pracy pecznieja uniemozliwiajac ich dalsze stosowanie w produkcji.Warunki pracy retort pracujacych przy produkcji dwusiarcz¬ ku wegla sa szczególnie trudne. Scianki retorty z jednej stro¬ ny narazone sa na dzialanie plomienia, którego zadaniem jest odpowiednie nagrzanie wsadu retorty, z drugiej strony od jej wnetrza na scianke odlewu dzialaja korodujaco materialy wsadowe. W tych warunkach zuzycie retort jest stosunkowo duze. * Stwierdzono, ze do wyrobu retort przeznaczonych do produkcji dwusiarczku wegla najlepiej nadaje sie zeliwo z do¬ datkiem aluminium i chromu. Naturalnie obok tych pierwia¬ stków wystepuja w zeliwie przeznaczonym do produkcji re¬ port równiez inne zawsze spotykane w zeliwach pierwiastki jak: wegiel, krzem, mangan, fosfor i siarka. Czasem mozna dodawac do stopu nikiel, tytan lub w wiekszej ilosci krzem. 5 Pierwiastki te nie wykazuja jednak zasadniczego wplywu na zywotnosc retort.Sklad chemiczny zeliwa do retort do wytwarzania dwu¬ siarczku wegla zaleznie od grubosci scianek odlewu oraz stosowanej temperatury procesu waha sie w nastepujacych io granicach C = 2,5 - 3,0%, Si = 2,5 - 3,0%, Mn = 0,5%, P < 0,2%, S < 0,15% oraz Al = 2,0 - 5,0% i Cr = 1,5-3,5%.Zasadnicze znaczenie posiada w stopie dodatek alumi¬ nium i chromu. 15 PL PL
