Kanapa Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia...30.06.1999r Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest kanapa. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac kanapy przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego jest przedstawiony na zalaczonych fotografiach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia kanape w widoku perspektywicznym z przodu, fig.2 kanape w widoku perspektywicznym z tylu i boku, a fig.3 kanape w widoku z tylu z odchylona czescia na kólkach jezdnych. Kanapa utworzona jest przez trzy wydzielone: prostokatne poduchy siedziska, pro- stokatne poduchy oparcia tylnego oraz zaglówki o profilach bocznych zblizonych do tra- pezów. Jedno oparcie boczne kanapy stanowi wyscielany element prostopadloscienny, zas drugie oparcie boczne stanowi drewniana szafka w formie prostopadloscianu, zaopatrzona z przodu w wysokie drzwiczki, o która oparta jest cienka, przegieta poduszka o zarysie pro stokatnym. W tylnej czesci szafkowego oparcia bocznego oraz z tylu kanapy, na szeroko- sci dwóch poduch oparcia, znajduja sie trzy poziomy pólek oraz dwie prostokatne przegro dy podporowe. Kanapa podparta jest na dwóch nózkach o profilu teowym, zamocowanychprzy szafkowym oparciu bocznym i na koncu drugiej poduchy siedziska oraz na kólkach jezdnych umieszczonych pod trzecia poducha siedziska, przylegajaca do bocznego wy- scielanego elementu w ksztalcie prostopadloscianu. Po odchyleniu do wewnatrz czesci kanapy zaopatrzonej w kólka jezdne, pomiedzy czescia ruchoma kanapy, a czescia stala, zaopatrzona w nózki o teowym profilu, znajduje sie pólka w ksztalcie wycinka kolowego. PL PL PLSofa The design registration right is valid from... June 30, 1999. The subject of the design is a sofa. The essence of the design is a new form of the sofa, manifested in its shape. The subject of the design is shown in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows the sofa in a front perspective view, Fig. 2 the sofa in a perspective view from the rear and side, and Fig. 3 the sofa in a rear view with the reclined section on wheels. The sofa is formed by three separate elements: rectangular seat cushions, rectangular backrest cushions, and headrests with side profiles resembling trapezoids. One side of the sofa is a padded rectangular element, while the other side is a wooden cuboid cabinet with a tall door at the front, supporting a thin, curved rectangular cushion. The rear of the cabinet side backrest and the rear of the sofa, across the width of two backrest cushions, feature three levels of shelves and two rectangular support panels. The sofa is supported by two T-shaped legs attached to the cabinet side backrest and the end of the second seat cushion, as well as by casters placed under the third seat cushion, which is adjacent to the padded cuboid side element. When the caster section of the sofa is tilted inward, a circular shelf is located between the movable section and the fixed section, which is equipped with T-shaped legs. PL PL PL
