1 przedstawia ogólny widok brzeszczotu, a fig.Description of the pattern The subject of the utility model is a double-sided saw blade used for cutting various materials such as wood, metals, plastics, etc. Double-sided or one-sided blades are well-known and widely used simple tools used for cutting various types of materials. They are used in industry, crafts, simple housework, gardens, etc. They are usually used as interchangeable tools mounted in handball frames. A typical double-sided saw blade is in the form of a flat bar with teeth cut parallel on both sides. There are holes at both ends of the saw blade to fix the tool in the frame. The notched toothing at each edge of the saw blade has a constant pitch, that is, the number of teeth for a given length, typically given as the number of teeth for a length of 1 inch, is the same for a particular cutting edge of the saw blade. The individual blades can have different pitches, depending on the type of material for which they are cut. For example, wood-cutting blades are typically 8 or 10 teeth per 1 inch, and metal blades are typically 24 or 32 teeth. It is known from the description of the Polish utility model with a protection certificate No. 56 675 having a double-sided blade on one cutting edge with the number of teeth appropriate for cutting wood, and on the other edge with the number of teeth appropriate for cutting metals. Such a blade is a more universal blade than typical blades designed for cutting only one type of material. It is also known from the Polish description of a utility model with a protection certificate No. 60 440 a double-sided blade with blades parallel to each other, one of which has teeth for cutting metal, the other has teeth adapted to cutting wood, and the ratio of the ripple scale to the width of the blade is approx. 10 , 66. Many other different types of toothing on blades or saws are also known, such as, for example, in the descriptions of utility models Nos. 64 811, 178 082 or 198 689, but in all of them the same pitch is always used on the cutting edge; the number of teeth on a given length is the same for a given edge - the cutting edge of the tool. This makes the cutting process difficult and cumbersome, especially in the initial phase. The double-sided saw blade according to the utility model is in the form of a flat bar on both ends of which there are holes for mounting the saw blade in a frame. Tooth with a variable pitch is notched at the cutting edges of the saw blade. The number of teeth increases over the length of the saw blade from a few teeth per inch to the amount appropriate for cutting a particular material. The subject of the pattern is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows a general view of the saw blade, and fig.
2. Fig. 2 przedstawia widok uzębienia 6 o zmiennej ilości zębów na długości. Celem sprawdzenia korzystnych cech brzeszczotu według wzoru wykonano brzeszczot dwustronny do cięcia metali o zmiennej podziałce. Wykonane uzębienie zahartowano indukcyjnie do twardości 59 - 63 HRC. Fig. 1 shows a double-sided blade made of a flat bar 1 provided with holes 2 and 3 at both ends for securing the blade in the pins of the frame. The toothing shown enlarged in Fig. 2 is cut at both cutting edges 4 and 5. Fig. 2 shows a view of a toothing 6 with a variable number of teeth along its length. In order to check the favorable features of the saw blade, a double-sided blade for cutting metals with a variable pitch was made according to the pattern. The saw blade is made of a flat bar 300 mm long and 25 mm wide from tool steel. In order to cut the teeth of the blade, a tool was made in the form of a cylindrical metal cutter with a decreasing distance between the cutting blades, which allowed to obtain a variable tooth pitch along the length of the blade. The number of teeth on the cutting edge of the saw blade increased from 12 teeth per inch at the start portion to 34 teeth per inch at the tip portion. The teeth were induction hardened to a hardness of 59 - 63 HRC. Trials of cutting with a saw blade made in this way have shown that the cutting process is faster and less strenuous than when using a traditional blade. Protective claim A double-sided saw blade having the form of a flat bar with two holes at its ends and having two parallel cutting edges, characterized in that the cutting edges (4) and (5) have a number of teeth (6) varying along the blade length.
