1 przedstawia indykator z fragmentem kotwi, a fig. Zastrzeżenie ochronne Indykator obciążenia kotwi, mający postać tulei o osłabionych ściankach, zakładanej na wystającym z górotworu końcu kotwi pomiędzy jej podkładką i nakrętką, znamienny tym, że na pobocznicy tulei (1) są wykonane cztery, rozmieszczone symetrycznie, podłużne otwory (2).2 PL 67 289 Υ1 Description of the model The subject of the utility model is the anchor load indicator, signaling the approach of the dangerous states of the strength of the bolt material used or its assumed capacity. From the Ru 59605 protective description, an anchor modifying washer is known, which allows for a quick assessment of the work of the anchor housing. The washer is an indicator made in the form of a sleeve with three rectangular grooves on the outer surface and a central hole for the anchor. The indicator is placed on the end of the bolt protruding from the rock mass, between its washer and the nut. When loading the bolt, the weakened sleeve walls lose their stability, as a result of which the sleeve swells and the height of the sleeve drops, signaling the magnitude of the forces acting on the bolts. The change in the height of the sleeve indicates the impending overload of the bolt and the need to take precautionary measures against its dangerous breaking, such as temporary additional support of the ceiling or thickening of the anchoring mesh. In the bolt load indicator, in the form of a sleeve with weakened walls, placed on the end of the bolt protruding from the rock mass between its washer and nut, according to the utility model, four symmetrically arranged oblong holes are made on the sleeve side. When the bolt is loaded, the weakened sleeve walls lose their stability and the sleeve becomes upset and the height of the sleeve decreases, which is indicative of the impending overloading of the bolt and the necessity to apply known remedial measures before its breaking. The object of the utility model is shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the indicator with a fragment of the bolt, and Fig. 2 - its cross-section along the line AA marked in Fig. 1. The bolt load indicator has the form of a sleeve 1 with weakened walls, on which side surface there are four symmetrically arranged oblong holes 2. The sleeve 1 is placed on the end 3 of the bolt protruding from the rock mass, between its washer 4 and the nut 5. Protective caveat. of the bolt between its washer and the nut, characterized in that on the sleeve side surface (1) there are four symmetrically arranged oblong holes (2).
