Kolekcja bedaca przedmiotem wzoru wyróznia sie nowym i indywidualnym zestawieniem elementów zdobniczych, w szczególnosci oryginalnych albo oryginalnie zastosowanych tkanin i dzianin. Przedmiot wzoru w trzech odmianach w widoku z przodu uwidoczniony zostal na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia pierwsza odmiane wzoru, fig. 2 - druga odmiane wzoru, a fig. 3 - trzecia odmiane wzoru . Cechy istotne pierwszej odmiany wzoru przemyslowego, bedacej kapeluszem damskim, przedstawionej na fig. 1 rysunku, oraz na fotografii 1, stanowi posiadanie denka w postaci kola wykonanego z tkaniny welnianej lub podobnej, które jest polaczone z kwatera w postaci pasa przyozdobionego fantazyjnie ulozonym pasem z futra lub dzianiny imitujacej futro. Do kwatery doszyte jest rondo, przeszyte kilkakrotnie wzdluz obwodu. Przeszycia tworza tunele, które moga byc wypelnione usztywnieniem np. z gabki. Cechy istotne drugiej odmiany wzoru przemyslowego, bedacej kapeluszem damskim, przedstawionej na fig. 2 rysunku, oraz na fotografii 2, stanowi posiadanie denka w postaci kola wykonanego z tkaniny welnianej lub podobnej, które jest polaczone z kwatera w postaci pasa przyozdobionego równolegle ulozonymi pasami z futra lub dzianiny imitujacej futro. The essential features of the first variant of the industrial design, a women's hat, shown in Fig. 1 of the drawing and in Photo 1, include a circular bottom made of woolen or similar fabric, connected to a banded section adorned with a fancifully arranged strip of fur or knitted fabric imitating fur. A brim is sewn onto the banded section, stitched several times along its circumference. The stitching creates tunnels that can be filled with stiffeners, such as foam. The essential features of the second variant of the industrial design, a women's hat, shown in Fig. 2 of the drawing and in Photo 2, include a circular bottom made of woolen or similar fabric, connected to a banded section decorated with parallel strips of fur or knitted fabric imitating fur. A brim is sewn onto the banded section, stitched several times around the circumference. The stitching creates tunnels that can be filled with stiffeners, such as foam. The essential features of the third variant of the industrial design, a women's hat, shown in Fig. 3 of the drawing and in Photo 3, include a circular bottom made of woolen or similar fabric, connected to a banded section decorated with a strip of fur or knitted fabric imitating fur.
