Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest unit stomatologiczny zlozony z fotela, stolika stomatologicznego oraz spluwaczki stylizowany na motocykl. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac unitu stomatologicznego, zmierzajaca do celów estetycznych, przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie, jak równiez w ukladzie zasadniczych linii obrysu poszczególnych elementów. Unit stomatologiczny zlozony z fotela, stolika stomatologicznego oraz spluwaczki, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze stylizowany jest na motocykl, wyposazony w wielofunkcyjny fotel spoczywajacy na przestrzennej ramie zakonczonej rurowym pierscieniem i wyposazonej w imitacje przedniego blotnika i tylnego blotnika i zaopatrzonej po obu stronach rurowych podluznie we wsporniki w ksztalcie litery „V" stanowiace podparcie dla lozyskowania regulowanegofotela z siedziskiem o ksztalcie zblizonym do równoramiennego trapezu, którego jedna krawedz ma ksztalt wypuklego luku i sasiaduje z wklesla krawedzia katowo regulowanego podparcia, którego druga krawedz ma pólkoliste wciecie, natomiast z drugiej strony siedzisko sasiaduje z ruchomym oparciem zlozonym z dwóch nerkowatych elementów pomiedzy którymi jest stelaz ruchomego podglówka o sercowatym ksztalcie, przy czym po jednej stronie fotela umieszczony jest blok spluwaczki stylizowany na silnik motocykla o ukladzie cylindrów w ksztalcie litery „V" zaopatrzony w dolnej czesci w orurowanie imitujace rury wydechowe, a w górnej czesci wyposazone w lamany, rurowy stelaz, natomiast z drugiej strony fotela znajduje sie stolik stomatologiczny z oprzyrzadowaniem, stylizowany na kierownice motocykla, z blatem o ksztalcie wycinka kola, zawieszony na teleskopowym, rurowym widelcu. Przedmiot wzoru pokazany jest na zalaczonym rysunku, gdzie na fig. 1 - przedstawiono unit stomatologiczny w widoku aksonometrycznym z boku, fig. 2 - przedstawiono unit stomatologiczny w widoku aksonometrycznym od tylu, fig. 3 - przedstawiono unit stomatologiczny w widoku aksonometrycznym z góry, a na fig. 4 - przedstawiono unit stomatologiczny w widoku aksonometrycznym z tylu i z góry. Jak pokazano na rysunku unit stomatologiczny jest stylizowany na motocykl. Unit wyposazony jest w wielofunkcyjny fotel 1 spoczywajacy na przestrzennej ramie 2 zakonczonej rurowym pierscieniem 3 i wyposazonej w imitacje przedniego blotnika 4 i tylnego blotnika 5. Po obu stronach rurowych podluznie 6 sa wsporniki 7 w ksztalcie litery „V stanowiace podparcie dla lozyskowania regulowanego fotela 1, który ma siedzisko 8 o ksztalcie zblizonym do równoramiennego trapezu, któregojedna krawedz 9 ma ksztalt wypuklego luku i sasiaduje z wklesla krawedzia 10 katowo regulowanego podparcia 11, którego druga krawedz ma pólkoliste wciecie 12. Z drugiej strony siedzisko 8 sasiaduje z ruchomym oparciem 13 zlozonym z dwóch nerkowatych elementów 14, pomiedzy którymi jest stelaz 15 ruchomego podglówka 16 o sercowatym ksztalcie. Po jednej stronie fotela 1 umieszczony jest blok spluwaczki 17 stylizowany na silnik motocykla o ukladzie cylindrów w ksztalcie litery „V, zaopatrzony w dolnej czesci w orurowanie 18 imitujace rury wydechowe. W górnej czesci spluwaczki jest lamany, rurowy stelaz 19, natomiast z drugiej strony fotela 1 znajduje sie stolik stomatologiczny 20 z oprzyrzadowaniem, stylizowany na kierownice motocykla, z blatem 21 o ksztalcie wycinka kola, zawieszony na teleskopowym, rurowym widelcu 22. The subject of the industrial design is a dental unit consisting of a chair, a dental table, and a spittoon, stylized as a motorcycle. The essence of the design is a new form of the dental unit, aimed at aesthetic purposes, manifested in its shape as well as the arrangement of the basic outline lines of individual elements. A dental unit consisting of a chair, a dental table and a spittoon, according to an industrial design, is characterized by being styled as a motorcycle, equipped with a multifunctional seat resting on a spatial frame topped with a tubular ring and equipped with an imitation of the front and rear fenders and equipped on both tubular sides longitudinally with V-shaped supports constituting support for the adjustable seat with a seat in the shape of an isosceles trapezoid, one edge of which has the shape of a convex arc and is adjacent to the concave edge of the angularly adjustable support, the other edge of which has a semicircular indentation, while on the other side the seat is adjacent to a movable backrest composed of two kidney-shaped elements, between which there is a frame of a movable heart-shaped headrest, while on one side of the seat there is a block a spittoon styled after a motorcycle engine with a V-shaped cylinder arrangement, equipped in the lower part with piping imitating exhaust pipes, and in the upper part with a folded tubular frame, while on the other side of the seat there is a dental table with accessories, styled after a motorcycle handlebar, with a tabletop in the shape of a circular sector, suspended on a telescopic tubular fork. The subject of the design is shown in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the dental unit in an axonometric side view, Fig. 2 shows the dental unit in an axonometric rear view, Fig. 3 shows the dental unit in an axonometric top view, and Fig. 4 shows the dental unit in an axonometric back and top view. As shown in the drawing, the dental unit is styled after a motorcycle. The unit is equipped with a multifunctional seat 1 resting on a spatial frame 2 terminated with a tubular ring 3 and equipped with an imitation of the front fender 4 and rear fender 5. On both sides of the tubular longitudinals 6 there are V-shaped supports 7 constituting support for the bearing of the adjustable seat 1, which has a seat 8 in the shape of a trapezoid, one edge 9 of which has the shape of a convex arc and is adjacent to the concave edge 10 of the angularly adjustable support 11, the other edge of which has a semicircular indentation 12. On the other side, the seat 8 is adjacent to a movable backrest 13 composed of two kidney-shaped elements 14, between which there is a frame 15 of a movable headrest 16 in a heart-shaped shape. On one side of the seat 1 there is a block A spittoon 17, styled after a motorcycle engine with a V-shaped cylinder arrangement, is equipped in its lower part with piping 18 imitating exhaust pipes. In the upper part of the spittoon, there is a folded, tubular frame 19, while on the other side of the seat 1, there is a dental table 20 with accessories, styled after a motorcycle handlebar, with a tabletop 21 in the shape of a circular sector, suspended on a telescopic, tubular fork 22. Characteristic features of the industrial design: A dental unit consisting of a chair, a dental table, and a spittoon, characterized by being styled after a motorcycle, equipped with a multifunctional seat (1) resting on a spatial frame (2) terminated with a tubular ring (3) and equipped with an imitation of the front fender (4) and rear fender (5), and equipped on both sides of the tubular longitudinal tubes (6) with supports. (7) in the shape of the letter "V" constituting a support for the bearing of the adjustable seat (1) with a seat (8) in the shape close to an isosceles trapezoid, one edge of which (9) has the shape of a convex arc and is adjacent to the concave edge (10) of the angularly adjustable QD support, the other edge of which has a semicircular indentation (12), while on the other side the seat (8) is adjacent to a movable backrest (13) composed of two kidney-shaped elements (14), between which there is a frame (15) of a movable headrest (16) in the shape of a heart, while on one side of the seat (1) there is a spittoon block (17) stylized as a motorcycle engine with a cylinder arrangement in the shape of the letter "V", provided in the lower part with piping (18) imitating exhaust pipes, and in the upper part with equipped with a foldable tubular frame (19), while on the other side of the seat (1) there is a dental table (20) styled as a motorcycle handlebar, with a table top (21) in the shape of a circle segment, suspended on a telescopic tubular fork (22), as shown in the attached drawing, Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3 and Fig. 4.
