Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w ksztalcie fotelika samochodowego do przewozenia dzieci. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia fotelik samochodowy do przewozenia dzieci w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2- fotelik w widoku z góry, fig.3- fotelik w widoku z dolu, fig.4- fotelik widoku z boku, fig.5- fotelik w widoku z drugiego boku, fig.6- fotelik w widoku z przodu, a fig.7- fotelik w widoku z tylu. Fotelik samochodowy do przewozenia dzieci wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, obejmujacy siedzisko, oparcie oraz podglówek posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: siedzisko jest wyprofilowane lukowato, tak, ze od strony przedniejjest wyzsze, a ponadto wokól jego krawedzi przedniej i bocznych widoczne jest wypukle obramowanie. Przy krawedziach bocznych obramowania siedziska znajduja sie dwie symetryczne raczki, które, w widoku z boku, maja wypukla powierzchnie górna. Oparcie jest wypukle od strony przedniej, a jego sciana tylna przebiega lekko skosnie ku górze w stosunku do sciany tylnej siedziska. Oparcie jest wyposazone w dwa boczne ucha, których krawedzie przednie maja zarys falisty. Na stronie spodniej oparcia i kazdego jego ucha przebiega wkladka z czterema równoleglymi wycieciami. Podglówek, usytuowany nad oparciem, ma lukowato wyprofilowana krawedz górna i jest wyposazony w dwa boczne ucha, których krawedzie przednie maja zarys lukowaty, a na stronie spodniej podglówka i kazdego jego ucha przebiega wkladka z równoleglymi wycieciami. Siedzisko, oparcie, podglówek oraz ucha oparcia i podglówka sa miekko wyscielane. The novelty and individual character of the design are manifested in the shape of the child car seat. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows the child car seat in a perspective view, fig. 2 - the seat from above, fig. 3 - the seat from below, fig. 4 - the seat from the side, fig. 5 - the seat from the other side, fig. 6 - the seat from the front, and fig. 7 - the seat from the back. This industrial-style child car seat, comprising a seat, backrest, and headrest, has the following key features: the seat is arched, making it higher at the front, and a convex frame is visible around its front and side edges. Two symmetrical handles are located at the side edges of the seat frame, which, when viewed from the side, have a convex upper surface. The backrest is convex at the front, and its rear wall runs slightly upwards in relation to the rear wall of the seat. The backrest is equipped with two side handles, the front edges of which have a wavy shape. An insert with four parallel cutouts runs along the underside of the backrest and each handle. The headrest, located above the backrest, has an arched upper edge and is equipped with two side ear loops, the front edges of which are arched. An insert with parallel cutouts runs along the underside of the headrest and each ear. The seat, backrest, headrest, and the ear loops for the backrest and headrest are softly padded. Furthermore, the rear walls of the backrest and headrest inserts feature openings, as well as the seat adjusters, as shown in the attached drawings, Fig. 1 to Fig. 7.
