Przedmiot wzoru zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonych fotografiach, z których fig. 1 przedstawia pistolet w perspektywicznym widoku z przodu, natomiast fig. 2 pistolet w widoku z boku wraz z elementami wspomagajacymi.Jak pokazano na fig. 1 zasadniczym elementem pistoletu jest korpus w ksztalcie masywnej rury zakonczonej z przodu koncówka i zaopatrzonej z tylu w sprzaczke pasa nosnego zespolona z kapturkiem. W polowie dlugosci korpusu przymocowany jest uchwyt spustowy. Uchwyt ma loze od którego odchodzi pochyla rekojesc z trzema otworami i jezykiem spustowym. Konce rekojesci i loza polaczone sa palakiem. Zamykajaca rure koncówka ma ksztalt nakretki o karbowanym obwodzie i zmiennej srednicy zewnetrznej. Czolo koncówki zawiera naciecia w ksztalcie krzyzujacych sie centrycznie linii falistych, korzystnie trzech. Na czole moze byc umieszczona tarcza emblematu, na przyklad znaku towarowego. Pomiedzy uchwytem a koncówka korpus ma nieznaczne przewezona srednice tworzaca lufe. Do lufy przymocowany jest bocznie uchwyt zasilajacy wraz z druga sprzaczka. Uchwyt ten ma ksztalt okraglej, karbowanej rekojesci. Przymocowana do lufy obok uchwytu sprzaczka polaczona jest szerokim pasem nosnym z druga sprzaczka, przymocowana z tylu korpusu do kapturka. Pomiedzy kapturkiem a uchwytem spustowym powierzchnia korpusu pokryta jest fantazyjnymi elementami graficznymi, w które moze byc wkomponowany emblemat firmowy. Jak pokazano na fig. 2 pistolet w zestawie przeciwpozarowym zawiera dodatkowo dwie butle z którymi jest polaczony przewodami elastycznymi. Wieksza butla (czarna) zawiera w górnej czesci uchwyt nosny i miernik cisnienia. Górna powierzchnia wiekszej butli ma króciec laczacy sie wezem elastycznym z uchwytem zasilajacym pistoletu. Mniejsza butla (zólta), posiadajaca w górnej czesci pokretlo zaworu odcinajacego, polaczona jest poprzez reduktor i inny przewód elastyczny z uchwytem spustowym pistoletu. Wzór zdobniczy oprócz funkcji dekoracyjnej oraz odrózniajacej nadajacej pistoletowi i zestawowi przeciwpozarowemu swoisty i oryginalny wyglad, pelni takze funkcje uzytkowa. Woda z wiekszej butli podawana jest do przedniej czesci pistoletu.Sprezone powietrze z mniejszej butli podawane jest do tylnej czesci pistoletu. Zwolnienie spustu powoduje gwaltowny wyrzut przez koncówke mgly wodnej o znacznych wlasciwosciach gasniczych. PL PL PL PLv The right to register an ornamental design lasts from ..AV'.y.. ^ FIRE-FIGHTING GUN AND SET The ornamental design covers a fire-fighting impulse device in the shape of a heavy gun suspended by a belt over the shoulder, as well as the elements necessary for its operation. The essence of the design is the external appearance of the object, manifested in the shape of the impulse device. The set of the impulse device with accompanying elements, in particular the two cylinders to which it is connected by hoses, is also essential. The subject of the design is shown in the attached photographs, of which Fig. 1 shows the pistol in a perspective front view, while Fig. 2 shows the pistol in a side view with supporting elements. As shown in Fig. 1, the pistol's essential element is a receiver in the shape of a massive tube with a front end and a sling buckle integrated with a cap at the rear. A trigger grip is attached midway along the receiver. The grip has a forend from which extends a sloping grip with three holes and a trigger tongue. The ends of the grip and forend are connected by a bail. The end cap, which closes the tube, is shaped like a nut with a notched circumference and a variable outer diameter. The end cap's face contains cutouts in the shape of centrally intersecting wavy lines, preferably three. A shield emblem, such as a trademark, can be placed on the face. Between the grip and the end, the body has a slightly narrowed diameter, creating a barrel. A feed handle with a second buckle is attached to the barrel laterally. This handle is shaped like a round, ribbed grip. The buckle attached to the barrel next to the handle is connected by a wide carrying strap to a second buckle attached to the hood at the rear of the body. Between the hood and the trigger grip, the body surface is covered with imaginative graphic elements that can be incorporated with a company emblem. The smaller (yellow) cylinder, which has a shut-off valve knob at the top, is connected to the gun's trigger handle via a reducer and another flexible hose. The decorative pattern, in addition to its decorative and distinctive function, gives the gun and firefighting set a unique and original appearance, also serves a practical purpose. Water from the larger cylinder is fed to the front of the gun. Compressed air from the smaller cylinder is fed to the rear of the gun.
