Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest opakowanie transportowe z pomponami. Znane opakowania transportowe na miekkie artykuly pasmanteryjne, w tym na pompony, stanowia najczesciej plaskie, prostokatne torby z elastycznej folii, zamykane - po zaladowaniu - przez zszycie badz zgrzanie. Uzyskiwane opakowania transportowe z pomponami maja ksztalt splaszczonej bryly, przez scianki której - w wypadku uzycia folii transparentnej - sa widoczne pompony, zwykle zgniecione w wyniku dzialania zewnetrznych sil nacisku w czasie transportu i magazynowania. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac opakowania transportowego z pomponami, nadana mu przez cechy ksztaltu i material wytworu, w wyniku czego opakowanie z pomponami jako calosc tworzy bryle wywolujaca wizualne wrazenie oryginalnosci w zakresie ksztaltu, konturów i wygladu. Opracowane opakowanie ma ksztalt wypuklej bryly, utworzonej z dwóch, prostokatnych scian, polaczonych pasmowo na calym obwodzie zewnetrznym i mocno uwypuklonych, przy czym boki prostokatnych scian sa nieregularnie wklesle oraz ich uwypuklenie jest nierównomierne jako wynik wykonania scian z elastycznej folii (optyczny efekt ksztaltu silnie wypelnionej gazem prostokatnej poduszki powietrznej lub materaca dmuchanego). Przez sciany opakowania z elastycznej, transparentnej folii sa widoczne zawarte w nim kuliste pompony, nieodksztalcone pod wplywem zewnetrznych sil nacisku.Elastyczna i transparentna folia scian opakowania moze byc bezbarwna lub kolorowa oraz moze miec powierzchnie gladka albo nieco chropowata, a pompony umieszczone w opakowaniu moga byc jedno-, dwu- badz wielobarwne. Opakowanie transportowe z pomponami wedlug wzoru wykonuje sie przez zaladowanie pomponów do torebki, która tworza dwie, prostokatne sciany wykonane z elastycznej, transparentnej folii i polaczone pasmowo ze soba wzdluz trzech boków, potem wypelnienie opakowania gazem, najczesciej powietrzem, do uzyskania okreslonego cisnienia i silnie wypuklego ksztaltu, a nastepnie zamkniecie „nadmuchanego" opakowania wzdluz czwartego boku, na przyklad przez zgrzanie, w taki sposób, aby zatrzymac w opakowaniu wczesniej wprowadzony gaz. Well-known transport packaging for soft haberdashery items, including pompoms, is most often flat, rectangular bags made of flexible foil, closed after loading by stitching or welding. The resulting transport packaging with pompoms takes the form of a flattened block, through the walls of which—if transparent foil is used—the pompoms are visible, usually crushed by external pressure during transport and storage. The essence of the industrial design is the new and unique form of the transport packaging with pompoms, given to it by the characteristics of the product's shape and material. As a result, the packaging with pompoms as a whole creates a block that evokes a visual impression of originality in terms of shape, contours, and appearance. The developed packaging has the shape of a convex solid, formed by two rectangular walls, connected by a band along the entire outer circumference and strongly convex. The sides of the rectangular walls are irregularly concave and their convexity is uneven due to the walls being made of flexible film (the optical effect of a heavily gas-filled rectangular air cushion or inflatable mattress). Through the flexible, transparent film walls of the packaging, the spherical pompoms contained within are visible, undeformed by external pressure forces. The flexible and transparent film of the packaging walls can be colorless or colored, and can have a smooth or slightly rough surface, and the pompoms contained within the packaging can be single, double, or multi-colored. Transport packaging with pompoms according to the pattern is made by loading the pompoms into a bag which is formed by two rectangular walls made of flexible, transparent foil and connected together along three sides by strips, then filling the package with gas, usually air, to obtain a certain pressure and a strongly convex shape, and then closing the "inflated" package along the fourth side, for example by welding, in such a way as to retain the previously introduced gas in the package. Essential features of the industrial design: a new shape of a strongly convex solid, made of two rectangular walls, connected by strips along the entire external circumference and strongly emphasized (the shape of a strongly inflated, rectangular airbag), through which the pompoms placed in the packaging, regularly spherical and not deformed, are visible.
