Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest slup z tablica z reklamowa (billboardem). Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac slupa z tablica z reklamowa (billboardem) przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie i kolorze. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych rysunku i fotografiach, na których: fig. 1 - przedstawia rysunek slupa z tablica reklamowa (billboardem) w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2 - fotografie slupa w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 3 - ten sam slup w widoku perspektywicznym z boku, fig. 4 - ten sam slup w widoku z boku, fig. 5 - ten sam slup w widoku z przodu lub z tylu, fig. 6 - fragment tego samego slupa w widoku z dolu, a fig. 7 - fragment tego samego slupa w widoku z dolu. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego. Slup ma postac prostopadloscianu, zaopatrzonego z przodu i z tylu w okladzine w ksztalcie prostokata, którego krótszy bok jest dluzszy od szerokosci slupa. U góry slup jest wyposazony w prostokatna tablice reklamowa (billboard), przy czym slup jest przesuniety wzgledem osi tablicy.Tablica reklamowa jest z przodu i z tylu zaopatrzona w prostokatne obramowanie, wychodzace poza obrys tablicy. Slup wedlug wzoru jest korzystnie wyposazony w okladzine oraz obramowanie w kolorze jasnym, przy czym ich obrzeze jest w kolorze jeszcze jasniejszym. PL PL PLThe industrial design is a pole with an advertising board (billboard). The essence of the design is a new form of the pole with the advertising board (billboard), manifested in its shape and color. The industrial design is illustrated in the attached drawings and photographs, in which: Fig. 1 shows a perspective view of the pole with the advertising board (billboard); Fig. 2 shows a perspective view of the pole; Fig. 3 shows the same pole in a perspective side view; Fig. 4 shows the same pole in a side view; Fig. 5 shows the same pole in a front or back view; Fig. 6 shows a fragment of the same pole viewed from below; and Fig. 7 shows a fragment of the same pole viewed from below. Essential features of the industrial design. The pole is a cuboid, with a rectangular cladding on the front and back, the shorter side of which is longer than the width of the pole. At the top, the pole is equipped with a rectangular billboard, with the billboard offset from the pole's axis. The billboard is provided with a rectangular frame on the front and back, extending beyond the billboard's outline. The pole, as designed, is preferably equipped with a light-colored cladding and frame, with an even lighter-colored edge.
