2 PL 66 796 Υ1 Opis wzoru Przedmiotem wzoru użytkowego jest ubranie, zwłaszcza dla służb specjalnych, takich jak wojsko, policja, straż pożarna, jak również osób uprawiających sporty ekstremalne. Znane jest do tego celu ubranie, na przykład z amerykańskiego opisu patentowego nr US 2004 0 209 051, które składa się z części górnej w postaci bluzy lub kurtki oraz części dolnej w postaci spodni, z kieszeniami wykonanymi w obu częściach. Kieszenie umieszczone są w częściach górnych oraz rękawach. Kieszenie w częściach górnych usytuowane są ukośnie. W miejscach usytuowania stawów kończyn górnych i dolnych naszyte są łaty, w których można utworzyć kieszonki do wprowadzenia poduszek do wewnątrz rękawów i do wewnątrz nogawek spodni. Otwory na poduszki ochronne zakończone są wypustkami o niskim profilu i umieszczone są w taki sposób, że podczas zakładania bluzy jak i zakładania spodni nie zahacza o nie ręka ani stopa. Istota wzoru użytkowego polega na tym, że ochraniacze na części łokciowej bluzy ubrania oraz na części kolanowej spodni ubrania stanowią naszyte kieszenie, których otwory wlotowe są umieszczone od spodu kieszeni, a długości otworów wlotowych są mniejsze od szerokości ich kieszeni. Rozwiązanie według wzoru użytkowego pozwala na łatwe umieszczanie i wyjmowanie wkładek ochronnych w ochraniaczach łokci i kolan, które stanowią naszyte kieszenie, zaś dolne usytuowanie w nich otworów wlotowych umożliwia samoczynne opróżnianie kieszeni z wody czy części stałych jak piasek czy szlam, przy jednoczesnym pewnym osadzeniu w nich poduszek ochronnych. Jest to bardzo istotne podczas działań służb specjalnych w różnych warunkach terenowych i pogodowych. Przedmiot wzoru użytkowego jest uwidoczniony na załączonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia ubranie w widoku z przodu, a fig. 2 - część nogawki spodni wraz z ochraniaczem w przekroju podłużnym. Bluza 1 ubrania posiada zewnętrzne kieszenie piersiowe 2 i zewnętrzne kieszenie narękawo-we 3 umieszczone w górnej części rękawów 4. Kieszenie 2 i 3 są usytuowane ukośnie, swymi górnymi narożami do siebie zbieżnie. Na części łokciowej rękawów 4 oraz na części kolanowej nogawek 5 spodni 6 znajdują się naszyte ochraniacze w postaci kieszeni 7 do umieszczenia w nich wkładek ochronnych 8. Ochraniacze-kieszenie 7 posiadają od spodu otwory wlotowe 9, których długości są mniejsze od szerokości swych kieszeni 7. Zastrzeżenie ochronne Ubranie, zwłaszcza dla służb specjalnych, którego bluza zaopatrzona jest w zewnętrzne kieszenie piersiowe i zewnętrzne kieszenie umieszczone w górnej części rękawów, usytuowane ukośnie oraz posiadająca na części łokciowej ochraniacze z kieszeniami zaś spodnie posiadają w części kolanowej ochraniacze z kieszeniami, znamienne tym, że ochraniacze na części łokciowej bluzy (1) oraz na części kolanowej spodni (6) stanowią naszyte kieszenie (7), których otwory wlotowe (9) są umieszczone od spodu kieszeni (7), a długości otworów wlotowych (9) są mniejsze od szerokości ich kieszeni (7).2 PL 66 796 Υ1 Description of the design The object of a utility model is clothing, especially for special services such as the army, police, fire brigade, as well as people practicing extreme sports. For this purpose, a garment is known, for example from US 2004 0 209 051, which consists of an upper part in the form of a sweatshirt or jacket and a bottom part in the form of trousers, with pockets in both parts. Pockets are located in the upper parts and sleeves. Pockets in the upper parts are located diagonally. Patches are sewn in the places where the joints of the upper and lower limbs are located, where you can create pockets for inserting pillows inside the sleeves and inside the trouser legs. The openings for the protective cushions are finished with low-profile insets and are placed in such a way that when putting on a sweatshirt and putting on pants, it does not catch your hand or foot. The essence of the utility model is that the protectors on the elbow part of the garment and on the knee part of the garment trousers are sewn pockets, the inlet openings of which are located at the bottom of the pocket, and the lengths of the inlet openings are smaller than the width of their pockets. The solution according to the utility model allows easy placement and removal of protective inserts in the elbow and knee protectors, which are sewn pockets, and the lower location of the inlet openings in them allows the pockets to be automatically emptied of water or solid particles such as sand or sludge, while firmly embedding them in them protective cushions. It is very important during the activities of special services in various terrain and weather conditions. The object of the utility model is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows the garment in a front view, and fig. 2 - part of the trouser leg with the protector in a longitudinal section. The garment 1 has outer chest pockets 2 and outer sleeve pockets 3 located in the upper part of the sleeves 4. Pockets 2 and 3 are arranged obliquely, with their upper corners converging to each other. On the elbow part of the sleeves 4 and on the knee part of the legs 5 of the trousers 6 there are sewn-in pads in the form of pockets 7 for accommodating protective inserts 8 in them. The pads-pockets 7 have inlet openings 9 at their bottom, the lengths of which are smaller than the width of their pockets 7. Protective reservation A garment, especially for special services, whose blouse has outer breast pockets and outer pockets in the upper part of the sleeves, obliquely situated, and has protectors with pockets on the elbow part, while the trousers have knee pads with pockets, characterized by the fact that the protectors on the elbow part of the jacket (1) and on the knee part of the trousers (6) are sewn pockets (7), the inlet openings (9) of which are located at the bottom of the pocket (7), and the lengths of the inlet openings (9) are smaller than their width pockets (7).
