2 PL 66 136 Υ1 Opis wzoru Przedmiotem wzoru użytkowego jest element rurowy wykonany z tworzywa sztucznego, mający zastosowanie do budowy sieci wodno-ściekowych, a zwłaszcza do odprowadzania wód opadowych z dróg i autostrad. Element rurowy z tworzywa sztucznego dla instalacji wodno-ściekowych z ukształtowanymi końcami, znamienny tym, że stanowi go elastyczna rura (1) z miękkiego tworzywa, z zatopionym we wnętrzu ścianki (2), na całej jej długości, śrubowo nawiniętym prętem (3), która ma osadzone w obu końcach bose króćce (4).2 PL 66 136 Υ1 Description of the design The subject of the utility model is a pipe element made of plastic, used in the construction of water and sewage networks, especially for draining rainwater from roads and highways. Commonly known and widely used for the construction of water and sewage networks are pipes with a rigid wall made of plastics, especially polyvinyl chloride, which have a socket at one end and a spigot end with an outer diameter matching the inner diameter of the socket on the other side. There may also be pipes that have bare ends on both sides. Such pipes work with a wide range of fittings with a rigid wall in the form of elbows, unions, tees, enabling their connection and changing the direction of the pipeline laid. These fittings make it possible to connect pipes and individual installation elements at a strictly defined angle, i.e. the one specified in the design parameters of a given fitting. These are, for example, bends that allow you to connect adjacent elements at an angle of 15 °, 30 °, 45 °, 67 ° or 90 °. The above requires laying the pipelines according to a strictly defined pattern, in the trenches made exactly according to the set angles, and avoiding various obstacles in the field often becomes impossible or difficult due to the necessity to use many fittings and multiple socket connections. It is particularly troublesome when draining rainwater from roads and highways, where the installation connecting the higher sewage well with the concrete culvert of the drainage ditch is made on a slope. The purpose of the utility model is to develop a structure of a pipe element, with the use of which it will be possible to build water and sewage networks, freely changing the direction of the pipeline laid. According to the pattern, the tubular element made of plastic is characterized in that it is a flexible pipe made of soft plastic, with an embedded in the interior of the wall, along its entire length, a helically wound rod, which has bare spigots mounted at both ends. Preferably, the bare spigots end with conical cuts. It is also advantageous if the bare stubs are mounted on the glue at the ends of the flexible pipe. It is also advantageous when the rod is made of a hard material. It is also advantageous if the rod is made of metal. The solution according to the formula is simple and functional. The use of a flexible pipe made of a soft material in the central part of the element, reinforced with a screw-wound rod, allows a wide range of free change of the direction of the pipeline to be laid, while maintaining the required strength parameters. The model-like spigots, embedded in the ends of the flexible pipe, allow for the production of known socket connections. The subject of the pattern is shown in the attached drawing, which shows the tubular element in longitudinal section. As shown in the drawing, the tubular element is a section of a flexible soft polyvinyl chloride pipe 1 which has, in its walls 2, along its entire length, a helically wound rod 3 made of hard polyvinyl chloride or metal. The flexible pipe 1 has spigot stubs 4 mounted on glue at both ends, which end with conical cuts 5, which make it easier to insert them into the sockets of other installation elements. The tubular element can be manufactured in any dimensions and in the construction of water and sewage networks it can, with the use of known double-socket couplings, completely replace pipes with a rigid plastic wall or constitute a supplementary element for connecting them as a flexible elbow. Protective claims 1.
