2 PL 66 061 Υ1 Opis wzoru Przedmiotem wzoru użytkowego jest zgrabiarka dwukaruzelowa. W dotychczas znanych zgrabiarkach dwukaruzelowych wał napędowy zawsze znajdował się pod ramą nośną. Jedynie w kosiarkach ciągnionych wał napędowy znajdował się w środku konstrukcji nośnej. Istota wzoru użytkowego polega na tym, że w zgrabiarce dwukaruzelowej zastosowano przekładnię typu „Z” a wewnątrz przedniej ramy nośnej umieszczono wał napędowy przegubowo--teleskopowy. Zastosowanie przekładni typu „Z” pozwala na wyeliminowanie wału napędowego szerokokątnego. Zastosowanie przekładni typu „Z” wydłuża żywotność wału, ale też umożliwia większy skręt. Rama podzielona na dwie części: przednią i tylną zmniejsza gabaryty elementów, co ułatwia proces technologiczny np. malowania. Zmniejszone gabaryty są wygodniejsze do transportu. Przedmiot wzoru użytkowego uwidoczniony jest na załączonym materiale ilustracyjnym, gdzie fig. 1 pokazuje przekładnię typu „Z” oraz ramę nośną przednią w rzucie perspektywicznym, zaś fig. 2 przedstawia konstrukcję całego wału napędowego przegubowo-teleskopowego umiejscowionego w środku przedniej ramy nośnej. W skład zgrabiarki dwukaruzelowej według wzoru użytkowego wchodzi przekładnia typu „Z” 1, rama nośna przednia 2, zaczep 3, stopka podporowa 4 oraz wał napędowy przegubowo-teleskopowy 5. Wał napędowy przegubowo-teleskopowy 5 znajduje się w środku przedniej ramy nośnej 2. Zastrzeżenie ochronne Zgrabiarka dwukaruzelowa, znamienna tym, że zastosowano w niej przekładnię typu „Z” (1) a wał napędowy przegubowo-teleskopowy (5) umieszczono w środku przedniej ramy nośnej (2).2 PL 66 061 Υ1 Description of the model The subject of the utility model is a twin-rotor rake. In the previously known twin-rotor rakes, the drive shaft was always located under the carrying frame. Only in the case of trailed mowers, the drive shaft was located in the center of the supporting structure. The essence of the utility model is that in the double-rotor rake a "Z" type gear was used and inside the front support frame there is an articulated telescopic drive shaft. The use of the "Z" type gear allows the elimination of the wide-angle drive shaft. The use of a "Z" type gear extends the life of the shaft, but also allows a larger turn. The frame is divided into two parts: front and rear, which reduces the dimensions of the elements, which facilitates the technological process, e.g. painting. The reduced dimensions are more convenient for transport. The object of the utility model is shown on the attached illustrative material, where Fig. 1 shows the "Z" type transmission and the front support frame in a perspective view, and Fig. 2 shows the structure of the entire PTO shaft positioned in the middle of the front support frame. The two-rotor rake, according to the utility model, consists of a "Z" type transmission 1, a front supporting frame 2, a hitch 3, a support foot 4 and an articulated telescopic drive shaft 5. The articulated telescopic drive shaft 5 is located in the middle of the front supporting frame 2.
