Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest koszyczek do WC, przeznaczony do zawieszania na wewnetrznej krawedzi miski klozetowej i do podtrzymywania srodka dezynfekujaco czyszczacego. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac przedmiotu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów i ksztaltu. Przedmiot wzoru zostal uwidoczniony na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia koszyczek do WC w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 - koszyczek do WC w widoku z boku, a fig.3 przedstawia koszyczek w widoku z tylu.Istotne cechy wzoru przemyslowego Koszyczek do WC ma postac bryly w ksztalcie elipsoidalnym, której najmniejszym wymiarem jest jej grubosc. Koszyczek sklada sie z dwu otwieralnych czesci i kablaka, przy czym czesc tylna jest prawie dwa razy grubsza od czesci czolowej. Scianki koszyczka sa azurowe. Azur na sciankach czolowej i tylnej stanowia ukosne, jednakowej szerokosci wyciecia w ksztalcie prostokatnych otworów, przy czym wyciecia te biegna ukosnie od prawej strony u góry ku lewej stronie u dolu koszyczka. Ponadto na sciance czolowej koszyczka jest element dekoracyjny, biegnacy od prawej strony kablaka, w górnej czesci tej scianki, do lewej strony, zakrywajac pelna, nieazurowa czesc powierzchni koszyczka, a nastepnie przechodzi dolem w prawo i w poblizu miejsca, w którym konczy sie wyciecie azurowe ostrym lukiem zmienia kierunek o 180°, kierujac sie w lewo w srodkowej czesci koszyczka i przykrywajac azur. Natomiast na sciance tylnej, w górnej czesci tej scianki, po dwu stronach zatrzasku, znajduja sie symetryczne wyciecia w ksztalcie zblizonym do trójkatów, których podstawy umieszczone sa w poblizu zatrzasku, jak pokazano na rysunku fig. 1 - fig. 3. The subject of the industrial design is a toilet basket, designed to be hung on the inner rim of a toilet bowl and to hold a disinfectant and cleaning agent. The essence of the design is a new and unique form of the object, given to it by the features of lines, contours, and shape. The subject of the design is shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the toilet basket from the front, Fig. 2 shows the toilet basket from the side, and Fig. 3 shows the basket from the back. Essential features of the industrial design: The toilet basket is an ellipsoidal solid, the smallest dimension of which is its thickness. The basket consists of two openable parts and a cable, with the rear part being almost twice as thick as the front. The walls of the basket are openwork. The seams on the front and rear walls are formed by diagonal, equally wide cutouts in the shape of rectangular openings, with these cutouts running diagonally from the top right to the bottom left of the basket. Furthermore, the front wall of the basket features a decorative element that runs from the right side of the cable, at the top of this wall, to the left, covering the full, non-openwork part of the basket surface. It then continues downwards to the right and, near the point where the openwork cutout ends, changes direction 180° in a sharp arc, heading left in the middle of the basket, covering the seam. On the rear wall, in the upper part of this wall, on both sides of the latch, there are symmetrical cutouts in the shape of triangles, the bases of which are located near the latch, as shown in Fig. 1 - Fig. 3.
