Pierwszenstwo: Opublikowano: 20.X.1972 65722 KI. 72a,8 MKP F41c 23/00 IIBLIOTtKA h—l nmmm^ irtwt Wspóltwórcy wynalazku: Ryszard Chelmicki, Ernest Durasiewicz Wlasciciel patentu: Zaklady Metalowe im. Gen. 1 przedstawia pistolet z wsunieta kolba i zlozona raczka uchwytu przedniego, fig. 2 pistolet z kolba wsunieta do tylu i otwarta raczka uchwytu przedniego, fig. 3 umie¬ szczenie ramion i zatrzasku kolby w obrotowym uchwycie wedlug przekroju A-A, fig. 8 — ksztalt kanalów ramion kolby wedlug przekroju D-D, fig. 9 — zatrzask boczny ramienia kolby wedlug przekroju E-E, fig. 10 i 11 — polozenie zatrzasku w pozycji zamknietej i otwartej raczki wedlug przekroju F-F, fig. 9), którego wystep 12 zostaje wsuniety w wglebienie 13 umie¬ szczone w uchwycie kolby 2. 3 i 5). Boczne wyste- 20 py 15, 16 na zatrzasku 4 umozliwiaja wysuwanie . kolby 5 do tylnego polozenia az do oparcia sie ich o plaszczyzne 17 wyjec 18 umieszczonych w przed¬ niej czesci ramion kolby 5 (fig. 7 i 8). 3, 4, 5, 6), umieszcza- 20 ny w korupsie pistoletu 1.Boczne wystepy 15, 16 po wejsciu zatrzasku 4 w kanal 19, wsuwaja sie wyjecia 18 ramion kol¬ by 5 (fig. 7) i w ten sposób zabezpieczaja i unie¬ mozliwiaja wzdluzny ruch kolby 5. Z chwila, gdy 35 zatrzask 4 znajdzie sie w kanale 19 korpusu pi¬ stoletu 1 nastapi ustalenie polozenia katowego kolby wzgledem osi lufy pistoletu. 4) zatrzasku 4 40 i wtedy boczne wystepy 15, 16 zostana wysuniete z wyjec 18 ramion kolby 5, a nastepnie kolbe uniesc lekko w góre az do oparcia z plaszczyzna 21 za¬ trzasku 4 o plaszczyzne 22 kanalu 19 w korpusie pistoletu 1, ograniczajac w ten sposób dalszy obrót 45 katowy ku górze kolby 5. 9). 50 w przedniej czesci korpusu pistolet posiada uchwyt 23 (fig. 1, 2), którego dolna czesc stanowi Odchylona raczka 24 uprofilowana odpowiednio do trzymania dlonia. Raczka 24 polaczona jest z uchwytem poprzez odpowiedni zatrzask lopatko- 55 wy 25 osadzony w przedniej czesci uchwytu 23 umocowanego do korupsu pistoletu i ucha 26, 27 raczki odchylnej osadzone w kanalach 28, 29 uchwytu 23 (fig. 10, 11). 11) zwalniajac w ten sposób zablokowane poprzednio polozenie raczki 24. PL PL PLPriority: Published: 20.X.1972 65722 KI. 72a,8 MKP F41c 23/00 IIBLIOTtKA h—l nmmm^ irtwt Co-inventors of the invention: Ryszard Chelmicki, Ernest Durasiewicz Patent owner: Zaklady Metalowe im. Gen. Walter, Radom (Poland) Submachine gun The invention relates to an improved design of the stock and front grip and their mounting in the gun according to the main patent No. 53724. According to the invention patented under No. 53724, the submachine gun has a rotatably foldable stock with a foldable butt plate, wherein the butt plate at the end of the arms of the stock serves simultaneously as a handle to support the gun only when the stock is folded. This type of stock, especially its unfolding, is very cumbersome and uncomfortable and requires a lot of free space during unfolding, which is done by rotating the stock handle located in the rear part of the gun body around the axis, which is difficult or impossible in tight spaces and concealments, especially in the openings of gun bunkers and similar rooms. Moreover, unfolding the stock according to the main patent no. 53724 has the fundamental disadvantage that when opening it, the bolt must first be pulled to the rear position, i.e. to the cocked position before firing, and then the stock must be rotated, which is very dangerous, because any lack of attention may result in a shot and the possibility of shooting the operator whose hand is at some point directly in front of the barrel on the side of the bullet outlet when unfolding the stock. Folding the stock with the bolt in the rest position (i.e. in the forward position) according to the main patent is impossible due to the protrusion of the recoil dampener beyond the rotation radius of the butt-ended stock. Moreover, the rotary handle securing the stock does not ensure its stable position in the open position, which is manifested during shooting, accompanied by shocks causing the stock latch to disengage and automatically close. The front grip of the pistol has a fixed, non-opening stock and is inconvenient to use. For the reasons given above, the submachine gun according to the main patent no. 53724 did not meet the requirements and required extreme caution when operating it. The purpose of the invention is to eliminate the described inconveniences by replacing the impractical rotating stock with a retractable rotating stock and equipping the pistol with a grip in the front part of the pistol with an opening handle for holding the weapon while firing. In accordance with the specified task, the pistol according to the invention has a stock slidably mounted in the guides of the rotating grip, allowing the stock to be tilted diagonally in relation to the barrel axis at an angle for convenient holding of the pistol and comfortable aiming without the need to pull (cock) the bolt, and a front grip with an opening handle that ensures a good grip of the pistol against the shoulder. shooter, which ensures a stable hold of the weapon while aiming and firing. Furthermore, the pistol stock has a latch on one of its arms that locks it in its folded position. When the stock is grasped by hand while extending, the locking latch simultaneously releases the latch that locks the stock for free extension. When the stock is moved to the rear position, it assumes an angular position relative to the barrel axis, and a latch located in the rotating handle fixes the stock position and simultaneously prevents it from accidentally moving forward or backward. This design of the stock and handle protects the operator and eliminates the additional actions required to release the additional latches typically used in pistols. The front grip of the pistol can be used when using the pistol without opening the rear handle, while for a more comfortable hold and precise aiming, the handle can be used, which opens by releasing the latch that fixes the handle position, both in the open and closed positions. This type of front grip design with a movable handle for holding the pistol while shooting ensures very good pressure of the pistol to the shooter's arm, which ensures good stability of the pistol while shooting, especially in a standing position, and good accuracy of the pistol. The subject of the invention is shown, for example, in the drawings, in which: Fig. 1 shows a pistol with a retracted stock and a folded front grip handle, Fig. 2 shows a pistol with a retracted stock and an open front grip handle, Fig. 3 shows the position of the arms and the stock latch in the rotating holder according to section A-A, Fig. 4 shows the position of the latch after the stock is pulled back according to section B-B, Fig. 5 shows the position of the stock latch in the rotating holder with the stock pushed back according to section C-C, Fig. 6 shows the rear part of the pistol body with a shaped channel for the stock latch in a bottom view, fig. 7 — the front part of the stock arm with a side channel for the latch lugs, fig. 8 — the shape of the stock arm channels according to the D-D section, fig. 9 — the side latch of the stock arm according to the E-E section, figs. 10 and 11 — the position of the latch in the closed and open position of the handle according to the F-F section, fig. 12 — the end of the handle with a cross socket for fastening and securing the handle in the holder. The submachine gun (figs. 1 and 2) has a retractable stock 5, which consists of two arms connected at one end by a pivot shoe 6. Along the stock arms from the inner side (fig. 7) there is a channel 37 ending at the front. a transverse opening 18, wherein the longitudinal channel 37f serves as a guide for the stock 5 in the rotating holder during its longitudinal movement, and the opening 18 serves to fix the stock 5 after it has been extended to the rearmost position. In the stock holder 2 there is a socket, inside which there is a spring 3 of the automatic stock latch 4. The stock holder 2 has on both sides through-going elongated guide holes 7, which are guides for the arms of the stock 5. When the stock 5 is in the front position (slid in) (fig. 3), the latch 4 is in the vertical position and pressed by the spring 3, it rests with its lower surfaces 8, 9 on the opening 10 for the stock holder 2, which is mounted in the body of the pistol 1. The stock 5 is secured against automatic sliding out of the front position by a spring-loaded side latch 11 (fig. 9), the projection 12 of which is inserted into the recess 13 located in the in the stock holder 2. When extending the stock 5 to its rear position, one should grasp the knurled part of the stock 5 protruding beyond the stock holder 10 and simultaneously press the protruding tip 14 of the spring-loaded side latch 11, thus causing the projection 12 to disengage from the recess 13 and the stock 5 to be extended to its rearmost position. When extending the stock 5 to the rear position, the side projections 15, 16 on the stock latch 4 are in the upper position, and this position is determined by the surfaces 8, 9 of the latch 4 resting on the opening 10 in the body of the pistol 1 (figs. 3 and 5). The side projections 15, 16 on the latch 4 enable the stock 5 to be pulled out to the rear until they rest against the surface 17 of the releases 18 located in the front part of the arms of the stock 5 (figs. 7 and 8). The stock 5, extended to the rearmost position, rotates under its own weight by a certain angle in relation to the barrel axis, causing at the same time the rotation of the handle 2 together with the latch 4, which after assuming another position and under the action of the spring 3 is inserted into the channel 19 (fig. 3, 4, 5, 6), placed in the body of the pistol 1. After the latch 4 enters the channel 19, the side projections 15, 16 slide into the recesses 18 of the arms of the stock 5 (fig. 7) and in this way secure and prevent the longitudinal movement of the stock 5. The moment the latch 4 is located in the channel 19 of the body of the pistol 1, the angular position of the stock in relation to the axis is determined. When sliding the stock 5 into the folded (resting) position, the projection 20 (fig. 4) of the latch 440 should be pressed (upwards) and then the side projections 15, 16 will be pulled out of the recesses 18 of the arms of the stock 5, and then the stock should be lifted slightly upwards until the plane 21 of the latch 4 rests against the plane 22 of the channel 19 in the body of the gun 1, thus limiting further 45-angle upward rotation of the stock 5. In such a position, the stock 5 should be slid into the extreme forward resting position, at which time the projection 12 of the latch 11 engages in the recess 13 in the stock holder 2 (fig. 9). 50 in the front part of the body the pistol has a grip 23 (fig. 1, 2), the lower part of which is a deflected handle 24, profiled to be held by hand. The handle 24 is connected to the grip by means of a suitable blade latch 25 mounted in the front part of the grip 23 attached to the body of the pistol and the lugs 26, 27 of the deflected handle mounted in the channels 28, 29 of the grip 23 (fig. 10, 11). When the handle 24 is folded, the blade 30 of the latch 25, under the action of the spring 31 resting on the bottom 32 of the stepped hole in the handle 23 and on the nut 33, is inserted into the elongated socket 34 of the handle 23 and at the same time passes through the channel 35 of the cross socket placed in the eyelet 26 (fig. 12) and fixes the position of the handle in the closed position. To open the handle 24, press the button fulfilled by the nut 33, then the blade 33 will be pushed out of the channel 35 of the eyelet 26 (fig. 11), thus releasing the previously locked position of the handle 24. By tilting the handle 24 downwards, the ear 26 rotates on the cylindrical pin of the latch 25, while the ear 27 rotates on the cylindrical part of the nut 33. By rotating the handle 24 downwards, when the channel 36 of the cross socket assumes the position previously held by the channel 35 when the handle was closed, the blade 30, under the action of the spring 31, will be inserted into the channel 36 of the ear 26 and will fix the handle 24 in the open position. When folding the handle 24, press on the nut 33 and then rotate the handle 24 to its original position, i.e., to the rest position. The latch operates in the same way as when opening. PL PL PL
