Istota wzoru przemyslowego sa elementy zdobnicze w proponowanym projekcie bluzki. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiono na rysunku i fotografii. Wyrózniajacymi i oryginalnymi cechami bluzki damskiej nr 1318 sa kieszenie umieszczone symetrycznie na wysokosci piersi. Nad kieszeniami naszyte sa patki. Stanowia one samodzielny element, polaczony z kieszenia paskiem. Pasek spoczywa na wierzchu kieszeni. Przepleciony jest przez otwory w kieszeni.
