Stojak do parasoli Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa o d dni a 27.05.1999r . Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest stojak do parasoli. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac stojaka przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego jest uwidoczniony na fotografii przedstawiajacej stojak w widoku perspektywicznym z boku. Stojak utworzony jest przez pionowy element rurowy o zagietych w tym samym kierunku obu koncach, przy czym górny koniec ma beczkowata rekojesc, a dolny koniec posiada walcowa nasadke. Czesc dolna elementu pionowego przechodzi przez srodek gór- nej czesci podpory o ksztalcie pólksiezyca, tworzac trójnóg, przy czym pomiedzy ramio- nami podpory znajduje sie okragla, wklesla podstawka. Nad podstawka, w czesci srodko- wej elementu pionowego, znajduje sie walcowa obrecz na trójkatnym wsporniku. PL PLUmbrella Stand The design registration right is valid from May 27, 1999. The design is for an umbrella stand. The essence of the design is a new form of the stand, manifested in its shape. The design is shown in a photograph showing the stand in a side perspective view. The stand is formed by a vertical tubular element with both ends bent in the same direction, with the upper end having a barrel-shaped handle and the lower end having a cylindrical cap. The lower part of the vertical element passes through the center of the upper part of the crescent-shaped support, creating a tripod, with a round, concave base located between the support arms. Above the base, in the central part of the vertical element, is a cylindrical hoop on a triangular support.
