The subject of the invention is a sluice device for dosing oxygen or other gas in strictly defined quantities for medical purposes. They are known and used in the technology of closing and diaphragm valves with a pusher acting on the organ closing the gas flow. These devices fulfill their task in technology where not required There is such a precision of flow regulation that should be characteristic of devices used in medicine. The well-known and previously used, especially in medicine, solutions of dosing devices consist in the fact that the regulation of the flow is caused by a needle valve with a conical profile. used in technology and for medical purposes, they have a number of disadvantages that make them inconvenient, including heavy Each structure, complex structure of individual elements, a large number of elements included in the device and a short service life. Regardless of that, they are leaky and have imprecise regulation of the flowing gas, which is essential in medical conditions. The invention is to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks. The object of the invention is to develop a lightweight device with an aesthetic appearance, simplified structure and, above all, guaranteeing tightness and precise regulation of gas flow. This goal was achieved in the device according to the invention. for dosing oxygen or other gas by the use of a blocking element and at the same time restricting the gas flow in the form of a detector vent built into the body perpendicular to its longitudinal axis, coaxial with the inlet holes and the adjustment knob. The body of the device has along its longitudinal axis a threaded end with a cap nut, parallel to the channel that directs the gas flow to a branch terminated by a safety valve. The main advantage of this device for dosing oxygen or other gas is its simple structure, aesthetic appearance and operational reliability in both open and closed systems. The structure simplification consists in minimizing the number of components and using known solutions that as a consequence, they constitute a new and hitherto unknown design of the device. The correct operation of the device and precise regulation of the amount of flowing gas was achieved by using a detachable valve placed in the structure of the body. 64 9773 64 977 4 The device according to the invention consists of two main parts: a body and a rotameter. For special requirements of wet gas supply, a humidifier can be used placed in the lower threaded part of the body. The metal body has a duct system with an integrated flexible diaphragm constituting a structure for the valve. Above the body surface, by means of a thread, a knob with a pusher is placed, regulating the gas flow through the channels by means of a valve. The lower part of the body is a threaded end blinded with a cap nut. This end is a connection between the humidifier and the body if there is a need to moisten the gas. The upper part of the device is a rotameter made of transparent material, also with a pattern of channels and a rotametric scale. The channel system of the rotameter connects to the channels of the body. The whole, that is, the upper and lower part of the device is connected with a metal sealing band and screws. The arrangement of the channels serves to give a specific direction of the gas flowing and to indicate on the rotameter its quantity that flows through the device. it is connected in each case to the oxygen uptake point by means of a snap-on connector located on the opposite plane of the device to the rear knob. The device according to the invention is shown, for example, in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a view of the device with the humidifier in position connected to the oxygen uptake point, Fig. 2 - vertical section of the device without humidifier in the larger plane and Fig. 3 - vertical section of the device without the humidifier in the smaller plane. Body 1 of the device, in which the duct system is made, consists of made of a threaded joint 2 serving to fix the diaphragm 3, which simultaneously seals the device and the lever 4, the croup of which It is possible to regulate the flow of oxygen or other gas by means of a pusher 5 placed in the diaphragm 3. In the upper part of the body there is a calibrated rotameter 6 with a gas flow indicator 16 connected to the body 1 by means of a band 7 and screws 8, and with channel 9. In the lower part of the body 1 there are: safety valve 10, arrangement of channels 17, 18, 21, inlet connector 11 and a threaded end 12, to which it is possible to connect the humidifier 13, or cover with a cap nut 14. Lever 4 serves to actuate the detecting valve 15 through a pusher 5 placed in the diaphragm 3, fixed in the body 1 by means of a threaded connection 2. The device according to the invention operates as described below. A dispenser connected to the oxygen network pipe by means of the inlet port 11 is providing a point of intake for oxygen or other gas. By turning the lever 4 pressure is applied to the plunger 5 and then to the detector valve 15. Oxygen or other gas flows to the rotatimetric tube 16 of the flowmeter, which is already of an adjustable amount, the lever 4 is set manually depending on the need for the amount of oxygen, it flows into the channel 17 through the channel 18, from which it is directed to the outlet pipe 20 , in the case of obtaining oxygen or a moistened gas, or bypassing the humidifier 13 in case of obtaining dry gas. The dispensing device is provided with a duct 21, and a safety valve 10 in the body 1 which causes a In the event of an increase in pressure, the excess oxygen or other gas will be released to the outside without causing damage to the recipient. According to the invention, the operation of the device is limited to an appropriate setting of the knob 4 and checking the amount of gas flowing on a graduated rotameter 6 with the index 19. The device can work in two ways. With or without a humidifier for oxygen or other gas supplied to the recipient. The humidifier system is characterized by the fact that in the lower part of the body 1 there is a liquid reservoir 13 through which oxygen or other gas flows to be moistened. This device works well in equipping oxygen outlets in oxygen installations used in hospitals. PL PL
