Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pudelko z pokrywka przeznaczone do sprzedazy i przechowywania herbaty sypkiej, herbaty granulowanej lub w herbaty sa- szetkach. Dotychczas herbata sprzedawana jest najczesciej w pudelkach o ksztalcie róz- nego rodzaju prostopadloscianów, zaopatrzonych w uchylne wieczka lub pokrywki. Pudelko z pokrywka wedlug wzoru przemyslowego ma ksztalt walca o podsta- wie kolowej, przy czym walec stanowiacy pudelko wlasciwe i walec stanowiacy po- krywke maja te sama srednice, a pokrywka osadzona jest na pudelku wlasciwym za pomoca wystajacego z niej pierscienia zamocowanego do wewnetrznej powierzchni pokrywki, wzdluz jej obrzeza. To date, tea has most often been sold in boxes in the shape of various cuboids, fitted with hinged lids or covers. The box with a lid according to the industrial design is in the shape of a cylinder with a circular base, where the cylinder constituting the box proper and the cylinder constituting the lid have the same diameter, and the lid is mounted on the box proper by a protruding ring attached to the inner surface of the lid, along its rim. The outer diameter of this ring is slightly smaller than the inner diameter of the cylinder constituting the box proper, which enables a slidable connection of the lid to the box. The ratio of the cylinder diameter to the height of the box with the lid on may be from 1:5 to 3:1.
