Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest patera, majaca zastosowanie jako pojemnik do eksponowania i serwowania w niej owoców i slodyczy. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowe i oryginalne uksztaltowanie oraz usytuowanie wzgledem siebie elementów skladowych patery. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na zalaczonym rysunku i na fotografiach przedstawiajacych patere w widoku w perspektywie. Patere stanowi przestrzenny element uksztaltowany z metalowej plyty o wysokim stopniu gladkosci. Plyta ta ma w swej powierzchni glównej równolegle naciecia, których krance znajduja sie w poblizu dwóch przeciwleglych krawedzi. Naciecia te po ostatecznym uksztaltowaniu patery tworza szczeliny o odleglosciach miedzy krawedziami lagodnie rozszerzajacymi sie od krawedzi zewnetrznych ku osi centralnej patery. Patera ma na zewnetrznej powierzchni ksztaltowe wsporniki.Patera wykonana jest w kilku odmianach, rózniacych sie ksztaltem linii obwiedniowej oraz ksztaltem wygiecia. W pierwszej odmianie wykonania, uwidocznionej na fig. 1, linia obwiedniowa patery ma zarys w przyblizeniu prostokata o wywinietych ku górze naroznikach i ksztalcie powierzchni wewnetrznej zblizonej do fragmentu torusa, zas naciecia sa w przyblizeniu równolegle do dluzszych boków. W drugiej odmianie wykonania, uwidocznionej na fig. 2, linia obwiedniowa patery ma zarys w przyblizeniu trapezu o wywinietych ku górze naroznikach i wkleslym ksztalcie powierzchni wewnetrznej, zas naciecia ma w przyblizeniu równolegle do podstaw trapezu. W trzeciej odmianie wykonania, uwidocznionej na fig. 3, linie obwiedniowa patery stanowia dwa luki wypukle na zewnatrz polaczone krawedziami w przyblizeniu prostymi. Lukowe krawedzie boczne sa tak uksztaltowane, ze tworza wklesla powierzchnie wewnetrzna. Naciecia sa w przyblizeniu równolegle do krawedzi prostych. W czwartej odmianie wykonania, uwidocznionej na fig. 4, patere tworzy plyta o nieregularnym zarysie krawedzi zewnetrznych. Narozniki plyty wywiniete sa ku górze, tworzac wklesla powierzchnie wewnetrzna. Naciecia sa równolegle do przeciwleglej pary boków. PL PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a platter, intended as a container for displaying and serving fruit and sweets. The essence of the industrial design is the new and original shape and arrangement of the platter's components. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing and photographs showing the platter in perspective. The platter is a three-dimensional element formed from a highly smooth metal plate. This plate has parallel incisions on its main surface, the ends of which are located near two opposing edges. After the platter is finally shaped, these incisions create gaps with distances between the edges gently widening from the outer edges towards the central axis of the platter. The platter has shaped supports on its outer surface. The platter is made in several varieties, differing in the shape of the perimeter line and the shape of the curve. In the first variant, shown in Fig. 1, the perimeter line of the platter has an outline roughly rectangular with upturned corners and an interior surface shape similar to a torus fragment, and the incisions run roughly parallel to the longer sides. In the second variant, shown in Fig. 2, the perimeter line of the platter has an outline roughly trapezoidal with upturned corners and a concave interior surface shape, and the incisions run roughly parallel to the trapezoid bases. In the third variant, shown in Fig. 3, the perimeter line of the platter consists of two outwardly convex arcs connected by approximately straight edges. The arced side edges are shaped to form a concave inner surface. The incisions run approximately parallel to the straight edges. In the fourth variant, shown in Fig. 4, the platter consists of a slab with irregular outer edges. The slab's corners are turned upward, creating a concave inner surface.
