Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw profili szynowych zadaszen basenowych, przeznaczonych zwlaszcza do instalowania w systemach rozsuwanych zadaszen basenowych. Zestaw profili szynowych wedlug wzoru sklada sie z profilu podstawowego oraz profili modulowych A, B, i C, odznaczajacych sie oryginalna budowa i charak- teryzujacych sie ukladem prowadnic rurkowych oraz uksztaltowaniem podciec la- czacych. Profil podstawowy ma dwie prowadnice, kazda o ksztalcie okraglej ruiy, któ- rej dolna scianka jest polaczona z podstawa zawierajaca od dolu wzdluzne, prosto- katne wybrania o zaokraglonych narozach. Poszczególne profile modulowe posiada- ja na zewnetrznych krawedziach wzdluzne podciecia laczace, umozliwiajace two- rzenie zespolów szyn o roznej ilosci prowadnic, jak pokazano na lysunku, fig. 5 do fig-8. The set of rail profiles, as designed, consists of a base profile and modular profiles A, B, and C, each characterized by an original design and a tubular guide arrangement and the shape of the connecting undercuts. The base profile has two guides, each in the shape of a circular tube, the lower wall of which is connected to a base containing longitudinal, rectangular recesses with rounded corners at the bottom. Individual modular profiles have longitudinal connecting undercuts on their outer edges, enabling the creation of rail assemblies with varying numbers of guides, as shown in Figures 5 to 8. Essential features of the industrial design A set of rail profiles, especially swimming pool roofs, according to the industrial design is characterized in that the basic profile and each of the modular profiles A, B, C consists of at least one guide in the shape of a round tube, the lower wall of which is connected to a base containing rectangular recesses with rounded corners at the bottom. Individual modular profiles have longitudinal connecting cuts on their outer edges. In the first design variant, the base profile has two symmetrically arranged guides in the shape of a round tube, the lower wall of which is connected to a base containing four rectangular recesses with rounded corners at the bottom, and one recess located on the profile's axis of symmetry. In the second design variant, modular profile A has one guide in the shape of a round tube, the lower wall of which is connected to a base containing two rectangular recesses with rounded corners at the bottom, while the rectangular undercut is located at the top, along one edge of the base. In the third design variant, modular profile B has two guides in the shape of a round tube, the lower wall of which is connected to a base containing four rectangular recesses with rounded corners from the bottom and one recess located on the profile's axis of symmetry, while a rectangular undercut is located on the bottom, along one edge of the base.
