PL PLDescription of the design The subject of the utility model is a memorial card, used as a memorial of Holy Baptism and a chronicle of events related to this sacrament. Among the numerous greeting cards protected in the Patent Office of the Republic of Poland, one should mention the one known from the Polish utility model No. Ru-52 900. The known postcard is in the shape of a rectangle with an occasional imprint. The card consists of two layers, the top one with the occasional imprint and the bottom. The top layer has incisions on its surface which embrace selected elements of the occasional print in the form of closed circuits in the shape of irregular figures. The top layer of the postcard is a self-adhesive foil. From US Patent No. 2,984,920, a three-dimensional greeting card is known, made of a sheet folded several times along the fold line, creating a body imitating a folded book. On the inside there are occasional drawings and inscriptions. The fold lines of the sheet are separated from each other by a distance corresponding to the height of the spine of the book. The purpose of the solution, in accordance with the utility model, is to develop a structure for an occasional card of universal purpose and, at the same time, one that will be original in its structure and will refer to forms, events and symbols related to the celebration, on the occasion of which it will be offered. In this case, it is mainly about the sacrament of Holy Baptism. The occasional pass, according to the utility model, is shaped in the form of a bipartite, folded book, the spines of which are on both sides of the pass. It is made of a single sheet of stiffened paper, divided along with many fold lines into fields of different width. The extreme sides of the sheet are folded several times and attached to the back of the booklet, creating a block imitating a bipartite book, folded inwards. The folds on the outer side are spaced apart at a distance corresponding to the height of the books, the covers of which rise up towards the center of the pass. The essence of the solution, according to the utility model, is that the parts of the sheet, forming the covers, are folded and fall downwards, creating walls imitating the pages of a book on the opposite side of the spine. A block imitating a book is attached to one side of the booklet permanently. The convex on the opposite side, imitating a book, has the form of a tilting flap. Between this and the hinged flap and the back of the booklet, there is a booklet that corresponds to the dimensions of the sheet part, between the edge and the hinged flap, and a figure imitating a book, fixed permanently. On the inside of the book, there are rubrics for the description of the event, circumstantial drawings and inscriptions, aphorisms, selected excerpts from the Holy Scriptures related to the sacrament of Holy Baptism. Decorative ribbons are attached between the edges of the block, which is permanently attached to the center of the booklet, and between the outer edges of the hinged flap, and decorative ribbons are attached, enabling both parts of the booklet to be attached together. The occasional card, according to the utility model, plays the role of a very original gift from a very important event in a child's life. The pass is simple to make and easy to manufacture from commonly available materials. The subject of the utility model is explained in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 - shows the ski pass in a general top view in an exploded state, fig. 2 - shows the pass in a general view in a folded state, s fig. 3 - shows the pass in cross-section A - A. The occasional pass, according to the utility model, is shaped in the form of a bipartite, folded book, the spines of which are on both sides of the pass. The pass is made of one sheet 1 of stiffened paper, divided along the fold line into fields of different width. The extreme sides of sheet 1 are folded several times along the fold line and attached to the part of sheet 1 constituting the back of the booklet 2, creating solids imitating a bipartite book, folded inside. The fold lines 3 and 4 are spaced apart by a distance corresponding to the height of the books 5 from the back side, the covers 6 of which rise up towards the center of the booklet. The walls forming the covers 6 are bent again in the center of the booklet and fall downwards to form the walls 7, imitating the pages of a book on the opposite side of the spine. A block 8 imitating a book is fixed permanently on one side of the booklet, while on the opposite side a block imitating a book is in the form of a tilting flap 9. Between the tilting, convex wall 9 and the back 2 of the booklet, a booklet 10 is attached to the dimensions of the sheet part between the hinged flap 9 and the block 8 fixed permanently. On the inside of the book 10 there are rubrics for the description of the event, circumstantial drawings PL 64 603 Y1 3 and inscriptions, aphorisms, selected excerpts from the Holy Scriptures related to the sacrament of Holy Baptism. Decorative ribbons 11 are attached in the gap between the edges of the cover 6 and the walls 7 of the solid 8, and between the edges and the fold line 4 and the cover 6 with the edges of the hinged flap 9, there are decorative ribbons 11 that enable the attachment of both parts of the pass , solids 8 and solids of flaps 9 all.
