Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest skladany regal ekspozycyjny. Znane sa skladane regaly ekspozycyjne, zbudowane z pólek wtryskiwanych oraz laczników, polaczonych wzajemnie ze soba w stabilny i wytrzymaly regal. Schemat konstrukcyjny to prostokatna pólka z zewnetrznie umieszczonymi (po bokach lub na scianie przedniej) gniazdami laczników. Wzmocnienie pólki stanowi masywne ozebrowanie i wysokie obrzeze. Gniazda i laczniki usytuowane sa poza powierzchnia ekspozycyjna poszczególnych pólek, co niekorzystnie wplywa na wykorzystanie przestrzeni oraz estetyke regalu skladanego. Dodatkowo, wysokie, proste brzegi poszczególnych pólek znanego regalu skladanego uniemozliwiaja ekspozycje atrakcyjnych towarów w opakowaniach o niewielkich rozmiarach, zwlaszcza produktów kosmetycznych, gdyz wysoki brzeg pólki znanego skladanego regalu niemal calkowicie zaslania eksponowane wyroby. Jednoczesnie, konstrukcja pólek wyzej opisanych znanych regalów skladanych jest zamknieta, a zmiana wymiarów pólki wymaga budowy nowego narzedzia - formy wtryskowej, co laczy sie z poniesieniem wysokich nakladów. Skladany regal ekspozycyjny wedlug obecnego wzoru przemyslowego ma cechy nowosci i oryginalnosci wynikajace z nowego uksztaltowania pojedynczej pólki tego regalu oraz elementów dystansujacych jedna pólke od drugiej, jak równiez wlasciwosci materialu i powierzchni poszczególnych elementów. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: • Skladany regal ekspozycyjny wedlug wzoru przemyslowego wykonany z tworzyw sztucznych technika wtrysku, ma modularna konstrukcje o malym ciezarze i duzej wytrzymalosci, z funkcjonalnymi i estetycznymi pólkami dowolnie barwionymi, o wymiarach dostosowanych do typu wyrobów eksponowanych na regale. • Kazda pólka skladanego regalu ekspozycyjnego wedlug wzoru przemyslowego posiada wielofunkcyjne usztywnienia wzdluz krawedzi pólki, przy czym przednie usztywnienie w postaci odwróconej pólrynny stanowi jednoczesnie pole dla naklejek informacyjnych i reklamowych oraz umozliwia zamocowanie przezroczystej szybki, pozwalajacej na latwa wymiane np. kartek cenowych, zas usztywnienie tylne w postaci podobnej do odwróconej rynny, z dodatkowym uskokiem usztywniajacym, stanowi integralna czesc tylnej czesci gniazd do mocowania specjalnie uksztaltowanych elementów dystansujacych i laczacych pólki w regal skladany, a usztywnienia boczne tworza gniazda do mocowania elementów dystansujacych i laczacych dwie sasiednie pólki. • Od spodu, kazda pólka skladanego regalu ekspozycyjnego wedlug wzoru posiada wzdluz krawedzi analogiczne gniazda do przyjmowania elementów dystansujacych i dodatkowo jedynie dwa zebra usztywniajace równolegle do dlugosci (Fig. 3-4) • Boczne i tylne gniazda w kazdej pólce skladanego regalu ekspozycyjnego wedlug wzoru, skladaja sie z dwóch równoleglych plaskich scianek o stosunkowo niewielkiej wysokosci z lokalnymi rozszerzeniami na krancach gniazd, o przekroju owalnym, usytuowane w sposób pozwalajacy na maksymalizacje powierzchni ekspozycyjnej pólek oraz dobra widocznosc eksponowanych produktów (Fig. 1-4, 11) • Na bocznych krawedziach pólek skladanego regalu ekspozycyjnego wedlug wzoru, usytuowane sa plaskie elementy dostosowane ksztaltem do przekroju porzecznego wywinietych kolnierzy w formie odwróconych pólrynien od frontu i z tylu kazdej pólki, a krawedzie tych elementów tworza zewnetrzna scianke gniazd do mocowania elementów dystansujacych. (Fig. 6) • Elementy dystansujace pólki skladanego regalu ekspozycyjnego wedlug wzoru maja forme plyt katownikowych o przekroju poprzecznym wksztalcie litery „L" ze zgrubieniami o przekroju lezki na zewnetrznych pionowych krawedziach, dostosowanymi wymiarowo do rozszerzonych elementów gniazd pólek, plyty sa korzystnie z materialu przezroczystego; jednoczesnie zgrubienia krawedziowe zapewniaja wlasciwa sztywnosc elementów dystansujacych (Fig. 11). • Srodkowa czesc pólek skladanego regalu ekspozycyjnego wedlug wzoru jest bryla pryzmatyczna, co umozliwia skracanie lub wydluzanie gniazda formy do wytwarzania tych pólek i uzyskiwanie pólek o róznej dlugosci, przez proste wyjecie lub wstawienie pryzmatycznego fragmentu formy (Fig. 10). Foldable display shelves are known, constructed from injection-molded shelves and connectors, interconnected to form a stable and durable shelf. The design consists of a rectangular shelf with externally located connector sockets (on the sides or front wall). The shelf is reinforced with massive ribs and a high rim. The sockets and connectors are located outside the display area of the individual shelves, which adversely affects the use of space and the aesthetics of the foldable shelf. Furthermore, the high, straight edges of the individual shelves of the popular foldable shelf prevent the display of attractive goods in small packages, especially cosmetics, as the high shelf edge of the popular foldable shelf almost completely obscures the displayed products. At the same time, the shelf structure of the above-described folding shelving units is closed, and changing the shelf dimensions requires the construction of a new tool – an injection mold, which is associated with significant costs. The folding display shelving unit, based on the current industrial design, possesses novel and original features resulting from the new shape of the individual shelves of this shelving unit and the spacers between them, as well as the material and surface properties of the individual components. Essential features of the industrial design: • A foldable display unit based on an industrial design, made of plastic using injection molding, has a lightweight, highly durable modular design, with functional and aesthetically pleasing shelves in a variety of colors, and dimensions adapted to the type of products displayed on the shelf. • Each shelf of the foldable display rack, designed according to the industrial design, has multifunctional stiffeners along the shelf edge, where the front stiffener in the form of an inverted half-gutter provides a space for information and advertising stickers and allows for the attachment of a transparent glass, allowing for easy replacement of e.g. price cards, while the rear stiffener in the form of an inverted gutter, with an additional stiffening step, is an integral part of the rear part of the sockets for mounting specially shaped spacers and connecting the shelves into a foldable rack, and the side stiffeners create sockets for mounting spacers and connecting two adjacent shelves. • From the bottom, each shelf of the foldable display rack according to the pattern has similar sockets along the edges for receiving spacers and additionally only two stiffening ribs parallel to the length (Fig. 3-4) • The side and rear sockets in each shelf of the foldable display rack according to the pattern consist of two parallel flat walls of relatively low height with local extensions at the ends of the sockets, of oval cross-section, located in a way that allows for maximizing the display area of the shelves and good visibility of the displayed products (Fig. 1-4, 11) • On the side edges of the shelves of the foldable display rack according to the pattern, there are flat elements adapted in shape to the cross-section of the turned-up flanges in the form of inverted half-gutters at the front and at the back of each shelf, and the edges of these elements form the outer wall of the sockets for mounting the spacer elements. (Fig. 6) • The shelf spacer elements of the foldable display shelf according to the pattern are in the form of angle plates with an L-shaped cross-section with teardrop-shaped bulges on the outer vertical edges, dimensionally adapted to the expanded elements of the shelf sockets; the plates are preferably made of a transparent material; at the same time, the edge bulges ensure the proper stiffness of the spacer elements (Fig. 11). • The central part of the shelves of the foldable display shelf according to the pattern is a prismatic body, which allows shortening or lengthening the mould socket for producing these shelves and obtaining shelves of different lengths by simply removing or inserting a prismatic fragment of the mould (Fig. 10).
