Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w rysunku, nadajacym przed- miotowi nowy, oryginalny wyglad, zmierzajacy do celów estetycznych. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego zostal przedstaw iony na zalaczonych fotografiach, przedstawiaja- cych kielbase w widoku ogólnym z przodu - fot. l.i z tylu - fot. 2. Kielbasa wedlug wzoru ma ksztalt walca zakonczonego obustronnie stozkowo, umieszczonego w prózniowym woreczku foliowym. Powierzchnia kielbasy ma kolor jasnobrazowy i jest pomarsz- czona w podluzne wyzlobienia. W srodkowej czesci kielbasa jest zaopatrzona w etykiete, która stanowi podluzny pasek w kolorze zielonym, na którym umieszczono, róznych wielkosci i kolo- rów, motywy lysunkowe i literowe, z których najwieksza czesc stanowi nieregularny owal, któ- rego brzegi stanowia róznej grubosci paski w kolorach bialym, srebrnym i zielonym z wnetrzemw kolorze bialym, wypelnionym motywami literowymi w kolorach czerwonym i czarnym umieszczonymi w rzedach. W górnej czesci owal jest zwienczony czerwonym prostokatem o zaokraglonych brzegach z umieszczonym wewnatrz bialym motywem literowym, zas po lewej stronie prostokata jest narysowany lisc w kolorze zielonym przypominajacy lisc klonu z umiesz- czonym wewnatrz bialym motywem literowym. Powyzej owalnej czesci etykiety jest umieszczo- ny, pomiedzy dwoma ukosnymi paskami w kolorze bialym, ukosny motyw literowy, równiez w kolorze bialym, zas ponizej owalnej czesci etykiety umieszczony jest wizerunek indyka w kolo- rach czerwonym, brazowym, popielatym i czarnym otoczony zielonym motywem literowym, umieszczony na tle bialego kola. PL PL PL PLSausage The right to register an ornamental design has been in effect since 1990. The subject of the ornamental design is a sausage. The essence of the design is a new form of the object, manifested in a drawing, giving the object a new, original appearance, aimed at aesthetic purposes. The subject of the ornamental design is presented in the attached photographs, showing a general view of the sausage from the front (photo 1) and from the back (photo 2). According to the design, the sausage has the shape of a cylinder with conical ends on both sides, placed in a vacuum-sealed plastic bag. The sausage's surface is light brown and wrinkled with longitudinal grooves. In the center, the sausage is labeled with a long green stripe featuring pictorial and lettering motifs of various sizes and colors. The largest portion is an irregular oval, the edges of which are formed by stripes of varying thickness in white, silver, and green, with a white interior filled with lettering motifs in red and black arranged in rows. At the top of the oval is a red rectangle with rounded edges and a white lettering motif inside. On the left side of the rectangle is a green leaf resembling a maple leaf with a white lettering motif inside. Above the oval part of the label, between two diagonal white stripes, there is a diagonal letter motif, also in white, while below the oval part of the label there is an image of a turkey in red, brown, ash gray, and black, surrounded by a green letter motif, placed on a white circle.
