Znane sa zestawy prysznicowe skladajace sie z montowanego pionowo wspornika, na którym osadzony jest przesuwnie uchwyt przeznaczony do zawieszania przemieszczal- nej glowicy natryskowej. Wspornik ma postac prostej okraglej rurki wyposazonej w uchwyty mocujace go do sciany. Glowica natryskowa polaczona jest wezem z bateria prysznicowa doprowadza- jaca wode. Nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wyrobu wedlug wzoru przemyslo- wego przejawia sie w jego konturach i ksztalcie. Known shower sets consist of a vertically mounted bracket on which a slidable holder is mounted for hanging a movable shower head. The bracket is a straight, round tube equipped with wall-mounting brackets. The shower head is connected by a hose to the shower faucet, which supplies water. The new and unique form of the product based on the industrial design is evident in its contours and shape. The shower set based on the industrial design has a bracket and two shower heads – one stationary and one movable. The upper end of the bracket is bent into an arc. A stationary shower head is mounted at the end of the upper arc of the bracket. The hose supplying water from the shower faucet is fed through the lower end of the bracket. The bracket has an oval cross-section. The second, movable shower head is suspended from a holder that can be moved along the vertical section of the bracket. The hose supplying water to the movable head is connected to the lower end of the bracket. Both heads are supplied from a single tap – the shower faucet. In a variant, the bracket has a circular cross-section. The shower set according to the industrial design is shown in the drawing, in which: Fig. 1 shows the shower set in a perspective view; Fig. 2 shows a variant of the shower set with a different cross-section of the bracket, without the movable head visible, in a perspective view; and in additional photographs, in which: Figs. 3 to 5 show the shower set shown in Fig. 1 – in various perspective views. The essential features of the industrial design are that the shower set has a bracket and two shower heads – one fixed and one movable. The upper end of the bracket is curved into an arc. The fixed shower head is mounted at the end of the upper arc of the bracket. The water supply hose from the shower faucet is fed through the lower end of the bracket. The bracket has an oval cross-section. The second movable shower head is suspended in a holder that can be moved along the vertical section of the bracket. The water supply hose to the movable head is connected to the lower end of the bracket. Both heads are supplied by a single tap – the shower faucet.
