The essence of the industrial design is the product's new and unique form, manifested in its shape, and in the case of design variations, in the original graphical layout and color scheme of the packaging. The novelty and originality of the industrial design compared to confectionery packaging of the most similar appearance is manifested in its shape. St. Martin's croissants are a regional confectionery product, and the croissant packaging based on the industrial design is characterized by its novelty. Individual design variations feature original graphical layouts and color schemes of the decorative motifs. The industrial-style packaging is shaped like a prism with a triangular base. The triangular lid is designed to accommodate illustrations of Poznań, both current and historical, as well as main inscriptions. Examples of main inscriptions on the lid include: "St. Martin's croissants," "St. Martin's croissants," "St. Martin's croissants from Poznań," "Traditional St. Martin's croissants," "Traditional St. Martin's croissants from Poznań," "Poznań croissants," "St. Martin's crescent roll," "St. Martin's Moonroll," "St. Martin's Hornroll," and "Traditional St. Martin's crescent roll." The side walls of the lid feature space for inscriptions promoting the city of Poznań and the legend of the origin of the St. Martin's croissants. A sample of the legend inscribed on the sides of the lid in various languages: The croissant you hold in your hand holds special significance for the residents of Poznań. It is linked to the legend of a Poznań confectioner who dreamed of St. Martin riding a white horse into the city. In his dream, the horse stumbled and lost its unusual golden horseshoe. The confectioner took the dream as a sign and, in the morning, shaped dough into a horseshoe. He filled it with almonds, nuts, and other dried fruits, baked croissants, which he distributed to the poor. To commemorate this event, for hundreds of years on St. Martin's name day (November 11th), Poznań confectioners have baked croissants, and a grand celebration takes place in the city streets. Poznań residents are proud of their unique tradition and eagerly share their croissants with visitors from all over the world. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, which shows the lid of the packaging in an unfolded state and, below, the bottom of the packaging. In the second variant, the packaging according to the industrial design has the shape of a prism with a triangular base, the lid of which on the triangular surface has illustrations from the city of Poznań in pastel colors and on a stylized cream-colored ribbon there is a black inscription "ROGALE MARCINSKI" (Marcin's croissants), while on the side walls of the lid there are images of St. Martin's croissants in colors imitating the natural appearance of the croissant and space for inscriptions promoting the city of Poznań and the legend of the creation of St. Martin's croissants. In the third variant, the packaging according to the industrial design has the shape of a prism with a triangular base, the lid of which on the triangular surface has illustrations from the city of Poznań in subdued pastel colors and on a stylized cream-colored ribbon there is a black inscription "St. Martin's crescent roll", while on the side walls of the lid there are Images of St. Martin's croissants in colors imitating the natural appearance of the baked good, along with space for inscriptions promoting the city of Poznań and the legend of the creation of the St. Martin's croissants. In the fourth variant, the packaging, based on the industrial design, has the shape of a prism with a triangular base. The lid, on the triangle-shaped surface, features illustrations of the city of Poznań in pastel colors, and a black inscription reading "ROGALE SWIETOMARCINSKIE" is placed on a stylized cream ribbon. The side walls of the lid feature images of St. Martin's croissants resembling the natural appearance of the croissants, along with space for inscriptions promoting the city of Poznań and the legend of the creation of the St. Martin's croissants. In the fifth variant, the packaging according to the industrial design has the shape of a prism with a triangular base, the lid of which on the triangular surface has illustrations from the city of Poznań in subdued pastel colors and on the stylized cream ribbon there is a black inscription "St. Martin's HornroH", while on the side walls of the lid there are images of St. Martin's croissants in colors imitating natural baking and space for inscriptions promoting the city of Poznań and the legend of the creation of St. Martin's croissants. The important features of the packaging according to the industrial design are its shape in the form of a prism with a triangular base, the lid of which on the triangular surface is intended for placing illustrations from the city of Poznań, both current and from the history of the city, as well as for placing the main inscriptions, while on the side walls of the lid there is space for inscriptions promoting the city of Poznań and the legend about the creation of St. Martin's croissants.
