Description

Wynalazek dotyczy elektrycznego o- gniwa ogrzewajacego, skladajacego sie z pretów rozzarzanych. Do spirali, zrobionej z drutu oporowego, wsta¬ wia sie rdzen. Pret, otrzymany w ten spo¬ sób, pokrywa sie szczeliwem cementowem.Stopniowo ogrzewa sie pret zapomoca pra¬ du elektrycznego az do temperatury roz¬ zarzenia. Ogniwo ogrzewajace sklada sie zazwyczaj z czterech pretów, do czego uzywa sie jednej spirali, podzielonej nacztery czesci. ZbytacSfle sa wtedy pomie¬ dzy pretami styki laczace, gdyz opornik stai&wi^jc4p|^alosc. Do umocowania w przyrzadzie*pfety zaciska sie pomiedzy dwa paski blachy, majace odpowiednie wglebienia.Fig. 1 podaje widok spirali; fig. 2 przedstawia spirale z rdzeniem a; fig. 3— spirale z rdzeniem a i szczeliwem 6; fig. 4 — zespól czterech pretów, tworzacych ogniwo ogrzewajace i polaczonych zapo- moca pasków blachy B. PLThe invention relates to an electric heating cell consisting of glow rods. It consists in the fact that the glow rods, consisting of a resistance spring (wire or other form material), a core and a cement sealant, are made as follows. A core is formed into a helix made of resistance wire. The pretzel thus obtained is covered with a sealant with cement. The rod is gradually heated by means of an electric current until it reaches the flash point. Sealant softens when ignited for the first time; then the rod is compressed in a metal cylindrical form, thanks to which its surface becomes smooth and uniform. After the rod continues to glow for a short time, the packing becomes a slug-like hardness and retains such properties even after repeatedly switching the current on and off. The mass is resistant to the effects of cold water, even when it is poured on the sealant with an air. As a result of compression, the expansion sealant, which is a good heat conductor, adheres well to the wire and the radiant surface area of the wire is greatly increased. As a result, the wire can be loaded more than before without any damage. The sealant completely closes the air supply and the wire cannot oxidize. The heating cell usually consists of four rods, for which one spiral divided into four parts is used. The contacts are then connected between the rods, because the resistor becomes tied. For mounting in the device *, the puffs are clamped between two strips of metal sheet with appropriate indentations. 1 gives a view of the spiral; Fig. 2 shows the spirals with core a; Fig. 3 shows spirals with core a and sealant 6; Fig. 4 - a set of four rods, forming a heating link and connected by strips of sheet B. Claims (1)

Zastrzezenia paten t owe. 1. 3. Ogniwo wedlug zastrz. 1, znamien¬ ne tem, ze prety rozzarzane sa osadzone swemi koncami w ramie metalowej bez¬ posrednio, bez dodatkowych czesci izolu¬ jacych. Otto Kitzinger. Josef Piekl. Max Moser. Alfred Kraus. Zastepca: S. Pawlikowski, rzecznik patentowy.Do opisu patentowego Nr 6340. J?i&l. -M&3.Patent reservations. 1. Electric heating cell made of glowing rods, characterized by the fact that the rods consist of a spiral of wire with cores inserted into them and are completely covered with a solid cement sealant, adhering tightly to the wire and preventing air from entering it. whereby the radiating surface of the resistance wire becomes larger and the wire does not oxidize. 2. Link according to claim The characteristic feature of claim 1 is that the series of rods are made of a single resistance wire, so that contacts are redundant between the separate rods. 3. Cell according to claims 1, characterized in that the glow rods are directly embedded with their ends in the metal frame, without any additional insulating parts. Otto Kitzinger. Josef Piekl.
