Rozwiazanie wedlug US 5 727 816 posiada piec bigowan, przy czym bigowania te sa uwarunkowane w taki sposób aby odleglosc miedzy bigowaniami nr 3 i 4 byla dobrana odpowiednio do grubosci laczonych dokumentów. W obszar utworzony miedzy dwoma pierwszymi bigowaniami wklada sie dokumenty przeznaczone do oprawienia i wykonuje dowolne polaczenie dokumentów z okladka np. poprzez zszycie zszywaczami.. Okladka wedlug wzoru uzytkowego moze byc wykonana w dowolnym, formacie, zgodnym z formatem oprawianych dokumentów. Rózne rozstawienie wzajemne bigowan umozliwia wytwarzanie okladek przeznaczonych do oprawiania pliku dokumentów o róznej grubosci. A number of covers are known for storing documents. The simplest covers consist of overlapping surfaces, tied with a ribbon or attached with an elastic band. Covers of this type type, documents are inserted loose or fastened with clips or staples. Covers made of cardboard have a number of creases that enable bending of the cover elements. There are also a number of covers in which documents are joined together or by making holes in the documents and fastening them together with special metal inserts , permanently attached to the cover or by binding the documents. The first type of covers can be used on your own, the documents are bound detachably, but this solution is not very flexible and the possibility of arbitrarily supplementing or disassembling the contents of the documents is not always desirable. Moreover, the bound documents must have left side with a large free margin for making holes. In turn, the binding method requires making a cover using a specialized device. A cover for documents is known from the patent description US 5,727,816. The solution according to US 5,727,816 has five creases, and these creases are conditioned in such a way that the distance between the creases no. and 4 was selected according to the thickness of the documents to be joined. The cover on the top of bound documents is made of three layers. As shown in Fig. 1-5, the folded cover is first placed on top of the joined documents, then the whole thing is stapled together and the top part of the cover wraps around the fastened documents. The cover wraps around the documents only once and there are three layers of cover on top. According to the pattern, the cover has the shape of a rectangle with five creases made on its surface, making it easier to bend along the crease lines. Creasings are made at different distances, with the first two creasings and the last two creasings being made in pairs next to each other and separated by a central creasing. The mutual distance of the first two creases corresponds to the thickness of the set of joined document sheets. The distance from the second of the first creases to the middle crease corresponds to the width of the top cover lining. The mutual distance of the last two creases is slightly greater than the mutual distance of the first two creases. The distance of the second last crease from the edge of the cover corresponds to the width of the bound documents for which it is intended. The surface created between the edge of the cover (on the side of the first two creases) and the first crease is equipped with a self-adhesive element. The cover is folded along the creases, with the direction of the fold of the first two creases being opposite to the direction of the fold of the middle crease and the last two creases. Documents intended for binding are inserted into the area created between the first two creases and any connection between the documents and the cover is made, e.g. by stitching with staplers. Then, by folding the cover along the next creases, the documents are covered from the back and the place where the pages are joined to the cover is covered. Cover according to the utility model it can be made in any format compatible with the format of the bound documents. Different spacing of the creasing allows the production of covers intended for binding documents of different thickness. The first two creasing and/or the last two creasing can be made using any technique so as to enable the cover to be bent in the desired way. Moreover, the material from which the cover is made may have different thickness and surface texture. Binding documents in a durable and aesthetic way can be done by the user at their own discretion.3 The subject of the design is presented in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the cover in the unfolded state. , Fig. 2 shows the document binding phase and Fig. 3 shows the final product with bound documents. The cover has the shape of a rectangle with five creases made on its surface. The creases are made at different distances, with the first two creases 1, la and the last two creases 2 and 2a being made in pairs next to each other and separated by the middle crease 3. The mutual distance of the first two creases 1 and la corresponds to the thickness of the set of joined sheets of documents. The distance from the second of the first creases to the middle crease 3 corresponds to the width of the cover lining. The mutual distance of the last two creases 2 and 2a is slightly greater than the mutual distance of the first two creases. The distance of the second last crease 2a from the edge of the cover corresponds to the width of the bound documents 4 for which it is intended. The cover is folded along the creases, with the direction of the fold of the first two creases 1 being opposite to the direction of the fold of the middle crease 3 and the last two creases 2 and 2a. Documents intended for binding are inserted into the area created between the first two creases 1, 1a and any connection of the documents with the cover is made, e.g. by stitching with staplers. Then, by bending the cover along the next creases, the documents are covered from the back and the place where the pages are joined to the cover is covered. The created surface between the edge of the cover (from the side of the first two creases) and the first crease 1 is equipped with a self-adhesive element 5. After folding the cover, the protection of the self-adhesive element 5 is removed, connecting the back part of the cover with the surface of the documents.
