(72) Twórca(y)wzoru uzytkowego: Alexandr Anatolievich Nepoklonov, Moscow, RU co (OOK-I-71/55 683 PCT/RU2003/000510 WO 2004/060756 115 3 98 Aj Puszka do napojów (opis poprawiony zgodnie z Art. 34 PCT) Dziedzina wzoru uzytkowego. 10 Niniejszy wzór uzytkowy dotyczy puszki do napojów majacej korpus metalowy.Stan techniki wzoru uzytkowego. Znana z patentu Stanów Zjednoczonych Ameryki nr 5,273,176 (miedzynarodowa klasa B65D 51/22, opublikowano 28.12.1993 r.) pokrywa dla puszek majaca zespól otwierajacy 20 z odciagowym jezyczkiem oslania górna czesc puszki do pierwszego otwarcia. 2 0 Opis przykladu wykonania.Fig. 1 przedstawia ogólny widok przykladu wykonania zastrzezonej puszki nadajacej sie do napojów cisnieniowych. Pokrywa z tworzywa sztucznego _6 jest umieszczona na obrzezu górnej czesci 3_ puszki z zatrzaskiem (patrz fig. State of the art of utility design. Beverage cans are known which have a metal body with a round bottom and a metal lid rolled over it, the lid having a pouring opening closed by an opening unit Such cans generally have a capacity of 0.33 or 0.5 liters in order to accommodate pressurized beverages such as soda or beer. Standard pressure cans have a distinctly cylindrical body with a thin sheet of metal having a concave bottom and a clearly flat upper part provided with a pull tab in the form of an opening device. 2 'Although these cans are widely used successfully, they have an obvious disadvantage because they do not meet and hygienic requirements. Indeed, in trade, when a package containing a large number of cans is unpacked at sale and one or two cans are sold, dust and dirt particles can accumulate on the lid of the metal can. The top of the can, for example, its rim, may be in contact with other objects and the hands of the retailer, which is particularly undesirable because when drinking directly from the can, the user touches the top of the can and its rim with his mouth. In addition, if the user does not drink the contents of the can right away and still holds the can in his hand for some time, 15 dust particles continue to accumulate on the upper part and the metal cover, and carbon dioxide begins to evaporate from the open pouring hole. 5,273,176 (International Grade B65D 51/22, published 12/28/1993) a can cover having an opening unit 20 with a pull tab covering the top of the can for first opening. However, it is difficult to replace it on the top of the can because the cover has a flat top and the pull tab, when the opening assembly is opened, deviates from the horizontal position shown in Fig. 5 of the said US Patent. is to provide a can for liquids which has an upper end o3 'with better hygienic conditions and which can be easily reclosed. Another purpose of the design is to provide a more hygienic can for liquids which is resealable. It is desirable not to reduce the possibility of stacking cans and to allow the user to check whether the can is open. Summary of the utility pattern. 10 The above aims have been achieved by providing a can for liquids of the type described above, characterized in that a plastic cover with a top part and a cover is mounted on the metal cover shown with a latch, said plastic cover being resealed. for placing it on the can after opening said opening assembly. Preferably, the bottom of the can has an abutment ring, and the upper portion of said plastic cover is made with a ring groove enabling the abutment of one can to be positioned in said groove of the plastic cover of the other during stacking cans. The plastic lid is made of an opaque or translucent plastic, allowing the user to check that the opener is open. 4 'Preferably, said plastic lid is provided with an eyelet protruding from its cover to facilitate the removal of said lid from the top of the can. Typically, said metal body is a standard can body for pressurized liquids such as carbonated drinks or beer, having a concave bottom and a clearly flat metal lid with a pull tongue in the form of an opening device. 10 The proprietary utility pattern will be better explained further in the embodiment example in the attached drawings where: A brief description of the attached drawings. 1 is a view of an embodiment of a metal can for liquids with a plastic cover, Fig. 2 - is a sectional view of a plastic cover, and Fig. 3 is a view of two cans with lids stacked on top of each other. 2 0 Description of a manufacturing example Fig. 1 shows a general view of an embodiment of the claimed can suitable for pressure drinks. The can shown in Fig. 3 has a distinctly cylindrical metal body 1_ with a concave bottom 2 and a metal cover rolled over the upper part of the body 3. The concave bottom has a thrust-ring 4. and the metal cover 5 'has a pouring opening, sealed by the opening unit, made in the form of a pull-pin 5. The top part 3 of the can is closed with a plastic cover 6, which can be made of opaque plastic or, in a variant, made of translucent plastic plastic so that the user can check whether the closure assembly is open or not. A plastic cover 6 is placed over the rim of the top 3_ of the can with a snap fastener (see Fig. A), 10 ensuring hermetic closure of the top of the can. 2 shows a cross-section of a plastic cover _6 having an upper part 1_ and a cover 8_ The plastic cover _6 can also be provided with a lug 9_ protruding from the cover 8 _ ^ _ to facilitate the removal of the plastic cover 15 from the top of the can The shown possibility of re-positioning the lid on the can after opening the opening assembly is ensured in particular by the fact that the top portion 1_ of the lid is convex as shown in the figures - Figures 1 and 2. 20 The convexity of the top portion 1_ may correspond to the concave of the can bottom 2 as shown in Fig. 3. When the can opener is opened, the pull tab typically deviates from the horizontal position. Accordingly, in the case of prior art lids with a flat top, the pull tab that is lifted during opening will prevent the can from reclosing the can. Moreover, the convexity of the top cover portion 1 facilitates the opening ("press and open") in a known manner, so that the lug 9 (Fig. 1) is not a necessary component. Although the can bottom usually has a shoulder-ring 4 as shown in Fig. 3. , the upper part 7 of the plastic cover preferably has an annular groove 11L enabling the insertion of the abutment <4 of one can into the groove JJD of the plastic cover of the other can when stacking the cans. The convexity of the upper cover 1_ corresponding to the concave of the bottom 2_, 10 provides better bonding of stacked cans due to the tight contact between the bottom of the top can and the lid of the bottom can. The skilled person will know that various modifications and additions may be made to the embodiment described and illustrated in the drawings, not exceeding the scope of the attached claims.NEPOKLONOV, ALEXANDR ANATOLIEVICH 20 Representative: 00-712 Warsaw, uLBlusS ^ W * »& inz- Ehbieta ^ omczynska REGON 011891 370 patent attorney 0K_I_7i / 55 683 PCT / RU2003 / 000510 WO 2004/060756 1153 98 PL PL
