Wlasciciel wzoru zdobniczego oswiadczyl, ze wspóltwórcami wzoru sa: Piotr Szymanski, Krzysztof Kosierkiewicz, Janusz Wa- zynski, Wlodzimierz Karwat.Helmofon wykonany jest w postaci czapy o ksztalcie pilotki uszytej z dwóch rodzajów tkanin. Jedna z tkanin stanowi pokrycie zewnetrznej powierzchni helmofonu, zas druga stanowi jego podszewke. Podszewka w odmianie letniej helmofonu wykonana jest z gladkiej tkaniny bawelnianej a w odmianie zimowej z naturalnego futra. Helmofon posiada naszyte na ze- wnetrznej powierzchni czapy amortyzatory uderzenia, stanowiace np. filcowe paski, biegnace wzdluz i w poprzek czapy oraz ochronniki sluchu usytuowa- ne na wysokosci uszu. Zarówno amortyzatory uderzenia jak i ochronniki sluchu obszyte sa ta sama tkanina co powierzchnia zewnetrzna czapy. Tkani- na pokrywajaca powierzchnie zewnetrzna czapy i znajdujace sie na niej elementy ochronne posiada wzór skladajacy sie z jedno lub wielobarwnych, nie przenikajacych sie figur plaskich o nieregularnych, zamknietych liniach obrysu, umieszczonych na jednobarwnym tle. Tlo wzoru tkaniny jest w kolo- rze khaki zas znajdujace sie na tym tle figury plaskie sa w kolorach zielonym, brazowym i czarnym, jak pokazano to na zalaczonych fotografiach. Dotychczas helmofony miekkie dla pojazdów pancernych posiadaly ze- wnetrzne powierzchnie wykonane z pokrycia o jednolitej barwie w kolorze czarnym. Uzytkownicy helmofonów w pewnych sytuacjach ubrani byli w mundury polowe wykonane z powszechnie znanej i stosowanej tkaniny maskujacej typu pantera. Jednobarwne, czarne helmofony niekorzystnie kon- trastowaly z tymi mundurami oraz z naturalna kolorystyka otoczenia. Zasto- sowanie helmofonów wedlug wzoru zdobniczego podnosi walory estetyczne zarówno samego nakrycia glowy jak i calego ubioru uzytkowników tych helmofonów. PL PL PL PLESPECIALLY FOR ARMOR VEHICLES The right of registration of the ornamental design is valid from 1999-03-01. The subject of the ornamental design is a soft headset, particularly for armored vehicles. The essence of the ornamental design is a new form of a soft headset intended particularly for armored vehicle users, intended for aesthetic purposes, manifesting itself in the arrangement of the basic lines of the outline of the fabric pattern elements covering the headset's external surface and in the color combination of the individual fabric pattern elements, giving the headset, according to this ornamental design, a unique and original appearance, intended for reproduction in industrial production. The subject of the design is shown in the attached photographs, in which Photo 1 shows a view of the headset, while Photo 2 shows the pattern and colors of the headset's external surface covering. The owner of the decorative design has stated that the co-creators of the design are: Piotr Szymanski, Krzysztof Kosierkiewicz, Janusz Wazyński, and Włodzimierz Karwat. The headset is made in the form of a aviator-shaped cap sewn from two types of fabric. One fabric covers the outer surface of the headset, while the other serves as its lining. The lining of the summer version is made of smooth cotton fabric, while the winter version is made of natural fur. The headset features shock absorbers sewn onto the outer surface of the cap, such as felt strips running lengthwise and crosswise, as well as hearing protectors positioned at ear level. Both the shock absorbers and hearing protectors are trimmed with the same fabric as the outer surface of the cap. The fabric covering the outer surface of the cap and its protective elements features a pattern consisting of single- or multi-colored, non-interpenetrating flat shapes with irregular, closed outline lines, placed on a single-color background. The fabric pattern is khaki, while the flat shapes on this background are green, brown, and black, as shown in the attached photographs. Previously, soft headsets for armored vehicles had outer surfaces made of a uniform black covering. In some situations, headset users wore field uniforms made of the widely known and used panther-type camouflage fabric. The single-color, black headsets contrasted unfavorably with these uniforms and the natural colors of the surroundings. The use of headphone headphones in a decorative pattern enhances the aesthetic value of both the headgear itself and the entire outfit of the users of these headphones. PL PL PL PL
