Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest trzepak. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest zmierzajaca do celów estetycznych nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie jego oryginalnym ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym ry- sunku, na którym fig. 1 jest aksonometrycznym widokiem trzepaka z opuszczo- na ruchoma belka górna a fig. 2 aksonometrycznym widokiem trzepaka z uniesiona ruchoma belka górna. Trzepak ma dwa slupy pionowe polaczone ze soba poprzeczka dolna i poprze- czka górna przy czym konce dolne slupów pionowych sa osadzone w poprze- czkach nóg. Na poprzeczce dolnej jest zamontowana obrotowo pólka o po- wierzchni wypelnionej kratownica. Z boku pólki wychodzi palak nózki. Do czesci górnych slupów pionowych, powyzej poprzeczki górnej sa przymoco- wane wahliwie ramiona ruchomej belki górnej i ramie dzwigni. PL PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a horse beater. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the object, aimed at aesthetic purposes, manifested in its original shape. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 is an axonometric view of the horse beater with the movable upper beam lowered, and Fig. 2 is an axonometric view of the horse beater with the movable upper beam raised. The horse beater has two vertical posts connected by a lower crossbar and an upper crossbar, with the lower ends of the vertical posts embedded in the leg crossbars. A shelf with a grid-filled surface is pivotally mounted on the lower crossbar. A leg bracket extends from the side of the shelf. The arms of the movable upper beam and a lever arm are pivotally attached to the upper sections of the vertical posts, above the upper crossbar. PL PL PL
