6207762077 PL PL PLPriority: Published: 5.1.1971 62077 KI. 80 a, 7/55 MKP B 28 c, 5/00 UKD Inventor: Bogusz Rzonsik Patent owner: Fabryka Urzadzen Technicznych, Orzesze — Jaskowice Si. (Poland) Supporting structure for mixers, especially for concrete mixers with side discharge The subject of the invention is a supporting structure for mixers, especially for concrete mixers with side discharge, used on construction sites, in prefabrication plants, etc. Known supporting structures for concrete mixers consist of a supporting frame made in the shape of a square or rectangle and rigidly connected to four legs. This connection requires the use of numerous connecting elements to protect the structure from lateral forces resulting from the movement of the hopper, the operation of the mixer, and wind pressure. These solutions are complex in design, have a high dead weight, and require complicated assembly. The assembly of individual elements of the support structure, as well as the concrete mixer units mounted on it, is carried out with a continuous increase in height. Furthermore, this assembly requires the use of lifting equipment, is labor-intensive, and creates hazardous work conditions. The support structure according to the invention does not have these drawbacks; it is composed of a load-bearing beam, two supports, and a lattice rod connected to it by an articulated joint. This rod is rigidly connected to one of the supports and also provides rails for moving the hopper. The supports are shaped similarly to the letter "A", which protects the structure against transverse forces. Longitudinal forces are transferred by a triangle formed by a rigid connection of a truss rod to one of the supports and a hinged connection to the supporting beam. This combination of technical measures reduces the weight of the structure without reducing its stiffness and allows for assembly at ground level. The simple structure of the supporting beam, racks and assembly elements creates favorable operating conditions, reduces the cubic capacity of the concrete plant and does not require the use of special lifting devices. The subject of the invention is shown in the example of the implementation in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the supporting structure in a front view, and Fig. 2 shows the same structure in a side view. As shown in Figs. 1 and 2, the supporting structure consists of a supporting beam 1 mounted on supports 2 by means of joints 3. The supporting beam 1 has brackets 4 to which a self-supporting platform 5 is attached. The lattice rod 6 is connected in its upper part to the supporting cell 1 by means of joints 7. The lower part of the lattice rod is rigidly connected to one of the supports 2. After disconnecting By disconnecting the truss rod 6 from the supporting beam 1, it is possible to place the structure on the ground. To do this, unscrew the foundation bolts, slightly lift the structure upwards and, after spreading the supports 2, lower the entire structure to ground level. This position allows for all assembly work or larger repairs. 6207762077 PL PL PL
