W ukladzie tym znajduje sie przekaznik czasowy, który steruje czasem wyplywu cieczy z pojemnika 1 przez kalibrowana dysze 14. 10 15 25 30 PL PL PLPriority; Published: 11/X/1968 (P 129 473) 15/01/1971 62069 KI 42 e, 19 MKP GOIi, 11/28 UKD Co-inventors of the invention: Jan Gluchowski, Jarosław Kniaziewicz, Henryk Młyniec Patent owner: Biuro Konstrukcyjno-Technologiczne Maszyn i Urza¬ dzen Budowlanych, Warsaw (Poland) Method of dosing liquids and a device for applying this method The subject of the invention is a method and a device for dosing liquids, which can be used where simplicity of dosing devices is required and the dosing error cannot exceed 11p/o, and in particular in the processes of producing concrete mass, where the device can be controlled automatically in repeatable cycles and remotely. The most common dosing devices are: Weighing feeders are the preferred method for dispensing water in concrete production because they ensure the required dosing accuracy. These feeders have a complex design, which increases the failure rate, and they also require a hydraulic or pneumatic drive. Another dosing method that does not require the use of complex devices involves filling the dispenser container with water to the maximum level, and setting the desired dose on a time relay, which controls the opening time of the release valve. The accuracy of dosing with this method is significantly affected by errors in the time relay itself, changes in the network frequency, and the short dosing time required of these devices. Dosing errors in this method exceed the legally permissible error value of 10%. The method according to the invention does not have these disadvantages, in which the desired dose consists of a dose measured with high accuracy in one or more containers of a defined volume and a dose which is the difference between the desired dose and the dose measured in these containers, the latter dose being measured in a known manner by means of a measuring or auxiliary container with a measuring device. The device for applying the method according to the invention is composed of a known container with a measuring device and at least one container of a defined volume, these containers being connected to an inlet and outlet line via valves. The containers are equipped with floats placed in ends with cross-sections much smaller than the containers themselves. Overflow pipes are also connected to the ends with small cross-sections. The floats cooperate with mercury switches, which close the inlet valves after the containers are filled. This combination of technical means enables liquid dosing with an accuracy similar to that of weighing feeders, while reducing the possibility of failures and making the feeder much simpler. These feeders can be included in the cycle of an automated concrete production process and can be electrically controlled. An example of a device for applying the method according to the invention is shown schematically in the drawing. C2 06962 069 As shown in the drawing, container 1 and container 2 are connected via valves 3 and 4 to the inlet pipe 5 and via valves 6 and 7 to the outlet pipe 8. Containers 1, 2 are equipped with tips 9 and 10 with cross-sections much smaller than the cross-sections of the containers, and with mercury switches 11. Tips 9 are connected to overflow pipes 12, and in tips 10 floats 13 are placed, cooperating with mercury switches 11. Valve 6 is equipped with a calibrated nozzle 14, and its valve head 15 is connected to an electromagnetic release 16. The liquid is dosed in such a way that after opening the valves 3, 4, connecting the containers 1, 2 with the inlet pipe 5, the liquid starts flowing into the containers 1, 2, and after they are filled, the floats 13 rise up and close the valves through the mercury switches 11. 3, 4. Then valve 7 opens and the valve head 15 is lifted by the electromagnetic release 16, and the dose flows through the discharge line 8 to the appropriate device. All the liquid flows out of container 2, and only the amount of liquid from auxiliary container 1 equal to the difference between the set dose and the capacity of container 2. After the set dose flows out of containers 1 and 2, valves 6 and 7 are closed, and valves 3 and 4 open. The device is connected to an electrical system not shown in the drawing. This system includes a time relay that controls the time of liquid flow from container 1 through calibrated nozzle 14. 10 15 25 30 PL PL PL
