Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest papier toaletowy z wytlaczanym wzorem. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac papieru toaletowego z wytlaczanym wzorem, przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie, ukladzie linii oraz powierzchni. Papier toaletowy z wytlaczanym wzorem jest uwidoczniony na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia papier toaletowy z wytlaczanym wzorem w widoku z góry, zas fig. 2 - papier toaletowy z wytlaczanym wzorem w widoku perspektywicznym. Papier toaletowy z wytlaczanym wzorem ma drobno groszkowana powierzchnie, na której sa rozmieszczone w jednakowych odstepach wytloczenia w ksztalcie pojedynczych kwiatków, otoczonych trzema stylizowanymi listkami w ksztalcie nieregularnych soczewek. Kazdy z kwiatków ma trzy platki o nieregularnym wachlarzykowatym ksztalcie, podkreslonym czterema krótkimi, lukowatymi liniami, wychodzacymi z obszaru srodka kwiatka. Poszczególne kwiatki wraz z otaczajacymi je trzema listkami sa oddzielone od siebie lekko falistymi liniami, tworzacymi romby, powtarzajace sie na calej: powierzchni papieru, przy czym linie tworzace boki rombów sa, na ich styku na przemian przerywane i c£aglfL Przez cala szerolcgsc papieru,w równych odstepach wzgledem siebie, biegna liniowe perforacje, umozliwiajace odrywanie poszczególnych fragmentów papieru. Wytloczenia, tworzace wzór na powierzchni papieru, maja postac cienkich rowków, widocznych z drugiej strony papieru w postaci wypuklych linii. Istotne cechy papieru toaletowego z wytlaczanym wzorem polegaja na tym, ze ma on drobno groszkowana powierzchnie, na której sa rozmieszczone w jednakowych odstepach wytloczenia w ksztalcie pojedynczych kwiatków, otoczonych trzema stylizowanymi listkami w ksztalcie nieregularnych soczewek. Kazdy z kwiatków ma trzy platki o nieregularnym wachlarzykowatym ksztalcie, podkreslonym czterema krótkimi, lukowatymi liniami, wychodzacymi z obszaru srodka kwiatka. Poszczególne kwiatki wraz z otaczajacymi je trzema listkami sa oddzielone od siebie lekko falistymi liniami, tworzacymi romby, powtarzajace sie na calej powierzchni papieru, przy czym linie tworzace boki rombów sa na ich styku na przemian przerywane i ciagle. Przez cala szerokosc papieru, w równych odstepach wzgledem siebie, biegna liniowe perforacje, umozliwiajace odrywanie poszczególnych fragmentów papieru. Wytloczenia, tworzace wzór na powierzchni papieru, maja postac cienkich rowków, widocznych z drugiej strony papieru w postaci wypuklych linii, jak uwidoczniono na rysunku, fig. 1 i 2.Fig. 1Fig. 2 PL PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is toilet paper with an embossed pattern. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of embossed toilet paper, manifested in its shape, line arrangement, and surface. The embossed toilet paper is shown in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the embossed toilet paper from a top view, and Fig. 2 shows the embossed toilet paper from a perspective view. The embossed toilet paper has a finely grained surface, on which are equally spaced embossments in the shape of individual flowers, surrounded by three stylized leaves in the shape of irregular lenses. Each flower has three irregular, fan-shaped petals, accentuated by four short, arcuate lines emanating from the flower's center. Individual flowers and their surrounding three leaves are separated by slightly wavy lines, forming rhombuses, repeated across the entire paper surface. The lines forming the sides of the rhombuses are alternately interrupted and continuous at their intersections. Linear perforations run across the entire width of the paper, at regular intervals, allowing for tearing off individual pieces of paper. The embossing, creating the pattern on the paper surface, takes the form of thin grooves, visible from the other side as raised lines. The essential features of embossed toilet paper are its finely grained surface, on which embossings in the shape of individual flowers are spaced at regular intervals, surrounded by three stylized leaves shaped like irregular lenses. Each flower has three petals with an irregular, fan-shaped shape, accentuated by four short, arcing lines emanating from the center of the flower. Individual flowers and their surrounding three leaves are separated by slightly wavy lines, forming rhombuses, repeated across the entire surface of the paper, with the lines forming the sides of the rhombuses alternately interrupted and continuous at their intersections. Linear perforations run across the entire width of the paper, at regular intervals, allowing for tearing off individual pieces of paper.
