Dozowanie ilosci cieczy skorelowane w malych odstepach czasu z ubytkiem wagowym materialu sypkiego w zbiorniku zapewnia uzyskanie dokladnych zadanych proporcji. Urzadzenie umozliwia uzyskanie w szerokim zakresie okreslonych proporcji mieszanego materialu sypkiego z ciecza. 1 przedstawia zbiornik i dysze w przekroju, fig. Rejestrowane z duza czestotliwoscia ubytki wagowe materialu sypkiego w zbiorniku, poprzez uklad pomiarowy i sterujacy powoduja dozowanie za pomoca nie pokazanej na rysunku pompy odpowiedniej ilosci cieczy do dysz 6 . i RZECZMlK%E(4TOWY mgrinzJnizejCiemniecki44i ei^ 6fiG& PL PL PLThe subject of the utility model is a device for coating loose material with a liquid, especially for oiling granulated feeds or conditioning grain. There are nozzles that spray the mixed feed above the mixer. The addition of the liquid component during the mixing process must be closely coordinated with the residence time of the mix in the mixer. A continuous device is known for applying liquid components to a granular bulk material. The device has a vertical tube for feeding the granules and terminates in a ring-shaped gap under which there is a cone for distributing the granules. In the closed space under the cone there is a disc dispenser - a sprinkler, a rotor with blades and a blower. The device, according to the utility model, having a bulk material container and nozzles is characterized by the fact that the container is weighing and has oblong holes in the bottom. Nozzles are placed at the bottom of the container. The device contains gate valves regulating the width of the holes in the bottom, which are connected with each other by the frame.-2- The device according to the utility pattern ensures mixing and covering of the loose material with a liquid without the need to supply energy to obtain a homogeneous mixture. Streams of loose material falling from the tank, intertwining in the free space with the streams of liquid supplied by the nozzles, cause a thorough coating of the loose material. The device makes it possible to obtain, in a wide range, specific proportions of the mixed bulk material with the liquid. The subject of the utility pattern is shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the tank and nozzles in cross-section, Fig. 2 shows the tank in a top view. The tank 1 has a bottom 2, in which there are oblong holes 3. Docks 4 are located directly at the bottom 2 of the tank, which are connected with each other by the frame 5. Under the bottom 2 there are nozzles 6 with appropriately directed holes 7. Obtaining the appropriate width of the oblong holes 3 in the bottom 2 is achieved by moving the frame 5 with the gate valves 4. Streams of loose material falling through the oblong holes 3 and passing through the area of liquid exposure mix with each other, thus uniformly covering the loose material with the liquid. The weight loss of the bulk material in the tank, recorded with high frequency, through the measurement and control system causes the dosing of the appropriate amount of liquid to the nozzles by means of a pump (not shown in the drawing) 6. i ITEMMlK% E (4TOWY mgrinzJnizejCiemniecki44i ei ^ 6fiG & PL PL PL
