Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest wanna kapielowa naroznikowa przezna- czona do instalowania w lazienkach. Znane ze stosowania wanny posiadaja niecke kapielowa okolona obrzezem, któ- rego zewnetrzna krawedz w postaci pólki wywinieta jest do dolu. W dnie niecki umiesz- czony jest otwór wylewowy a w scianie bocznej, w poblizu obrzeza, otwór przelewowy. Stosowane wanny posiadaja róznorodne ksztalty zarówno obrzeza jak i samej niecki. W obrebie niecki i obrzeza posiadaja róznie uksztaltowane przetloczenia, wystepy i wglebie- nia spelniajace funkcje ergonomicznych siedzisk i podparc a takze podnoszace wyglad es- tetyczny wyrobu. Zainstalowane w lazienkach wanny sa indywidualnie obudowywane wy- kladzinami lub posiadaja przeznaczone do nich obudowy. Wanna stanowiaca przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego posiada, w odniesieniu do znanych wanien, cechy nowosci i oryginalnosci, którymi sa: jej ksztalt i ksztalt jej niecki oraz ksztalt obrzeza. Ksztalt wanny wedlug wzoru, w widoku z góry, wyznacza zarys pro- stokata i linia krzywa zblizona do fragmentu elipsy, która przecina dwa sasiednie, czolowe boki prostokatnego zarysu i zarówno z przodu jak i z boku wychodzi poza ten zarys. These bathtubs are known for their use and feature a bathtub basin surrounded by a rim, the outer edge of which, in the form of a shelf, is turned downward. A pouring hole is located in the bottom of the basin, and an overflow hole is located in the side wall, near the rim. These bathtubs come in a variety of shapes, both for the rim and the basin itself. Within the basin and rim, they feature variously shaped embossments, protrusions, and recesses that function as ergonomic seats and supports, as well as enhancing the aesthetic appearance of the product. Bathtubs installed in bathrooms are individually lined with carpeting or have dedicated enclosures. The bathtub constituting the subject of the industrial design possesses, compared to known bathtubs, features of novelty and originality, which include: its shape, the shape of its basin, and the shape of its rim. The shape of the bathtub, according to the design, when viewed from above, is defined by a rectangular outline and a curved line resembling a fragment of an ellipse, which intersects the two adjacent, frontal sides of the rectangular outline and extends beyond this outline both at the front and at the side. The shape of the basin is defined by a curved, heart-shaped line, which, on the front (i.e., the user's side), runs equidistant from the outer, curved edge of the bathtub. On the rear, it is a symmetrical reflection of the edge, running along the longer, rear side of the rectangular outline. The lines defining the heart-shaped basin are tangent in its narrow section and merge into one another in a gentle arc in its wide section. Halfway up the basin, on both side walls, are stepped embossments (1) that function as armrests. The rim of the bathtub is profiled in the front (user's side) and flat on both straight, wall-mounted rear sides. The cross-section of the front profile creates an external arched transition, a concave arch, and internal arched transitions, with the upper edge of the external arched transition being raised relative to the upper edge of the internal arched transition, as shown in Figure 4. The flat rims of the bathtub on both straight rear sides are lowered relative to the bathtub corner at an angle of up to 3°. The acrylic bathtub is available in a wide range of colors. Drain sets and supports are used to install the bathtub, and optionally, a panel (2) enclosing the bathtub from the front. To enhance bathing comfort, specially adapted headrests can be installed on the bathtub rim. The bathtub is available in two versions, as a left-handed and right-handed model. Version No. 1 is shown in Fig. 1 in a top view and in longitudinal section, in Fig. 3 in a perspective view of the front side and basin, and in Fig. 4, which shows a cross-section of the bathtub rim profile in the front part. Version No. 2 is shown in Fig. 2 in a top view and in longitudinal section, and in Fig. 4. The essential features of the industrial design shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2, photographs Fig. 3 and drawing Fig. 4 are: - the shape of the bathtub in a top view defined by the outline of a rectangle and a curved line similar to a fragment of an ellipse, which line intersects two adjacent, front sides of this rectangular outline and extends beyond this outline both at the front and at the side, - the shape of the basin defined by a curved line in the shape of a heart, which from the front side, i.e. from the user's side, runs at an equal distance from the outer, curved edge of the bathtub and from the back side is its symmetrical reflection and runs along the longer, back side of the rectangular outline, wherein the lines defining the heart-shaped basin are tangent to each other in its narrow part and merge into each other in a gentle arc in its wide part, and furthermore this shape is determined by the stepped soaking areas (i) located halfway up the basin, on both of its side walls, which serve as armrests, - the shape of the bathtub rim, which is profiled in the front part, on the user's side, and flat on both of its straight, wall-mounted rear sides, wherein the cross-section of the profiling creates an arched external passage, a concave arch and arched internal passages, and the upper edge of the arched external passage is raised in relation to the upper edge of the arched internal passage, which is shown in Fig. 4, while the flat rims of the bathtub on both of its straight rear sides are lowered in relation to the bathtub corner at an angle of up to 3°.
