Janu/z Zdziarski1 115 14 // &\&U(p PL PLThe subject of the utility model is a water treatment station, intended for emergency supply of drinking water from raw materials with a high content of all kinds of harmful admixtures. Known water treatment stations consist of a housing with: ordinary filtering columns, special filtering column, flow control board, electric power supply, reagent dispenser, containers for reagents, delivery hoses, suction hoses and pipes connecting individual elements in an appropriate manner, and a water pump. The essence of the utility model consists in the fact that roller blinds are mounted in the housing in the side walls and front wall door, and inside the housing in the front part there is a flow control board, a lance and a supporting structure. An electric power supply is attached to the supporting structure, and underneath it, a reagent dispenser and a rotameter, and containers for reagents are placed in its lower part. In the central part of the housing there are two ordinary filtering columns and one special filtering column and a water pump, while in the rear part of the housing there is a shelf with a recess with a lockable hatch. Under the recess there are, on one side, one under the other, long shelves with additional containers for reagents placed on them, and on the other side, one under the other, two short shelves with suitcases and two drawers. Above the board controlling the flow and the rack, and on the top light lamps are installed in the supporting structure parts.-2- The advantage of the solution according to the utility model is easy access to individual units and subassemblies of the station due to the installation of doors in the rear wall and door roller shutters in the side and front walls. The advantage of the walls with door roller shutters is also that the station does not increase its external dimensions during operation and does not make it difficult for the operating personnel to move within its area. The station has a vacuum system rinsing the bed in the first ordinary filtering column, in which the vacuum is generated thanks to the installed spray nozzle. The subject of the utility model is shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the water treatment plants in a top view with a partial tear-out after removing the roof, Fig. 2 - front view with the door shutter raised, fig. 3 - side view from the left with the door shutter raised, fig. 4- back view with the door open, and fig. 5 - top view from The water treatment plant has a casing 1, in which the side and front walls are fitted with roller shutters 2, and at the rear there are double doors 3. Inside the casing 1 in the front part are fixed on the right side the flow control board 4, and on the left side the support structure 5 and the lance 6. Supporting structure 5 is fitted with a power supply in its upper part electrical 7, under which the reagent dispenser 8 and rotameter 9 are mounted, while in its lower part there are three containers for reagents 10. The reagent dispenser 8 is connected to two standard dosing input lines J_l and one special dosing input line 12, the other ends of which are are placed in reagent containers 10, and two regular dosing output lines 13, the other ends of which are connected to the input line 14 and one special dosing output line 15, the other end of which is connected to the output line 16. the first standard filtering column 17, the second standard filtering column 18 and the special filtering column J_9 and the water pump 20. The upper discharge hoses 22, 23, 24 are connected to the covers 21 of the filter columns 17, J_8, J_9, the second ends of which are connected to the control board -3- through flow 4 and venting hoses 25, 26, 27, led outside the housing 1 through the flow control boards 4 and openings in the landing 28. On the other hand, from the bottom of the ordinary filtering column of the first 17, the lower first discharge hose 29 is led, the second end of which is connected to the washing spigot 30 and the flow control table 4. From the bottom of the ordinary filtering column of the second J_8 is led there is a lower second discharge hose 31, the second end of which is connected to the output pipeline 16 and the flow control board 4. From the bottom of the special filtering column 19 there is a lower third discharge hose 32, the second end of which is connected to the output pipeline J_6. In the rear part of the housing 1 there is a rack 33, with a recess 34 a closed hatch 35, in which there are a suction hose with a dragon 36, an discharge hose 37, a receiving hose 38 for a sprayer 39 and a flushing hose 40. Under the recess 34, looking from the rear of the housing 1, on the left side, there are one under the other two long shelves 4J_ on which additional containers for reagents 42 are placed, and on the right side one under the other two short shelves 43 with suitcases 44 and two drawers 45. Above the flow control board 4 and a rack 33, and in the upper part of the supporting structure 5, lighting lamps 46 are installed, while on the outer side of the side walls of the casing 1, there are inlet stub 47, which is the beginning of the inlet pipeline 14 and outlet stub 48, which is the end of the outlet pipeline J_6. for operation, connect a suction hose 36 to the suction port 49 of the water pump 20, and the discharge hose 37 to its discharge port 50, k the other end should be connected to the inlet connection 47. The electric cable plug 51 should be connected to an external source of electricity and the standard dosing and special dosing leads 12 should be placed in appropriate containers for reagents 10. Set the position of the valves 52 according to the instructions, depending on the nature work, then start the reagent dispenser 8. After immersing the suction hose with the dragon in the water, start the water pump 20. The station prepared in this way is ready for work. PATENT BANK MSc.
