The tape dispenser according to the industrial design is distinguished from other known tape dispenser designs by its novel form, manifesting itself in the shape and arrangement of lines and surfaces. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the tape dispenser in a front view, Fig. 2 - the tape dispenser in a side view from the right, Fig. 3 - the tape dispenser in a rear view, Fig. 4 - the tape dispenser in a side view from the left, Fig. 5 - the tape dispenser in a top view, and Fig. 6 - the tape dispenser in a bottom view. The application covers one variant of the tape dispenser. A tape dispenser in the shape of an irregular elongated solid having a handle part and a head part for placing a tape disc, according to the industrial design, has a side view shape resembling the shape of a fish, wherein the handle part in a side view from the side, from the side of its external rear end, is similar in shape to a rear fin and the head part in a side view resembles the shape of a body and head of a fish. The handle part is bent convexly, approximately arc-shaped, upwards towards the connection with the head part, near which it widens laterally and runs slightly downwards towards the rear end of the dispenser, tapering from both sides towards its outer end, near which it has an approximately polygonal outline placed on both the right and left side surfaces from the upper edge, while on the side surfaces of the widening part of the handle part there are small, elongated outlines placed approximately parallel to each other. The side surface of the head part of the dispenser narrows towards . front, wherein on the left side it is rounded convexly at the bottom, while on the right side of the dispenser it has a downwardly protruding element in the form of a cylindrical disc, in the middle of which is located, approximately centrally, an element with a circular cross-section of a smaller diameter, and in the middle of this element there is an even smaller, laterally protruding, also rounded, element, approximately cylindrical. On the front side, the tape dispenser has, located on the front surface, a relatively flat, polygonal front element protruding upwards and forwards, tapering towards the upper edge terminating in a small, rounded protrusion, which front element has a horizontal, approximately rectangular, narrow outline on its front surface. On the upper surface of the head portion, a protruding, tapering upper element is located. It has a roughly oval outline when viewed from above, resembling the upper fin of a fish when viewed from the side. On the lower surface of the handle portion of the dispenser, there is a roughly oval, elongated outline with rounded smaller sides. The essential features of the tape dispenser according to the industrial design are that it has the form of an irregular elongated solid and has a handle part and a head part for placing a tape disc, which dispenser has a shape resembling the shape of a fish in a side view, wherein the handle part in a side view, from the side of its outer rear end, is similar in shape to a rear fin and the head part in a side view resembles the shape of a body and head of a fish, which handle part is bent convexly, approximately in an arc, upwards towards the connection with the head part, near which it widens laterally and runs slightly downwards towards the rear end of the dispenser, narrowing convergingly from both sides towards its outer end, near which it has located, on the surface of both the right and left sides from the upper side edge, approximately polygonal outline, and on the side surfaces of the expanding part of the handle part there are small, elongated outlines, approximately parallel to each other, while the side surface of the head part of the dispenser narrows towards the front, while on the left side it is rounded convexly from the bottom, and on the right side of the dispenser it has an element protruding downwards in the form of a cylindrical disc, in the middle of which there is located, approximately centrally, an element with a circular cross-section of a smaller diameter, and in the middle of this element there is an even smaller, laterally protruding, also rounded element, approximately cylindrical, and on the front side the tape dispenser has, located on the front surface, a relatively flat polygonal front element protruding upwards and forwards, narrowing towards the upper terminated edge. rounded by a small protrusion, which front element has on its front surface a horizontal, approximately rectangular, narrow outline, furthermore, on the upper surface of the head part there is a protruding and tapering upper element with an approximately oval outline in a top view, resembling the upper fin of a fish in a side view, and on the lower surface of the handle part of the dispenser there is an approximately oval, elongated outline with rounded smaller sides as shown in the attached drawing, Fig. 1 - Fig. 6.
