Opakowanie kleju Prawo z rejestracji wzoru przemyslowego trwa od 11 wrzesnia 2003r. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest opakowanie kleju, przeznaczonego do sklejania drewna, metalu, szkla, porcelany, tworzyw sztucznych i innych. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu w szczególnosci przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów, kolorystke, strukture wytworu oraz ornamentacje. Wytwór nadaje sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonym rysunku, fig. 1 - prezentujacym opakowanie w widokuogólnym od frontu, fig. 2 - w widoku z tylu oraz na zalaczonej fotografii, fig. 3 . Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego nalezy zaliczyc, ze opakowanie kleju, przedstawione na rysunku, fig.l i fig.2 oraz na fotografii, fig.3 jest uksztaltowane w formie tuby zakonczonej z jednej strony biala nakretka, uksztaltowana w formie scietego stozka. Czesc frontowa opakowania jest w kolorze szarym, posrebrzanym. Posrodku czesci frontowej znajduje sie prostokatna, bordowa ramka z ozdobnie wyprofilowanymi narozami w formie stylizowanych wglebien. Czesciowo kontury ramki maja zaznaczona perspektywe cienka, biala linia. Wewnatrz ramki jest rozmieszczony bialy, stylizowany napis wykonany literami alfabetu rosyjskiego. Napis ten oznacza w jezyku polskim slowo „Globus". Litery tego napisu sa przedstawione perspektywicznie. Ich glebie podkreslaja linie w kolorze bordowym. Powyzej i ponizej napisu „Globus" sa umieszczone czarne napisy, wykonane równiez literami alfabetu rosyjskiego. Napisy znajduja sie takze nad ramka i ponizej ramki, przy czym z lewej strony, powyzej ramki jest rysunek przedstawiajacy stylizowany globus. A obok „o o.o." i napis „Inter Globus". Tylna czesc opakowania zdobi prostokat w kolorze bialym. Na jego powierzchni sa rozmieszczone drobne napisy w kolorze czarnym o charakterze informacyjnym. Wszystkie napisy, w które jest wyposazone opakowanie kleju, zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym sa napisane literami alfabetu rosyjskiego -cyrylica. „Inter Globus" Sp. z o.o. The industrial design covers adhesive packaging intended for gluing wood, metal, glass, porcelain, plastics, and other materials. The essence of the design is a new and unique form of the product, given to it in particular by the characteristics of lines, contours, shapes, colors, product structure, and ornamentation. The product is suitable for multiple reproduction. The industrial design is presented in the attached drawing, Fig. 1, showing the packaging in a general front view, Fig. 2, in a back view, and in the attached photograph, Fig. 3. Among the significant features of the industrial design is that the glue packaging shown in Figures 1 and 2, and in the photograph, Figure 3, is shaped like a tube with a white cap on one end, shaped like a truncated cone. The front of the packaging is silver-plated gray. In the center of the front is a rectangular, burgundy frame with decoratively profiled corners in the form of stylized recesses. The frame's outlines are partially marked with a thin, white line. Inside the frame is a stylized white inscription in Russian letters. This inscription translates to "Globus" in Polish. The letters of this inscription are presented in perspective, their depth emphasized by burgundy lines. Above and below the "Globus" inscription are black inscriptions, also in Russian letters. The inscriptions are also located above and below the frame, with a drawing of a stylized globe on the left side, above the frame. Next to it is the inscription "o o.o." and the inscription "Inter Globus." The back of the packaging is decorated with a white rectangle. Small black inscriptions of an informative nature are arranged on its surface.
