Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest automat biletowy. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac automatu biletowego, przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie i kolorze. Przedmiot wzoru jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych fotografiach i rysunku, na których fig. 1 - przedstawia rysunek automatu biletowego, w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2 - fotografie automatu biletowego w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 3 - ten sam automat w widoku z przodu, fig. 4 - ten sam automat w widoku z jednego z boków, a fig. 5 - ten sam automat w widoku z góry. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego. Automat biletowy wedlug wzoru, przedstawiony na fig. 1 do fig. 5, ma postac prostopadlosciennej skrzynki, przy czym przednia scianka automatu jest u dolu przedluzona poza krawedz spodniej czesci i jest lekko zaokraglona. Automat jest osadzony, z mozliwoscia przesuwu dla uzyskania optymalnej wysokosci polozenia, na dwóch prowadnicach rurowych, przymocowanych do jego tylnej sciany. Na czesci scianek bocznych i scianki tylnej automat jest zaopatrzony w sprezyste uchwyty skrzynki.Automat jest zaopatrzony w okolo trzech czwartych wysokosci w prostokatny wyswietlacz, po którego dluzszych bokach znajduja sie przyciski, rozmieszczone pionowo, po piec z kazdej strony. Pod wyswietlaczem znajduja sie, rozmieszczone poziomo, dwa przyciski, natomiast pod nimi znajduje sie centralnie usytuowana szczelina podawcza do wprowadzania kart kredytowych, kart pienieznych itp. Ponizej tej szczeliny znajduje sie prostokatny otwór wydajacy z uchylna pokrywka do którego wpada wydrukowany bilet i z którego bilet ten, moze byc wyjety. W górnej czesci scianki przedniej, po prawej stronie, automat jest zaopatrzony w pionowa szczeline do wkladania monet. Automat wedlug wzoru jest korzystnie zaopatrzony w scianki boczne i scianke górna w kolorze niebieskim, scianke przednia i sprezyste uchwyty skrzynki w kolorze szarym, natomiast uchylna pokrywke otworu wydajacego - w kolorze niebieskim.Fig.1Fig.2Fig.3 Fig.4 Fig.5 PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a ticket machine. The essence of the design is a new form of the ticket machine, manifested in its shape and color. The subject of the design is visible in the attached photographs and drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows a perspective view of the ticket machine, Fig. 2 - a perspective view of the ticket machine, Fig. 3 - a front view of the same machine, Fig. 4 - a side view of the same machine, and Fig. 5 - a top view of the same machine. Essential features of the industrial design: The ticket machine according to the design, shown in Figs. 1 to 5, has the form of a cuboid box, with the front wall of the machine extending at the bottom beyond the edge of the bottom part and being slightly rounded. The machine is mounted, with the possibility of sliding for optimal height, on two tubular guides attached to its rear wall. The machine is equipped with spring-loaded box holders on some of its side walls and rear wall. Approximately three-quarters of its height is a rectangular display, with vertically arranged buttons on each side, five on each side. Below the display are two horizontally arranged buttons, and below them is a centrally located feed slot for inserting credit cards, cash cards, etc. Below this slot is a rectangular dispensing slot with a hinged lid, into which the printed ticket falls and from which it can be removed. At the top of the front wall, on the right, the machine is equipped with a vertical coin slot. The machine according to the model is advantageously equipped with side walls and a top wall in blue, the front wall and springy handles of the box in gray, and the hinged cover of the dispensing opening - in blue.
