Description

Pierwszenstwo: 13.1X.1967 Niemiecka Republika Demokratyczna Opublikowano: 20.VIII.1970 60739 KI. 42 d, 2/50 MKP G 01 d, 7/00 UKD Twórca wynalazku: Joachim Króning Wlasciciel patentu: VEB Elektro-Apparate-Werke Berlin-Treptow, Berlin (Niemiecka Republika Demokratyczna) Urzadzenie do cyfrowego okreslania odchylenia katowego lozysko¬ wanego na czopach, organu ruchomego mechanizmu pomiarowego i Przedmiotem wynalazku jest urzadzenie do cy¬ frowego okreslania odchylenia katowego, lozysko¬ wanego na czopach organu ruchomego mechanizmu pomiarowego z wirnikiem umieszczonym na osi stanowiacej przedluzenie osi mechanizmu pomia¬ rowego, "który to wirnik wchodzi w sklad genera¬ tora impulsów i jest napedzany za pomoca silnika i przy kazdym obrocie, wysyla do licznika serie impulsów przez sektor odpowiadajacy pelnemu od¬ chyleniu mechanizmu pomiarowego, przy czym wysylanie tych impulsów trwa do chwili wytwo¬ rzenia impulsu stopowego przez, odpowiadajace sobie wzajemnie, znaki umieszczone na organie ruchomym i na wirniku, a wytworzony impuls stopowy wstrzymuje zliczanie impulsów uzyskiwa¬ nych z licznika, do konca serii impulsów.Nowoczesne instalacje do okreslania danych, które sa przeznaczone dla nadzoru, sterowania i re¬ gulacji procesów przemyslowych, wymagaja duzej ilosci tanich i dostepnych cyfrowych wskazników wartosci 'mierzonych wielkosci analogowych tech- niczno-fizycznych. Przyrzady te, zwane przetworni¬ kami analogowo cyfrowymi, dla pomiarów tech¬ nicznych i regulacyjnych, maja mala dokladnosc, poniewaz przetworniki analogowo cyfrowe, pra¬ cujace wylacznie w oparciu o uklady elektroniczne, odznaczaja sie wprawdzie bardzo duza dokladnos¬ cia lecz do wspomnianego celu sa zbyt skompliko¬ wane i zbyt drogie, przeto w pomiarach technicz¬ nych stosuje sie przetworniki analogowo cyfrowe, 20 25 30 które lacza w sobie niska cene i dokladnosc kla¬ sycznych przyrzadów tablicowych z zaletami cy¬ frowego wskazania.Znana jest juz pewna ilosc urzadzen do cyfro¬ wego okreslania odchylenia katowego organu ru¬ chomego mechanizmu pomiarowego. Urzadzenia te nosza takze nazwe przetworników podzialki skali. Dlatego tez urzadzenie to wymaga stalego dozoru. Urzadzenie to przedstawia zatem soba tani element konstrukcyjny nadajacy sie do wszech¬ stronnego stosowania, zwlaszcza w automatyzacji zakladów energetycznych i wytwórczych. Do glowicy magnetycznej 11 sa dolaczone kaska¬ dowo: wzmacniacz impulsów 12, bramka 15, licz¬ nik impulsów 16 i urzadzenie wskazujace 17. Impuls stopowy, wytworzony w cewce indukcyjnej 5, zostaje doprowadzony do wzmacniacza impulsów 13 za posrednictwem uzwo¬ jenia pierwotnego 7 i uzwojenia wtórnego 8 trans-60739 8 formatora obrotowego. Impuls prostokatny steruje rów¬ noczesnie urzadzenie wskazujace 17 w taki sposób, ze przednie zbocze impulsu prostokatnego powodu¬ je wlaczenie urzadzenia wskazujacego, zas tylne zbocze impulsu prostokatnego powoduje wylaczenie tego urzadzenia.W ten sposób, podczas trwania impulsu prosto¬ katnego, wynik liczenia licznika impulsów 16 dochodzi do wskazania. Tylne zbocze impulsu pro¬ stokatnego sluzy równoczesnie, takze do kasowania zliczonych impulsów w liczniku impulsów lfy w wyniku czego, ten ostatni zostaje przygotowany do nowego liczenia. .N. Przez wlas¬ ciwy wybór tej charakterystycznej funkcji F (n) nadajnika wielkosci mierzonej mozna zatem zapi- 35 sac na obwodzie wirnika kazda dowolna zaleznosc funkcjonalna pomiedzy wielkoscia mierzona i zna¬ kami impulsowymi. Tak wiec mozna zrealizowac na przyklad funkcje liniowe, kwadratowe, szescien¬ ne lub trygonometryczne pomiedzy liczba impulsów 40 zliczona do chwili nadejscia impulsu stopowego a wielkoscia mierzona przylozona do mechanizmu pomiarowego. 45 50 55 - PL PLPriority: 13/1/1967 German Democratic Republic Published: 20/8/1970 60739 KI. 42 d, 2/50 MKP G 01 d, 7/00 UKD Inventor: Joachim Króning Patent holder: VEB Elektro-Apparate-Werke Berlin-Treptow, Berlin (German Democratic Republic) Device for digitally determining the angular deviation of a movable element of a measuring mechanism mounted on journals and The subject of the invention is a device for digitally determining the angular deviation of a movable element of a measuring mechanism mounted on journals and with a rotor placed on an axis constituting an extension of the axis of the measuring mechanism, "which rotor is part of a pulse generator and is driven by a motor and with each revolution sends a series of pulses to the counter through a sector corresponding to the full deflection of the measuring mechanism, wherein the sending of these pulses continues until A stop pulse is generated by corresponding markings placed on the moving part and the rotor, and the generated stop pulse stops the counting of pulses received from the counter until the end of the pulse series. Modern data acquisition systems intended for the supervision, control, and regulation of industrial processes require a large number of inexpensive and readily available digital indicators of the measured values of analog technical and physical quantities. These devices, called analog-to-digital converters, are characterized by low accuracy for technical and regulatory measurements, because analog-to-digital converters, operating solely on the basis of electronic circuits, are characterized by very high accuracy, but are too complex and expensive for this purpose. Therefore, analog-to-digital converters are used in technical measurements. 20 25 30 which combine the low price and accuracy of classic panel instruments with the advantages of digital display. A number of devices are already known for digitally determining the angular deviation of the moving part of the measuring mechanism. These devices are also called scale transducers. Some of these devices have a so-called code disc, which is mechanically connected to the axis of the measuring mechanism and which is read mechanically, optically, capacitively, or inductively. The measurement result is then given as a parallel code signal. Another known device operates using a mirror placed on the axis of the measuring mechanism. This mirror reproduces the code track on a surface illuminated from behind the mask, wherein the appropriate number of Photoelectric receivers, whose arrangement is chosen so that each of them reads only one code trace. The measurement result is also given here as a parallel code signal. In yet another, equally well-known device, a galvanometer with a light pointer is periodically disconnected from the measured quantity. The light pointer, returning to the zero position, slides along a division scale with alternating reflective and non-reflective fields. The division scale is placed coaxially with the axis of the measuring mechanism, so that the reflected ray reaches the photoelectric receiver, which is placed on the extension of the axis. Light pulses incident on the photoelectric receivers during the aperiodic return movement of the measuring mechanism are converted into electrical pulses and further counted in a counter. In other known devices, the scale is read continuously or in steps using a photoelectric or inductive reading arm, whereby a series of pulses is generated synchronously with the movement of the reading arm, which is interrupted when the pointer of the measuring mechanism reaches the end. The described known devices have various disadvantages. Devices working with code discs or code masks are very complicated and expensive. Regardless of this, the code disc increases the moment of inertia of the moving part of the measuring mechanism, which is very undesirable. Devices with a periodically switched on and off measuring mechanism, as well as devices with reading arms that analyze the scale division continuously or in steps, only allow for very small, often not even sufficient reading frequency. Against this background, yet another well-known device stands out very favorably. In this device, the angular deflection of the moving part of the measuring mechanism is first converted into an analog time interval of two pulses (start-stop pulses), and this time is calculated using a pulse generator and a pulse counter. A disc driven by a synchronous motor rotates coaxially with the axis of the measuring mechanism. On the circumference of this disc are placed permanent magnets of opposite polarity, with these magnets displaced from each other by exactly 180°. These magnets move right next to two small induction coils, one of which is fixedly attached to the measuring mechanism, while the other is placed on the moving part of this mechanism. The aforementioned magnets They generate voltage pulses in both coils, successively, whose time interval is proportional to the angular deviation of the moving part of the measuring mechanism. The pulse generated in the stationary induction coil opens the electronic gate, while the pulse generated in the induction coil placed on the moving part of the measuring mechanism closes the gate again, and this pulse is conducted away by means of two additional spiral springs. The pulses generated by the pulse generator, contained between these two pulses (start-stop pulses), reach the electronic counter through the gate, and the number of these pulses constitutes a measure of the angular deviation of the moving part, the measuring mechanism. This device, operating in the start-stop mode, allows for a higher reading frequency, 4 compared to the previously described devices, however, has a serious drawback, as it requires a special measuring mechanism, in which an induction coil placed on the moving organ of this mechanism requires two additional current supplies to the moving organ. Furthermore, the measuring mechanism used must necessarily have a linear scale, since the current measured in the start-stop time interval is to be proportional to the number of pulses. According to yet another method, the position of the moving organ of the measuring mechanism is read optically. Counting pulses are generated using a magnetic drum memory, wherein the magnetic memory drum has the required number of pulse marks only in the sector corresponding to the maximum angle of rotation of the moving organ of the measuring mechanism. In this solution, the generation of a starting pulse becomes unnecessary, while the stopping pulse is generated by a light ray that emerges From the edge of the magnetic memory drum, it strikes a small mirror mounted on the axis of the moving part of the measuring mechanism, and is then reflected by the mirror and directed to the photoelectric receiver. In this device, magnetic impulse marks are recorded at constant intervals. The measuring mechanism used in this device must therefore also have a precisely linear scale if the number of impulses is to be proportional to the measured current. A disadvantage of the device is the necessity of using electric lamps in the optical reading device, which, during continuous operation of the device, can cause interruptions in operation. Therefore, this device requires constant supervision. The aim of the invention is to create a device for digital determination of quantities obtained from technical measurements, in which any pointer-type measuring mechanism can be used, including those with a non-linear scale, as well as in In this device, the dynamic and static properties of the applied measuring mechanism require very minor changes or no changes at all. The essence of the invention is that the series of pulses recorded on the rotor has an angular scale identical to the scale of the measuring mechanism, wherein the angular scale is recorded advantageously by applying a recording pulse, generated by means of mutually corresponding signs, to the magnetic head of the pulse generator, with the simultaneous measurement value, induced by the coupling of the transmitter of the measured quantity with the drive motor or the rotor, and changing with each rotation of the rotor in a predetermined manner. The rotor is provided with an induction coil constituting one sign, and this coil cooperates with a bar magnet placed on the movable part of the measuring mechanism, by means of The above-mentioned induction coil is electrically connected to the primary winding of a rotary transformer, the primary winding being also located on the rotor, while the secondary winding is fixed on the rotor axis and is electrically connected to the timer stage, for example via a pulse amplifier. The above-mentioned induction coil is equipped with a U-shaped core, the distance between the two arms of the core being greater than the length of the bar magnet. Both the two ends of the bar magnet, constituting its poles, and both arms of the U-shaped core of the induction coil are narrowed. The transmitter of the magnitude The measured quantity is designed as a spiral potentiometer and is coupled to a drive motor. The greatest advantage of the invention is that, regardless of the individual scale course of the measuring mechanism used, any functional relationship can be achieved between the measured quantity fed to the measuring mechanism and the number of counted pulses. The design solution according to the invention is also advantageous because, apart from the introduction of a boom with a small magnet into the movable body of the measuring mechanism, no other modifications to this mechanism are necessary for digital reading of its indications. This device also does not require a synchronous motor for driving, so the reading speed can be varied within wide limits by changing the rotational speed of the drive motor. By using an inductive means reading device, the device according to the invention does not require any supervision, so it can be advantageously used in industrial installations for determining data. This device is therefore a cheap construction element suitable for universal use, especially in the automation of power and production plants. The invention will be explained in more detail on the example embodiment shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a block diagram of the device, and Fig. 2 shows a perspective view of the means for generating the start-stbp pulse. The movable member 1 of the measuring mechanism, not shown in detail in the drawing, is equipped with a boom 2, on the free end of which a bar magnet 3 is attached. The bar magnet narrows significantly towards its two ends, which constitute its poles. The axis of rotation of the member The movable magnet 1 is exactly an extension of the axis of rotation of the rotor 4 of the induction pulse generator. On the upper surface of the rotor, an induction coil 5 is permanently mounted. This coil is wound on a core 6, which has the shape of the letter U. Both the shape of the core 6 and its arrangement, together with the induction coil 5, on the rotor 4 are selected so that during each rotation of the rotor 4, the bar magnet 3 is once, briefly, between the arms of the U-shaped core. This creates a small air gap between the poles of the bar magnet 3 and both arms of the core. The arms of the core also narrow towards the bar magnet 3. The coil The inductive coil 5 is electrically connected to the primary winding 7 of the rotary transformer, the primary winding 7 being permanently mounted on the rotor 4. The secondary winding 8 of this rotary transformer is assigned to the axis of the rotor 4 and remains stationary. On the circumference of the rotor 4 there is a magnetic memory layer 20, which must cover at least that part of the rotor circumference that corresponds to the angular displacement of the moving element L. For receiving the teaching pulses recorded on the magnetic memory layer 20, a magnetic head 11 is provided, which is arranged so that the memory layer 20 rotates just in front of it. The following are connected in cascade to the magnetic head 11: a pulse amplifier 12, a gate 15, a pulse counter 16 and an indicating device 17. The secondary winding 8, mounted on the rotor axis 4, is connected to a pulse amplifier 13. A timer stage 14 is connected to the pulse amplifier. This stage is electrically connected, via separate electrical paths, to both the gate 15 and the pulse counter 16 and the indicating device 17. The rotor 4 is driven by an electric motor 9 via a clutch 10. Fig. 2 shows a perspective view of the means for generating the stopping pulse. A bar magnet 3 is mounted on a boom 2. This boom is designed to be as lightweight as possible. The bar magnet 3 also has a very small mass and is tapered at its ends, which constitute its poles, in the shape of an edge. The core with pole pieces 6 of the induction coil 5 is made of ferromagnetic sheet metal with very high magnetic permeability. This core has a U-shape, with an induction coil 5 wound around its base. The distance between the core arms (U-arms) is slightly greater than the length of the bar magnet 3. The edges of the core arms 6, located opposite the magnet poles, are also narrowed to resemble the edge of a roof. By shaping the bar magnet 3 and the U-shaped core 6 in this way, the amplitude and steepness of the generated stopping pulse are independent of the position of the bar magnet 3 relative to the induction coil 5. With each rotation of the rotor 4, the magnetic head 11 generates a series of pulses. These pulses are amplified and shaped in the pulse amplifier 12 and then fed through the gate 15 to the pulse counter 16. The gate 15 is opened when the inductor 5 with a U-shaped core passes the bar magnet 3. This gate is closed by a stop pulse. The stop pulse generated in the inductor 5 is fed to the pulse amplifier 13 via the primary winding 7 and the secondary winding 8 of the rotary transformer 8. It is very advantageous that the rotary transformer additionally serves to match the impedance between the inductor 5 and the pulse amplifier 13. The stop pulse reaches, after appropriate amplification, the timing stage 14, where it is shaped into a pulse. The square wave pulse is then fed to gate 15, which closes when fed. The duration of the square wave pulse is calculated so that this pulse closes gate 15 at the earliest at the end of the pulse series, and at the latest before the start of a new pulse series. The square wave pulse simultaneously controls the indicating device 17 in such a way that the leading edge of the square wave pulse causes the indicating device to be turned on, while the trailing edge of the square wave pulse causes the device to be turned off. In this way, during the duration of the square wave pulse, the result of the counting of the pulse counter 16 is displayed. The trailing edge of the square wave pulse also serves to clear the counted pulses in the pulse counter 15, as a result of which the latter is prepared for a new counting. The following will be explained in detail. The method of operation of the device during recording of pulse characters on the memory layer 20 of rotor 4, i.e. during the marking of the device, is explained. First, a gear train 18, optionally coupled to this motor, and a measured quantity transmitter 19, in this case a screw potentiometer, coupled to this gear train, are connected to the motor 9 for the duration of the marking. The measured quantity transmitter 19 is electrically connected to the input of the measuring mechanism 22. In the connection part of the device, the connection between the pulse amplifier 13 and the timer 14 as well as between the magnetic head 11 and the pulse amplifier 12 connected thereto must be broken, while a connection must be made between the amplifier pulse stage 13 and magnetic head 11, which is done indirectly by means of a recording amplifier 21. It is advisable to design the individual panels with plug-in connection. In such a design, it is sufficient to remove only the pulse stage 12 and the time stage 14 and insert the recording amplifier 21 instead. An additional plug-in socket for the recording amplifier 21 can of course also be provided, but in this case it should be taken into account that when the recording amplifier 21 is plugged in, the time stage 14 and the pulse amplifier 12 must be electrically disconnected from the previously connected panels. The stop pulse, generated by the interaction of the bar magnet 3 and the induction coil 4 at each revolution of the rotor 4, is fed via the primary winding 7 and the secondary winding 8 to the pulse amplifier 13, and after After amplification, it reaches the recording amplifier 21, where it is formed into a strong spike pulse. This pulse, in its final form, is then fed to the magnetic head 11 and recorded on the magnetic memory layer 20 of the rotor 4. However, with each rotation of the rotor 4, the measured value transmitter 5 /*19 is shifted by a value determined by the gear ratio of the gears 18, so that due to the changed measured value at the input of the measuring mechanism 22, the moving element 1, and thus also the bar magnet 3, after each rotation of the rotor 4, changes its angular position by a certain angular value in the same direction. The angular position assumed each time by the moving element 1 at the moment of generating the stop pulse is therefore recorded very precisely in the form of pulse marks on a magnetic memory layer 20 located on the circumference of rotor 4, this recording faithfully reproducing the magnitude of the measured angle. By means of a mechanical connection between the motor 9 and the measured quantity transmitter 19, via a gear train 18, a unique, freely chosen functional relationship can be achieved between the total rotation angle of rotor 4 and the measured quantity M: M = f (a), where a = 0...2 N. During the calibration process, this forcibly changing measured quantity is connected to the input 22 of the measuring mechanism and is thus reproduced on the memory layer 20 as a pulse mark, a discrete value 30 of the position of the moving element, corresponding to the applied proper measured quantity Mn = f (2 n n) = F(n), where n = 0, 1, 2,... .N. By appropriately selecting this characteristic function F(n) of the transmitter of the measured quantity, any functional relationship between the measured quantity and the pulse signs can be written on the rotor circumference. Thus, for example, linear, quadratic, cubic, or trigonometric functions can be realized between the number of pulses 40 counted until the arrival of the stop pulse and the measured quantity applied to the measuring mechanism. 45 50 55 - PL PL
