Znane strzemiona jednojarzmowe z polskich opisów patento¬ wych nr 113124,128364,140313 posiadaja jarzma wykonywane metoda odlewania, które wyposazone sa w zabieraki tak uksztaltowane, ze zaczepiaja one o powierzchnie czolowa górnego lub dolnego ksztaltownika. Zapewniaja one podczas zsuwu stale polozenie strze¬ mienia wzgledem ksztaltownika w zlaczu.Strzemiona tego typu posiadaja pewne niedogodnosci do których zalicza sie koniecznosc nasuniecia jarzma na ksztaltownik przed zlozeniem ksztaltowników oraz niemozliwosc za¬ budowy jarzma na wczesniej wykonanych odrzwiach bez ich demontazu. Ponadto jarzmo strzemienia górnego i dolnego sa róznych ksztaltów i nie moga byc wzajemnie zastepowa¬ ne. U producenta strzemion dla kazdego jarzma musi byc wykonane oddzielne o- przyrzadowanie odlewnicze, co podraza koszt wykonania strzemion.Przedstawionych niedogodnosci nie posiada rozwiazanie bedace przedmiotem wzo¬ ru uzytkowego.Istota rozwiazania polega na tym, ze wsporniki jarzma od strony powierzchni czolowej korytka posiadaja po dwa otwory montazowe w których osadzone sa parami kolki wystajace do wewnatrz jarzma na odleglosc 0,5 do 1,0 grubosci kolnierza w miejscu przylegania. The stirrups of this type have some disadvantages, which include the need to slide the yoke over the profile before folding the profiles and the impossibility of building the yoke on the previously made arches without disassembling them. Moreover, the yoke of the upper and lower stirrup are of different shapes and cannot be replaced with each other. At the manufacturer of stirrups, separate casting equipment must be made for each yoke, which increases the cost of making the stirrups. mounting holes with pairs of spikes protruding inside the yoke to a distance of 0.5 to 1.0 of the flange thickness at the contact point. For the lower stirrups, the spikes are placed in the upper holes and for the upper stirrups in the lower holes. The horizontal axes of the holes are located at the mid-height of the flange of the upper and lower trays. The pattern design allows the use of one type of yoke for the upper and lower brackets and the middle stirrups. Depending on the intended use, the spikes are installed in the lower or upper pair of holes, and for the middle stirrups, the spikes are retracted to the support surface or they are not placed in the holes. Moreover, the production of stirrups is simplified as it is necessary to develop and manufacture only one casting tooling (model) for one type of yoke.
