Wstawki sa wykonane z preta, którego powierzchnie czolowe sa wzajemnie równolegle i jednoczesnie nachylone pod niewielkim katem do osi symetrii wzdluznej preta. Do powierzchni czolowych wstawek, lezacych na zewnatrz rury, sa przytwierdzone powierzchnie czolowe czopów majacych ksztalt cylindrów. Osie symetrii wzdluznej czopów leza na prostej równoleglej do osi symetrii wzdluznej rury. Do powierzchni bocznych wstawek sa przymocowane konce ramion tworzacych wierzcholek trójkata lezacy w osi symertrii poprzecznej podstawy. 2 - przedstawia przekrój osiowy czopa, a fig. The brake triangle is known from the description of utility model No. Ru-55485. Its base is formed by a straight pipe section with the front surfaces of the inserts attached to its ends. The inserts are made of a rod, the front surfaces of which are mutually parallel and at the same time inclined at a slight angle to the longitudinal symmetry axis of the rod. The front surfaces of the pivots having the shape of cylinders are attached to the front surfaces of the inserts, lying outside the pipe. The axes of longitudinal symmetry of the pins lie on a straight line parallel to the axis of longitudinal symmetry of the pipe. The ends of the arms forming the top of the triangle, lying in the axis of the transverse symmetry of the base, are attached to the side surfaces of the inserts. Additionally, to the arms, on the outside of the triangle, a log is attached, the axis of longitudinal symmetry of which lies in the transverse symmetry axis of the triangle's base. The cylindrical surfaces of the journals have graded diameters, with the smaller diameters lying outside the triangle. between each bushing and the pin there is a 2-layer of glue for metals. The fasteners on the opposite side of the pins have sockets into which the base is pressed, and it is a rod essentially of rectangular cross-section, with the longer sides of its cross-section parallel to the plane of the triangle .Sockets in the bottom part are connected with channels with the outer surface of the connector. The advantage of the brake triangle according to the pattern is its technological design that eliminates the heat treatment of the journals. It is also easy to regenerate the journals by simply disassembling worn bushings and installing new ones. The brake triangle according to the utility pattern is shown in the drawing, in which fig. 1 - shows the triangle in top view, fig. 2 - shows the axial section of the spigot, and Fig. 3 - shows the side view of the triangle. The brake triangle according to the pattern consists of the arms 1 and the base 2, where the arms 1 with the base 2 are connected by two connectors 3, each of which has a cylindrical spigot on the outside 4. Both pivots 4 lie on a common axis, which is parallel to the base axis 2, both axes lying in the plane of the triangle. A catch 5 is attached to the ends of the arms 1 at the top of the triangle and in its longitudinal axis of symmetry. A sleeve 6 is mounted on each pin 4, with a layer of metal adhesive 7 between each pin 6 and the pin 4. The fasteners 3 on the opposite side of the pivots 4 have sockets 8 into which the base 2 is pressed into, which is a rod essentially of rectangular cross-section, the longer sides of its cross-section being parallel to the plane of the triangle. Such shaping of the base 2 causes an increase in the moment of inertia in the direction of the transmitted force and the limitation of the brake triangle deflection arrow. The sockets 8 in the bottom part are connected by channels 9 to the outer surface of the connector 3, and which are used to vent the sockets 8 when the base 2 is turned on. Sleeves 6, which as a result of operation-3- triangle wear out and reach the limit dimension, can be easily replaced. For this purpose, it is enough to heat them up to a temperature of about 150 ° C and slide them off the pins 4, and then on a new layer of glue 7, place new sleeves 6.
