Nowa postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie. Wzór przemyslowy bedacy przedmiotem ochrony przedstawiony jest na 5 zalaczonych rysunkach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia odmiane I pojemnika na drobne towary luzem w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2 ten sam pojemnik w przekroju wzdluznym A-A, a fig. 3 fragment zasuwy zamykajacej otwór pobierania towaru z prowadnicami w przekroju poprzecznym B-B, natomiast fig. 4 i fig. 5 odmiane II pojemnika na drobne towary luzem analogicznie jak fig. 1 1 0 w widoku perspektywicznym i fig. 2 w przekroju wzdluznym oraz fig. 6 przedstawia odmiane III wzoru przemyslowego, która stanowi zespól co najmniej dwóch pojemników. Pojemnik na drobne towary luzem stanowiacy I odmiane wzoru przemyslowego, jak to przedstawiono na fig. 1-3 , jest wykonany z przezro- 1 5 czystego materialu, z wyjatkiem sciany tylnej 2 z otworami do zawieszenia 3. Posiada ksztalt prostopadlosciennej bryly od góiy zamykanej pokrywa 4 wsparta na wystepach 5 polaczonych ze scianami bocznymi 6 i 7 oraz sciana tylna 2 i przednia 8. Wewnetrzna przestrzen jest podzielona plyta 9 przymocowana do przedniej sciany 8 oraz scian bocznych 6 i 7, pochylona w kierunku podstawy 10, 20 przy czym miedzy krawedzia plyty 9 a tylna sciana 2 istnieje szczelina laczaca górna przestrzen 12 z dolna komora 13 odbioru towaru. W przedniej scianie 8 wykonany jest prostokatny otwór 14, którego dolna krawedz 15 stanowi podstawa 10, wystajaca od strony przedniej sciany 8 poza zewnetrzny obrys prowadnic25 utrzymujac w pozycji zamkniecia zasuwe 17. Na przedniej scianie 8 w strefie ruchu zasuwy 17 usytuowany jest ogranicznik jej przesuwu do góry w odleglosci od krawedzi 15 otworu 14 co najmniej równej sumie wysokosci tego otworu 14 i zasuwy 17. Górna krawedz 18 zasuwy 17 jest uksztaltowana w formie uchwytu do jej podniesienia w celu otwarcia otworu 14. Przy podstawie 10 w scianach 30 bocznych 6 i 7 od strony sciany tylnej 2 wykonane sa otwory 19. W pokrywie 4 wykonane sa otwory wentylacyjne 20, a do jej górnej plaszczyzny zamocowany jest uchwyt 21. Odmiana II pojemnika na drobne towary luzem, jak to przedstawiono na fig. 4 i fig. 5, posiada pokrywe 4 polaczona z tylna sciana 2 zawiasami 22, 35 natomiast zasuwa 17 posiada dolna krawedz 23 uksztaltowana w formie uchwytu do jej podniesienia w celu otwarcia otworu 14. Odmiane III wzoru przemyslowego stanowi zespól co najmniej dwóch pojemników wedlug odmiany I i/lub II posiadajacych wspólna sciane tylna 24 o wymiarach stanowiacych odpowiednia wielokrotnosc szerokosci sciany tylnej 2 40 pojedynczego pojemnika oraz wspólna podstawe 25, natomiast sciany boczne przylegajacych do siebie pojemników stanowia wspólne plyty z wyjatkiem scian bocznych 26 i 27 pierwszego i ostatniego pojemnika, które stanowia skrajne boczne sciany zespolu pojemników. Odmiana II pojemnika na drobne towary luzem przedstawiona na fig. 4 i 5 60 charakteryzuje sie tym, ze: • pokrywa zamykajaca górna przestrzen pojemnika polaczona jest z tylna jego sciana poprzez zawiasy, natomiast zasuwa usytuowana w prowadnicach na scianie przedniej, zamykajaca otwór udostepniajacy przestrzen dolnej komory pojemnika pod skosna plyta, posiada dolna krawedz uksztaltowana w formie uchwytu do jej podnoszenia. 65 Odmiana III pojemnika na drobne towary luzem, przedstawiona na fig. 6 charakteryzuje sie tym, ze: • stanowi ja zespól zlozony z co najmniej dwóch pojemników wedlug odmiany I i/lub II, polaczonych wspólna sciana tylna i majacych wspólna podstawe i sciany boczne na styku pomiedzy poszczególnymi pojemnikami.Fig. 1 Fig. 2 Fig. 4 Fig. 5 Fig. 6Fig. 1 Fig. 2 Fig. 3Fig. 4 Fig. 5Fig. 6 PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a container for small bulk goods sold in grocery stores, supermarkets, supermarkets, and hypermarkets. The new form of the industrial design is manifested in its shape. The industrial design subject to protection is presented in five attached drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows variant I of the container for small bulk goods in a perspective view, Fig. 2 shows the same container in longitudinal cross-section A-A, Fig. 3 shows a fragment of the latch closing the goods collection opening with guides in cross-section B-B, while Fig. 4 and Fig. 5 show variant II of the container for small bulk goods, analogous to Fig. 1 1 0 in a perspective view and Fig. 2 in longitudinal cross-section, and Fig. 6 shows variant III of the industrial design, which constitutes a set of at least two containers. The container for small bulk goods constituting the first variant of the industrial design, as shown in fig. 1-3, is made of transparent material, except for the rear wall 2 with hanging holes 3. It has the shape of a cuboid body closed at the top by a cover 4 supported on projections 5 connected to the side walls 6 and 7 as well as the rear wall 2 and the front wall 8. The internal space is divided by a plate 9 attached to the front wall 8 and the side walls 6 and 7, inclined towards the base 10, 20, and between the edge of the plate 9 and the rear wall 2 there is a gap connecting the upper space 12 with the lower goods receiving chamber 13. In the front wall 8 there is a rectangular opening 14, the lower edge 15 of which constitutes a base 10, protruding from the side of the front wall 8 beyond the outer outline of the guides 25, keeping the latch 17 in the closed position. On the front wall 8, in the movement zone of the latch 17, there is a limiter for its upward movement, at a distance from the edge 15 of the opening 14 at least equal to the sum of the heights of this opening 14 and the latch 17. The upper edge 18 of the latch 17 is shaped as a handle for lifting it in order to open the opening 14. At the base 10, in the side walls 6 and 7 on the side of the rear wall 2, there are openings 19. In the cover 4, there are ventilation openings 20, and a handle 21 is attached to its upper surface. small bulk goods, as shown in Fig. 4 and Fig. 5, has a cover 4 connected to the rear wall 2 by hinges 22, 35, while the latch 17 has a lower edge 23 shaped as a handle for lifting it in order to open the opening 14. Variation III of the industrial design is a set of at least two containers according to variant I and/or II, having a common rear wall 24 with dimensions that are an appropriate multiple of the width of the rear wall 2 40 of a single container and a common base 25, while the side walls of adjacent containers are common panels, except for the side walls 26 and 27 of the first and last container, which constitute the extreme side walls of the set of containers. Significant features of the industrial design 45 The container for small bulk goods, which is the subject of the industrial design and is shown in figures 1-3, is characterized in that: • it has the shape of a cuboid, the internal space of which is divided by a plate attached to the front wall and side walls, inclined towards the base, and between its edge on the side of the rear wall and the plane of this wall there is a gap connecting the space above the plate with the chamber situated below it; • a rectangular opening is made in the front wall, the upper edge of which is below the slanted plate dividing the internal space of the container, and on the sides of the said opening there are guides with a latch 55 in the upper part shaped as a lifting handle; • openings are made in the side walls at the base, on the rear wall side, as well as ventilation holes in the lid closing the container. Variant II of the container for small bulk goods shown in Figs. 4 and 5 60 is characterized in that: • the lid closing the upper space of the container is connected to its rear wall by hinges, while the latch located in the guides on the front wall, closing the opening that makes the lower chamber of the container accessible under the slanted plate, has a lower edge shaped as a lifting handle. 65 Variation III of the container for small bulk goods, shown in Fig. 6, is characterized in that: • it is a set composed of at least two containers according to variant I and/or II, connected by a common rear wall and having a common base and side walls at the junction between the individual containers.
