Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pojemnik z zatrzaskiem wykonany z elastycznego tworzywa sztucznego i przeznaczony zwlaszcza jako opakowanie artykulów z zakresu chemii gospodarczej i przemyslowej. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie oraz uformowaniu powierzchni. Pojemnik wedlug wzoru ma swoja górna, wezsza czesc nagwintowana pod nakretke. Tuz ponizej tej nagwintowanej czesci pojemnik posiada maly wystep. Drugi taki wystep znajduje sie na nakretce pod nagwintowana czescia tej nakretki. Po dokladnym zakreceniu nakretki (wystepy zaskakuja wtedy za siebie) nie da sie otworzyc pojemnika bez nacisniecia go w poblizu malego wystepu w momencie odkrecania nakretki.Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, gdzie fig. 1 przedstawia pojemnik z nakrecona zakretka w widoku z boku, fig 2 przedstawia zakretke w widoku od spodu, zas fig.3 przedstawi a pojemnik bez zakretki w widoku z boku. The industrial design is a container with a clasp made of flexible plastic, intended primarily for packaging household and industrial chemicals. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the object, manifested in its shape and surface finish. The container, as shown in the design, has an upper, narrower section threaded for a cap. Just below this threaded section, the container has a small protrusion. A second such protrusion is located on the cap, beneath the threaded portion of the cap. Once the cap is securely screwed on (the protrusions then engage), the container cannot be opened without pressing near the small protrusion when unscrewing the cap. The industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows a side view of the container with the cap screwed on, Fig. 2 shows the cap from the bottom, and Fig. 3 shows a side view of the container without the cap. The container with the latch will be made of plastic using a method consistent with the current state of the art. The container according to this industrial design allows for secure closure of the container's contents and protects against accidental opening, for example, by a child. The container with the latch according to the design is shown in the attached drawing. The essential features of this industrial design are: that the container with a threaded upper, narrower part has a small projection just below this threaded part, and another such projection is located on the cap under the threaded part of this cap, as shown in fig. 1 to fig. 3.
