1 przedsta¬ wia w widoku od .strony górnej .plytki, ulozenie przewodów w plytkach ido szesciobiegunowego magnesowania plytek pierscieniowych, a fig.2 — ulozenie tych samych przewodów w rozwinieciu wzdluz obrzeza plytek. 1 linia ciagla, a w dolnej — linia kreskowa. Wolny koniec prze¬ wodu 2 górnej plytki 1 jest polaczony z uzwoje¬ niem wtórnym 15 transformatora, natomiast prze- .5976759767 wód 7 górnej plytki 1 i przewód 13 dolnej plytki 8 sa polaczone przewodem laczacym 16, przy czym przewód 13 jest przesuniety o 60° w stosunku do przewodu 7.Koniec przewodu 14 i pozostaly koniec uzwoje¬ nia wtórnego 15 transformatora sa ze soba pola¬ czone. Takie polaczenia przewodów w górnej i do¬ lnej plytce 1 i 8 zapewniaja zgodnosc przeplywu' pradu w parach przewodów, których osie syme¬ trii przecinaja sie z prosta równolegla do osi sy¬ metrii plytek 1 i 8. Uzwojenie pierwotne 17 tran¬ sformatora jest polaczone z dowolnym ukladem elektrycznym zapewniajacym jednokierunkowy, impulsowy przeplyw pradu.W trakcie magnesowania plytke pierscieniowa 18 umieszcza sie pomiedzy plytkami górna 1 i do¬ lna 8, oddzielajac je warstwami izolacyjnymi 19.Po scisnieciu plytek 1 i 8 i podlaczeniu do zródla daje sie impuls pradu, który magnesuje material plytki pierscieniowej 18 w trakcie jednej operacji. Pulse device for multipolar magnetization. The subject of the invention is a pulse device for multipolar magnetization of magnetic material of any shape, with the poles alternating opposite. 'Known devices for multipolar magnetization are based on a conventional magnetizer, in which it is used. properly shaped pole pieces. When making, for example, a six-pole magnet from a ring plate, one uses pole pieces with three sections corresponding to three poles. During one operation, half of the plate surface is magnetized, then after turning the plate by 60 ° and changing the direction of the current, the other half is magnetized in the magnet. Making such a magnet with a magnet in two operations has a significant drawback, since the second magnetization weakens the effect of the first. The object of the invention is to develop a device for effective pulse magnetization of a multipolar magnet in one operation. This goal was achieved in the device according to the invention in which the electric wires are placed over both surfaces of the magnetized material in pairs, exactly one below the other, and the connection of these wires ensures a consistent direction of the current flow in the respective pairs of wires. The device is very simple and very effective. . One magnetization operation is sufficient at the appropriate current. The pulse current can be taken directly from the capacitor or also from the capacitor via a transformer increasing the current intensity. The electrical system should only provide aperiodic (unidirectional) current flow. The invention is illustrated in the example of the embodiment in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a view from the top side of the plate, the arrangement of the conductors in the plates and for the six-pole magnetization of the ring plates, and Fig. 2 shows the arrangement of the same conductors in unfolding along the periphery of the plates. As shown in the figure, in the needle plate 1 arranged there are six conductors 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 radially every 60 °. In the identical bottom plate 8 there are six same conductors 9, 10, 11, 12, 13 and 14, located exactly under the conductors of the upper plate 1. In Fig. 1, since the wires in the bottom plate are not visible, their numerals are shown in parentheses. The wires 2-5-7 are connected in series so that the flowing but the current flows alternately in and out of the middle. Wires 9-M4 are also connected. The connections in the upper plate are shown in Fig. 1 as a solid line and in the lower plate a dashed line. The free end of the wire 2 of the upper plate 1 is connected to the secondary winding 15 of the transformer, while the wires 7 of the upper plate 1 and the wire 13 of the lower plate 8 are connected by a connecting wire 16, the wire 13 being offset by 60 °. with respect to conductor 7. The end of the conductor 14 and the remaining end of the transformer secondary winding 15 are connected with each other. Such connections of the wires in the upper and lower boards 1 and 8 ensure that the current flow is consistent in the pairs of wires whose symmetry axes intersect with a straight line parallel to the symmetry axis of boards 1 and 8. The primary winding 17 of the transformer is connected with any electrical system providing unidirectional, pulsed current flow. During magnetization, the ring plate 18 is placed between the upper 1 and lower plates 8, separating them with insulation layers 19. After squeezing plates 1 and 8 and connecting to the source, a current pulse is given, which magnetizes the ring plate material 18 in a single operation. The known phenomenon of creating a magnetic field around a conductor through which a current flows was used. Fig. 2 shows, for example, the direction of the lines of intensity of the resultant magnetic field 5 around conductors 3 and 4 as well as 10 and 11. PL
