Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest wieloboczne wieczko zgrzewalne, przeznaczone do zamykania opakowan sluzacych do przechowywania srodków spozywczych, a szczególnie wyrobów mleczarskich, lodów, wyrobów i przetworów miesnych, garmazeryjnych, rybnych, cukierniczych oraz owocowo-warzywnych. W odniesieniu do znanych wieczek zgrzewalnych, nowosc i indywidualny charakter postaci wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w strukturze i ornamentacji powierzchni wieczka a takze w cechach jego linii i konturów oraz charakterystycznym ksztalcie. Wieloboczne wieczko zgrzewalne wedlug wzoru przemyslowego ma postac zblizona do szescioboku o zaokraglonych wierzcholkach, w którym jeden z boków jest lukowato wybrzuszony. Obrzeze wielobocznego wieczka zgrzewalnego moletowane jest w nieregularne dwustronne wglebienia, tworzace obramowanie na obwodzie wieczka, opasujace wewnetrzna, jednolicie gladka powierzchnie wieczka, albo na powierzchni wieczka znajduja sie moletowane nieregularne dwustronne wglebienia, tworzace wokól jednolicie gladkiej powierzchni wieczka wewnetrzne szescioboczne obramowanie. Moletowane nieregularne dwustronne wglebienia umieszczone moga byc równiez na obwodzie wieczka w ksztalcie zblizonym do szescioboku oraz na powierzchni lukowatego wybrzuszenia jednego z boków.Wieloboczne wieczko zgrzewalne wedlug wzoru przemyslowego korzystnie wytwarzane jest z folii aluminiowej. Wzór przemyslowy zawiera odmiany, przedstawione ponizej w wykazie odmian wzoru przemyslowego oraz pokazane na zalaczonym schematycznym rysunku, przedstawiajacym na fig. 1 - fig. 3 odmiany wielobocznego wieczka zgrzewalnego. 1. W pierwszej odmianie, przedstawionej na fig. 1, wieloboczne wieczko zgrzewalne charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ma postac zblizona do szescioboku o zaokraglonych wierzcholkach, przy czym jeden z boków jest lukowato wybrzuszony, w którym obrzeze wieczka moletowane jest w nieregularne dwustronne wglebienia, tworzace obramowanie na calym obwodzie wieczka, opasujace wewnetrzna, jednolicie gladka powierzchnie wieczka; 2. W drugiej odmianie, przedstawionej na fig. 2, wieloboczne wieczko zgrzewalne charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ma postac zblizona do szescioboku o zaokraglonych wierzcholkach, przy czym jeden z boków jest lukowato wybrzuszony, a na powierzchni wieczka znajduja sie moletowane nieregularne dwustronne wglebienia, tworzace wokól jednolicie gladkiej powierzchni wieczka wewnetrzne szesciokatne obramowanie; 3. W trzeciej odmianie, przedstawionej na fig. 3, wieloboczne wieczko zgrzewalne charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ma postac zblizona do szescioboku o zaokraglonych wierzcholkach, przy czym jeden z boków jest lukowato wybrzuszony, a moletowane nieregularne dwustronne wglebienia umieszczone sa na obwodzie wieczka oraz na powierzchni utworzonej przez lukowate wybrzuszenie jednego z boków a szesciokatnym wewnetrznym obramowaniem, tworzac wewnetrzne obramowanie wokól jednolicie gladkiej wewnetrznej powierzchni wieczka.Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego polegaja na tym, ze wieloboczne wieczko zgrzewalne ma postac zblizona do szescioboku o zaokraglonych wierzcholkach, przy czym jeden z boków jest lukowato wybrzuszony, a obrzeze wieczka moletowane jest w nieregularne dwustronne wglebienia, tworzace obramowanie na calym obwodzie wieczka, opasujace wewnetrzna, jednolicie gladka powierzchnie wieczka, albo na powierzchni wieczka znajduja sie moletowane nieregularne dwustronne wglebienia, tworzace wokól jednolicie gladkiej powierzchni wieczka wewnetrzne szesciokatne obramowanie, albo moletowane nieregularne dwustronne wglebienia umieszczone sa na obwodzie wieczka oraz na powierzchni utworzonej przez lukowate wybrzuszenie jednego z boków, a szesciokatnym wewnetrznym obramowaniem, tworzac wewnetrzne obramowanie wokól jednolicie gladkiej wewnetrznej powierzchni wieczka.Fig. 1 Fig. 2 Fig. 3 PL PLThe industrial design is a polygonal heat-sealable lid intended for closing packaging used to store foodstuffs, particularly dairy products, ice cream, meat products, delicatessen, fish, confectionery, and fruit and vegetable products. Compared to known heat-sealable lids, the novelty and individual character of the industrial design are evident in the structure and ornamentation of the lid's surface, as well as in the characteristics of its lines and contours, and its characteristic shape. The polygonal heat-sealable lid, according to the industrial design, resembles a hexagon with rounded corners, with one side bulging in an arc. The rim of the polygonal heat-sealable lid is knurled into irregular, double-sided recesses, forming a perimeter frame around the lid's internal, uniformly smooth surface, or the lid surface has knurled, irregular, double-sided recesses, forming a hexagonal internal frame around the uniformly smooth lid surface. Knurled, irregular, double-sided recesses may also be located on the perimeter of the lid in a shape similar to a hexagon and on the surface of the arcuate bulge of one of the sides. The polygonal heat-sealable lid according to the industrial design is preferably manufactured from aluminum foil. The industrial design includes variants presented below in the list of industrial design variants and shown in the attached schematic drawing, which shows variants of the polygonal heat-sealable lid in Fig. 1-3. 1. In the first variant, shown in Fig. 1, the polygonal heat-sealable lid is characterized in that it has a form similar to a hexagon with rounded tops, wherein one of the sides is arched in a bulging manner, in which the rim of the lid is knurled into irregular double-sided recesses, forming a frame around the entire circumference of the lid, encircling the internal, uniformly smooth surface of the lid; 2. In the second variant, shown in Fig. 2, the polygonal heat-sealable lid is characterized in that it has a form similar to a hexagon with rounded tops, wherein one of the sides is arched in a bulging manner, and on the surface of the lid there are knurled irregular double-sided recesses, forming an internal hexagonal frame around the uniformly smooth surface of the lid; 3. In the third variant, shown in Fig. 3, the polygonal heat-sealable lid is characterized in that it has a form similar to a hexagon with rounded tops, wherein one of the sides is arched in a bulge, and knurled irregular double-sided recesses are placed on the circumference of the lid and on the surface formed by the arched bulge of one of the sides and the hexagonal inner frame, forming an inner frame around the uniformly smooth inner surface of the lid. The essential features of the industrial design are that the polygonal heat-sealable lid has a form similar to a hexagon with rounded tops, wherein one of the sides is arched in a bulge, and the rim of the lid is knurled into irregular double-sided recesses, forming a frame on the entire the circumference of the lid, surrounding the internal, uniformly smooth surface of the lid, or on the surface of the lid there are knurled irregular bilateral recesses, forming an internal hexagonal frame around the uniformly smooth surface of the lid, or knurled irregular bilateral recesses are located on the circumference of the lid and on the surface formed by the arcuate bulge of one of the sides and the hexagonal internal frame, forming an internal frame around the uniformly smooth internal surface of the lid.
