Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest wieloboczne wieczko zgrzewalne, przeznaczone do zamykania opakowan sluzacych do przechowywania srodków spozywczych, a szczególnie wyrobów mleczarskich, lodów, wyrobów i przetworów miesnych, garmazeryjnych, rybnych, cukierniczych oraz owocowo-warzywnych. The subject of the industrial design is a weldable polygonal lid, intended for closing packages used for storing foodstuffs, especially dairy products, ice cream, meat, delicatessen, fish, confectionery and fruit and vegetable products and products.

W odniesieniu do znanych wieczek zgrzewalnych, nowosc i indywidualny charakter postaci wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w strukturze i ornamentacji powierzchni wieczka a takze w cechach jego linii i konturów oraz charakterystycznym ksztalcie. W drugiej odmianie, przedstawionej na fig. 2, wieloboczne wieczko zgrzewalne charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ma postac zblizona do szescioboku o zaokraglonych wierzcholkach, przy czym jeden z boków jest lukowato wybrzuszony, a na powierzchni wieczka znajduja sie moletowane nieregularne dwustronne wglebienia, tworzace wokól jednolicie gladkiej powierzchni wieczka wewnetrzne szesciokatne obramowanie; 3.
