Zastawka 2 ma wspornik o kon¬ strukcji skrzynkowej, polaczony z rynna 1 srubami, w którego dolnej czesci znajduje sie zakladka spagowa 7, wysunieta poza czolo rynny. Wspólpraca trzech zakladek: górnej 5, dolnej 6 i spagowej 7 tworzy uklad ryglujacy wza¬ jemne polozenie rynien 1 i zastawek 2 - wspomagajacy czopy 12 w ich funkcji centrowania rynien. mer inz. From the description of utility model No. 56255, the gutter 5 is known having symmetrical gutters with the same cross-section of the upper and lower section with gripping elements for valves and spurs located in the middle of the height of the side profiles of the gutter. This allows the gutters to be rotated after the walls of the upper card compartment are worn and its further operation. The known gutter has overlapping ends of the bottom plates in the gutters, the overlapping at both ends of the gutter being uniform over the entire width of the bottom plate. It is also known from the Polish patent description No. 131803 a gutter equipped with tabs of a bottom plate divided into three parts, the central part of which is located opposite to the extreme ones. Both tab designs, when used in reversible gutters, require all conveyor gutters to be rotated to keep the tabs in their relative positions unchanged. The scraper conveyor gutter being the subject of the utility pattern is formed of sections of gutters, valves and spurs in which the bottom plates are the adjacent gutters overlap by tabs. The upper carding compartment, formed by the bottom plate and two side profiles, has the same shape as the lower carding compartment, and in the side profiles of the gutters there are gripping elements for screws to screw the spurs and gates located in the middle of the height of the side profiles of these gutters. At both ends of the bottom plate of the gutter, half of its width has an upper tab, and the other half - a lower tab. The tabs are situated diagonally on the gutter, so that the upper tab corresponds to the bottom tab of the adjacent gutter. After turning the gutter 180 ° around its longitudinal axis, the lower tab on one half of the gutter width and the upper tab on the other half of the gutter width mutually change their places, as a result of which their connection arrangement with the adjacent gutter tabs remains unchanged. The valve, which is bolted to the gutter, has a spline tab which extends beyond the gutter face under an adjacent valve, which at this point has a recess for the tab. The direction of extending the spagowa tab is consistent with the upper tab adjacent to it in the gutter, while the recess in the valve adjoins the bottom tab in the gutter. wear out, especially in the vicinity of the conveyor drums. It is also beneficial to strengthen the connections in the gutter as a result of the interaction of the tabs in the gutter with the spag tab in the valve. The subject of the utility model is shown in the example of the axonometric drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the connection of the gutter elements in the view from the side of the spurs, and fig 2 - from the side of the valves. The chute of the conveyor consists of gutters 1_, valves 2 and spurs 3. The bottom plate 4 of the gutter is ended with tabs 5, 6 on both sides, overlapping adjacent gutters. Half of the width of the bottom plate 4 has a top tab 5 and the other half has a bottom tab 6. The tabs 25 are positioned diagonally across the gutter, so that the top tab 5 of each gutter corresponds to the bottom tab 6 of the adjacent gutter. The valve 2 has a box-shaped support connected to the gutter 1 by screws, in the lower part of which there is a shoulder tab 7, protruding beyond the gutter face. The direction of the extension of the splice tab 7 corresponds to the direction of the extension of the upper tab 5 adjacent to it in the gutter. At the opposite end of the valve 2, its support has a recess 8 in its lower part which is open at the bottom and an overlay 9 is limited at the top, in which the recess is a shoulder 7 of the adjacent rate. On the outside, the side profiles 10 of the gutter have a recess H, located in the middle of the height of these profiles. In the cavity H, along the gutter 1, there are handles for the screws securing the valve 2 and the spur 3. In the 5 end part of the recess 1_1 there are pins 12 welded, which entering the recess 11 in the adjacent gutter, determine the mutual position of these gutters. The cooperation of three tabs: the upper 5, the lower 6 and the spag 7 creates a locking system for the mutual position of the gutters 1 and the valves 2 - supporting the pins 12 in their gutter centering function.
